Master bath was rarely used as a tub. Mother, who is mobility challenged, visits occasionally, so we decided to replace tub with walking shower, and modernize the room at the same time. Independent Bath came in to measure and quote, ordered custom materials, and did the job right the first time. Added significant resale value to the home as well, although we're not moving for a while.

Jordan at Independent Bath was very helpful. We visited the shop when we purchased our new condo that was unfinished. He reviewed cultured marble advantages and disadvantages with us, provided quotes in a timely manner, made sure we had quick notice on the delivery of our materials so that plumbers could get the work done for us. I was extremely satisfied with the service I got recently. I had to replace parts of a shower faucet fitting that was 10 years old and damaged. Jordan was extremely helpful by contacting Grohe to get me some replacements. The model had been discontinued but he managed to find th parts. I installed it and then it got jammed somehow. Jordan came to the rescue and told me the cartridge needed to be replaced. He sent a plumber out with the new parts and he installed it all and it works perfectly. I definitely recommend Independent Bath& Renovations.

A friend of ours recommended them because they had a kitchen done by them. They had a good showroom/website and checked out on BBB. Quotes were competitive with another reputable renovator but since they handled everything in-house (no running around to choose product) we went with them. Altogether we’ve had two bathrooms and a basement development done by them.

All three renos turned out well in agreed timelines. Their staff were courteous and professional and the quality is there. No problems just a touch up in one of the bathrooms but they came back quickly. We trust them so will use again when we do an addition. A+

The worksite was kept clean and organized. Also on time! Cam's team does not start until they have everything in place, so on our end, they came in and a week later we had the most beautiful en-suite. The work was perfect. Cam also has so much experience that we trusted his advice on several issues and are very happy that we did. We gave Cam an overall feeling that we wanted and he gave the right advice to achieve that.

We took an old small en-suite and without expanding the square footage Independent Bath created a modern look with clean lines, and a spacious feeling bath. Personally we also loved going into the showroom and choosing everything in one place, at one time. We love our bathroom and would welcome the opportunity to work with Independent Bath again.

Our 1989 master bath was in desperate need of a reno, and with little time to get this organized, Independent came to our rescue! In as little as 3 meetings, we had organized, scheduled and picked out all the fixtures for the bath. So easy. I loved the showroom. No travelling throughout the city to pick out fixtures from this place and tiles from that place, etc.

The reno itself was efficient and high quality. Communication during the reno from Cam an the team was frequent and helpful, the crew was efficient and professional, and the clean-up during and afterwards? Awesome! It was hands down the easiest reno we have ever done. Thank-you!
