Their technician came out and was able to fix the dryer on site without any parts. They gave us the option to fully repair the issue with new parts but it didn't make a good financial decision based on the cost of a replacement dryer. The fact that the tech was able to get it running again for now let us have time to make a proper decision. I would use them again!

I would highly recommend Dial an Applianceman. My gas stove needed a new valve when the oven quit working. The technician (Rod) diagnosed it with confidence, ordered the part, and got it working flawlessly. All with great service and an affordable price. We were excited to hire the services of Dial An Applianceman. It was the first time, but they will definitely walk in the next time also. Their skill and commitment is outstandable. You don't get to find such dedicated technicians these days. They are friendly, honest and trustworthy. Their rates are reasonable.
They did not take much time and the GE oven repair is quite satisfactory. We were happy to learn many important tips from these guys. If you're concerned about calling a stranger to repair your costly appliances this company can allay your fears. For they are highly professional and result-oriented.
