I started the process of developing my basement in Oct 2021. I have contacted 4 companies based on Google Review and I decided to use ReImagine for this project. The initial process was responsive and they gave me a quote based on the sq ft without the mechanical room, which on other companies have mentioned. The overall quote was lower as well. They also allow me to provide my own light fixtures and other things and they will give me a credit. The basement is finished in Feb, the quality is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone!

Reimagine Builders did a wonderful job in developing my basement. From the initial meeting with Oscar, to the kick-off meeting with Khloe and Peggy was smooth. They provided me with expert advice on some changes I requested and was prompt in addressing any questions I had. The best part of their service was the trades people. The trades people were very respectful, kind, punctual.

I can't say enough good words about the trades people who did the actual construction. My basement was completed within the timeline I was given and I'm super happy with my new basement space. I'll definitely recommend Reimagine Builders to anyone looking to develop their basement.

Every design decision we had to make was communicated to us in advance and Kloe was always available to provide as much or as little input as we desired.

Every vendor/supplier used in the project was stand-up and professional - we never felt as if any corners were ever being cut. Our home was always respected by the tradesmen/women coming and going and we were always informed of any modifications to the typical workday or schedule. Reimagine was always open to any changes we wanted to make to the design during the process and went above and beyond when we had concerns.

We were extremely diligent in doing our research with other companies before signing on with Reimagine and called many former clients to verify reviews - everyone felt the same way as us - that Reimagine is a solid company who delivers a beautiful, quality product on time and on budget. Reimagine Builders were amazing from the get go. From the quote to our finished basement, from the admin staff to the project managers and trades, despite any of the challenges or shortages they had to deal with, they run things like a well oiled machine! All the trades came in when expected, were very professional and efficient, and the work shows for itself. Reimagine knows what they are doing and we are very happy with our finished basement and cannot recommend Reimagine Builders enough.

Our experience with Reimagine Builders was great. Our finished basement is stunning, high quality and the project was completed exactly on schedule and as per the original budget/price. Every interaction we had with them was very positive. From the initial conversations to the day to day coordination with the project managers and the trades. We appreciated the proactive nature of the communication.

A couple of things that really stood out to us (compared to other builders) were the flexibility in picking finishes (incl. providing your own), being able to make customizations without significant price increases, and the overall cleanliness (they provided protective padding for our entrance, no bin on the driveway etc.). From our first meeting, to the final walk through, the professionalism and attention to detail is what we loved about ReImagine builders. The organization of all the trades and timelines that were given to us for there completion was so helpful in our planning. We had a few last minute changes and they accommodated them immediately. Not having a waste bin on the driveway was so nice and they removed waste regularly from the renovation.

The on-site manager (David) was always receptive to our concerns and compliments throughout the project completion. I would not hesitate to recommend ReImagine builders for any renovation that you are looking for.

There are really only two choices in Calgary for basement development based on decent 5 star Google Reviews. I interviewed both of them and Bo from Reimagine Builders was vastly superior, I'm so glad we picked them! One of the things that stood out to me was that Bo had showrooms available for potential clients. Most websites for other companies will just say they use the best materials but have no showrooms to demo or prove it.

The 9 week process felt long when we were going through it, but looking back now it was a flash! The contractors were all very pleasant to deal with and were very respectful of our home. We dealt with David for our first walkthrough and Josh for our second and final walkthroughs and both of them were exceptional. It was amazing to see how much Josh cared about the company and how he meticulously answered all of our questions and ensured that we were 100% satisfied. Goes without saying that we were extremely impressed with the overall quality of our final basement I truly enjoyed my interactions with Bo & his team. Bo comes across as a very genuine and friendly individual with an interesting backstory of how he started Reimagine Builders. I wish you, your family and your company/team nothing but success for years to come Bo!

We are so happy that we chose Re-Imagine to develop our basement! The timeline was very important to us and they stuck to the finish date that they gave us at the beginning of the project. Everyone that we worked with was very nice, including all of the tradespeople. This was our first time embarking of a project of this scope in our home so we had many questions but we always received quick and helpful answers. Overall, we had a great experience and we will (and already have!) recommend Re-Imagine to our friends and family.

My husband and I hired Reimagine Builders to develop our basement and it was the best decision we could have made. From the first phone call to set up a meeting with Bo to discuss our vision for the space to the finished product it couldn't have gone smoother. Excellent service throughout and great finished basement. They went above and beyond to correct any errors and were very responsive. The finishes were of a high quality in the standard package. Was a little more expensive then other quotes but well worth paying the extra. Would strongly recommend.

Our experience was great from the beginning. When developing our quote they made suggestions and pointed out things we weren’t aware of that actually ended up saving us some money, so we knew we could trust them. They were completely professional and kept us updated at every step of the way. All of the different workers that came were friendly, and other than normal noise from the work they were doing we hardly noticed them there. The finished product is beautiful and the quality and attention to detail is obvious. We would highly recommend them.
