Very Reasonable and I got to work with the owner which is always a plus. I recommend 100% and will do future business with them for sure. If I could give 10 stars I would and i felt the product he used is of quality with excellent ratings and warranty. I wish all businesses made it this easy. Very responsive and easy to work with. Excellent advisory, I didn't purchase anything I didn't need. They said they would be here at 9:30 AM, they arrived at 9:31 AM; very punctual. Very polite. My job was replacing our condenser unit, repairing ductwork, and maintenance on our existing air handler. They were in and out quickly, cleaned up after themselves, overall it was an outstanding experience. I highly recommend these guys.

I had been calling a few places to have some someone come check out my AC that wasn’t keeping up with the thermostat setting during the days with the summer approaching. Direct Cooling was recommended to me by some of my neighbors so I gave them a call. Within 5 hours I had someone at my house to check out the AC. Frank was timely, professional and courteous while at my home. Frank even took the time to educate me on the AC unit and ways to keep it running more efficient and tips for maintaining it on my own. Highly recommend Direct Cooling.

When we purchased this house (we are first time home owners) we had plans renovate the interior. We had not planned for the ac to completely give out in the middle of summer. Thankfully, Frankie was able to work fast around our working schedules to get us a new ac and install it fast. We have had a great experience so far and I can't believe it's almost been a year!
I recently called Frankie again to come a do a quick service and he was able to come the same day. The service in impeccable and the guys are always so polite have great manners and customer service. I definitely recommended this company!
