We are commonly asked what makes Peregrine different. Pest control is a serious occupation and it isn’t for the light hearted; in the morning our service technicians could be solving a bed bug issue, in the afternoon chasing a mouse around a restaurant and the next day hanging off the side of a structure solving a pigeon or squirrel problem.With a broad range of pest problems to solve, the level of training required is extremely high. All our service technicians are licensed applicators in the province of Alberta, they have their exterior rodent control license, fall protection, ladder safety, respirator protection, first aid and have a commitment to ongoing training. As a company, Peregrine is Quality Pro certified and Contractor Check certified.
In the field, this requires the pest control service technician to be calm, patient, and considerate. All the things one isn’t inclined to be when a skunk may be about to spray you, or a hundred wasps are coming straight at you. Solving a mouse issue can be complex. At Peregrine, we focus on two things to solve a mouse infestation. Firstly, we strive to provide a rodent-free environment in a professional and timely manner. Secondly, we provide the tools and knowledge the client needs to minimize the chances of an infestation reoccuring. Mice are about 20% of our work load.

Solving a cockroach issue is a complex process that requires patience and attention to detail. The initial population reduction of cockroaches is relatively easy. The goal is to eliminate 100% of the cockroaches; this is where the hard work begins. At Peregrine, we always provide a minimum of two applications as part of our cockroach programs. 50% of the cockroach programs require a minimum of 2-5 services.
This is due to high numbers of cockroaches that have been in the structure for an extended period of time. We use several tools, including commercial vacuums, gel baits, glueboards, and liquid chemicals to solve a cockroach infestation.

What a wonderful company to deal with an awful mouse problem. We bought a house in the summer and have been battling mice since, the previous owners did not "know there was a problem". Peregrine was our 3rd company in to try and fix the infestation, and they should have been our first call! We had the pleasure of Darcy and Ken coming to help us out.
They were kind, patient, understanding and beyond helpful! After a month of the services, we are so happy to say we are mouse free, and that was 6/7 months of previous pest control companies coming in e every 3 weeks. Darcy did the first service, .plugged holes the other companies did not even notice and walked us through e everything in such detail without being too overwhelming. Ken has done the 2 follow up services. Both gentlemen are beyond helpful and professional and I would recommend this company and these 2 gentlemen to anyone who needs it!

I needed help this year with voles as they were very bad over the winter. Peregrine was professional from talking with Cathy on my initial call and to Ken who can for the first service. He was very knowledgeable and had great suggestions on how to reduce the vole activity. Ken came back for a follow up call. He was on time for each visit and very helpful. I recommend them for any pest control needs.

Highly recommend peregrine! Our service technician, Ken, was very helpful and knowledgeable. We were having an issue with woodpeckers making a home in our siding and it was taken care of quickly and effectively to discourage them from coming back. Ken was extremely professional, asked good questions and set up five rodent traps around my back deck. He returned one month later and removed four mice. He advised that the traps had attracted many mice (based on the amount of attractant that had been consumed) and he will return on a courtesy basis in one week to check the traps again.

Every year I have Peregrine come out and spray my home for spiders and every year they exceed my expectations. The last time they came out the tech noticed I had a dog and warned me to keep her in while chemical dries and to be careful with her around the perimeter of the home where he sprayed. I know that they have my best interests at heart and aim to please. I will always use them because you can’t beat good service and good employees that care.

Henry Igot was very knowledgeable and the service he gave of exterminating our cockroach problem wasn't only what was great but he was very professional and interactive with us which made his service to us excellent. Definitely a business i would keep asking people to go to and anytime I have any pest problems, Henry an d Peregrine is my go-to. I am a third time repeat customer with Peregrine General Pest Control. I called them yesterday they had Steven Jeffery Service Technician here the next day. He was Super Fantastic I highly recommend him. Exceptional knowledge, great friendly disposition and unbelievably helpful. He’s very calm too. I am so grateful for him today with all that he taught me and helped me today.

I had problems with sparrows nesting in a couple of vents ( we are renting a home and obviously the previous owner did not mind the noise of these pests). Peregrine arrived on time as was confirmed with their office and Jason was excellent. I could not believe the amount of nest material he pulled out of the vents. A service issue on one vent cover was quickly handled by Peregrine within 48 hours of my call 3 months later. Highly recommend this company!
