Our family has been going to Big Bear Cool Cabins at least once a year and we always have an absolutely wonderful stay. The owners are always so kind and eager to help in any way possible. The cabins range from cozy to quite spacious, and they're all great. I highly recommend Big Bear Cool Cabins if you're looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location at Big Bear.

Wow very happy with every stay. My church organization and family has stayed here several times. Very spacious clean and relaxing. The management team is very happy to serve you with what ever you need to make your stay safe and comfortable. Prices vary is reasonable for the security of your safety while you are here with your family. Each time was very enjoyable. The pools are very clean houses are very clean. I recommend you stay you want regret it. This will be my favorite place to stay

Im extremely happy with this company especially with Jackie. She took really good care of us. As we live far we didn't have the ability to manage our own property as we would like too. But thanks to her it was all a breeze. Our phone conversation were extremely pleasant great customer service and sincere desire to help us with our needs every time. We could not be happier. Big Bear Cool Cabins was very friendly from the beginning. We got to our rental cottage super late and tired there was no problem getting inside with the code. House was very clean and beautiful. We all loved it. My two children my husband our dog and I truly enjoyed the 6 days stay. We had everything you need for a great vacation. I have to admit less than a week is not enough so we have to come back!

We found a home away from home at Big Bear Cool Cabins. This property is clean welcoming and spacious. Love the access to so many activities restaurants and parks. Home reservation was simple. Great communication. We found our host to be attentive and thoughtful. Oh yes.we discovered an interesting mix of local shopping and delicious restaurants. We are planning our return stay!

The property was clean and so spacious. There were 8 adults in our group so 2 kitchens worked out perfectly. The location was so close to many restaurants too! The unit had everything you need. Plus having a starter kit of soaps toiletries was so convenient. The views out back were spectacular especially at sunset. We had a few questions/concerns for management and they replied very quickly. We even got a welcome call which was a nice surprise. We would absolutely stay here again!
