We are so glad we used Plumbing Solutions to repair our broken sewer line. We had two companies out before Plumbing Solutions, and once we met and talked with Ed we knew we'd use this company. Start to finish the job was handled well, from communicating with us about the process, answering questions and even letting our 5yo watch the excavators close up.

These guys are the best and I'm so glad we found them : HUGE thanks to Ed for guiding us through the process and communicating so helpfully, Joe for advocating for us with the inspector and being so kind to our amazed little one, Leo for working so hard during the heat wave and Sal for directing traffic and helping everyone get around the cones. We had a great experience with Plumbing Solutions last week when our kitchen sink had issues, then my husband made it worse trying to fix it himself. The day I called, I was given a 3 hour window that afternoon for arrival. The plumber (young guy, can't remember his name) arrived right on time and was done quickly and left everything much more clean than my husband had!

We were given an estimate over the phone, a range actually- high to low- and the price fell at the higher end because my husband had broken the garbage disposal, of course. If that hadn't needed to be replaced, it would have been at the very low end. Lesson learned. They are our new go-to!

I hired Plumbing Solutions to install two new toilets. Jacob was accommodating, efficient and did a great job. It's good to know after all these years and with a new generation of plumbers, their quality is as good as ever. Thanks again, Jacob and Plumbing Solutions!

Plumbing Solutions responded to my request for a quote within a few minutes. It was nice and easy to schedule an appointment as they were prompt on returning my emails. Jacob sent me a text message on the morning of my appointment to confirm and he was actually able to arrive a little early which was a big plus for me. Upon his arrival, Jacob was very professional, friendly, and courteous.

Plumbing solutions is super professional, prompt and reliable. We had a permit issue with our new house and Joel came back with a really reasonable quote to work with the inspector and effortlessly pulled the permit for us. I contacted probably 15 companies and Plumbing Solutions was one of the few companies that could do the work (apparently the camera equipment required is not very common). Plumbing emergencies are always stressful. We got a response from Joel immediately stating that he could have a technician out Monday morning at 8am. Promptly at 8am the technician arrived. Our technician Ed was amazing. He Diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired our copper line within an hour or so. He also came in to make sure that our faucets weren't clogged with dirt and purged the system. I highly recommend Ed and Plumbing Solutions!

The first plumber we called let us go 11 days w/o hot water due to mismanagement and incompetent, and gave us a ridiculously high quote. Finally we called Plumbing Solutions - Jacob was at our house within the hour and we had hot water by the next day. Their supplier gave them incorrect info on pricing but they honored the original quote. Very happy with the service and professionalism we experienced - and a special shout out to Mark and Jacob who installed our new tankless water heater. True to their name, they provided a 'plumbing solution'!

After letting a general contractor go after it became clear that he was not doing a good job, I called Plumbing Solution to finish installing my kitchen sink. This company is A-MAZING! Jacob and Mark came out this morning to hydro-jet my sewer line first thing this morning with smiles on their faces. Both are approachable, friendly and professional. Ed from Plumbing solutions was an absolute pleasure to work with. I originally had him come out to take a look at my clogged sewage line that kept backing up from the sewage cleanout in my backyard to the city sewage. The problem was that roots had grown into the pipe and was preventing the sewage from passing through cleanly. I had originally gotten a quote from my usual plumber and he recommended that I replace the entire line and it was very expensive to do so.

I figured I should get a second opinion before I commit to such expensive work so that's when I gave Plumbing Solutions a call.

Ed came out to do a site consultation and immediately identified that the issue was indeed from roots in the sewage pipe but noticed that it was only the first 5-6 feet of pipe that had the roots. The rest of the pipe was in perfectly good condition and didn't have to be replaced.

He quoted me to replace the first part of the pipe for a very reasonable price. He was very informative and communicative about the work that needed to be done and did not try to upsell me into trying to replace the whole thing. On the day of the job, they had already pulled the permits and scheduled the inspector to come. When they cut open the pipe, the issue was extremely clear: One of the couplings in one of the elbows broke, which caused an opening and the root grew into the pipe.

They extracted nearly a 6 foot long root that was in the pipe! No wonder my sewage kept backing up. They replaced the the cleanout with a 2-way (I had only a 1 way), and replaced the cut pipe with an ABS pipe. I am very happy with Ed's work and I now have a new go-to plumber! Thank you for the honest and good work.

I've had PS out twice, once to install a toilet and the other time to help us identify a leak. The first time, I called them around 7:30 AM. They answered the phone right away (amazing!). The rep was super nice and helpful. He arranged to have a plumber at my house at 8:30 AM. The Plumber (Ed) showed up right on time, installed my toilet and was done by 9:30 AM. Wow!

I had the same experience the 2nd time I called regarding the leak. Plumber came out right on time. He was professional, competent and really nice. Very impressive service. Excellent company. First- they came the next day. Other companies did not have availability until days later. We asked for sewage lateral inspection, the technician was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything we needed to know about our '56 house's possible issues. We decided on cleaning of our old pipes "hydro jetting" to clean the roots ingrown in the sewage pipes. They were flexible, courteous and not pushy. We will use them again.

10/27/2021. We kept hearing a funny sound for the last couple of days or so and realized we had water leaking under the house. Called one company for service but they weren't able to come out until friday. Called this company @ 7:30 this morning and they were able to have someone here before noon. Yay!. Jacob identified what the problem was, definitely a leak in a pipe and had the problem solved and fixed within 2 hours. Also helped replace our main water shut off valve and another hose connector. Will be calling them again for plumbing issues. Thank you Jacob and company.

We had an issue with the toilet fill valve that caused the toilet to constantly run. We called Plumbing Solutions based on a recommendation from a real estate agent we had worked with in the past. Armando and his associate showed up early after confirming with me that I was home. They were professional. They both had masks on and put on booties before entering my residence. They were in and out within 10 min and helped me for the next time my drain clogs as it can be costly to hire plumbers to unclog them. I appreciate this business and the service they provided! Brian to the rescue again! We've had Brian out several times from general plumbing issues from clogged pipes to leaking valves and most recently to assess and replace a water heater. He is always timely, efficient and trustworthy. We really appreciate his thorough explanation and going above & beyond to write reports for our HOA. He even came out on his weekend off to accommodate our schedule.

We had an emergency when my husband decided to cut through an old pipe and water started pouring out. He shut off all the water to the house and it was still coming out! We had to have EBMUD come out to turn the water off, get the pipe fixed, in order to have our water turned back on again. This was the first place I called and they were so responsive I was so relieved!

They sent someone out immediately and they ended up arriving right around the same time the EBMUD guy came. Long story short they fixed our problems and was a life saver! Did we pay a premium for it? I think so, but we needed someone ASAP and they fit the bill so we expected it. Fantastic service in a pinch!

My #servicestarshoutout goes to Joel from Plumbing Solutions! This review has been a long time coming! 02.23.21 Actually had a different plumbing company come out a few days before back in February. They did a fair job but pointed out other jobs that needed to be done which would've cost us thousands of dollars. There was definitely a sense of urgency to what said plumber was suggesting.

Of the 3 jobs, hydrojetting our sewer lines was what we decided to do first. I felt we needed a second opinion as it's really expensive and called around for other estimates. I found that not many plumbing companies offer hydrojetting or if they do, it's not for the heavy duty kind of hydrojetting that we needed. Joel came back under what the first company was going to charge so we went with Plumbing Solutions instead.

He asked why we thought we needed hydrojetting since it's so specialized, expensive and much different than your average snaking the lines. I appreciated that he inquired in case we didn't need it done, but we did need it, unfortunately. Lol Joel came out (masked) with a big ass truck and a giant hydrojetting machine and we finally got why it's so expensive.

He jetted both of our lines in no time and showed us the camera footage which had been previously had a ton of thick, thick tree root balls blocking our lines. He also took a look at the photos of what the other plumbing company said we needed done and told us, it wasn't urgent and didn't need to be done any time soon. I really appreciated Joel's candidness on the two other jobs as it's sometimes hard to find in specialty work when other companies can so easily take advantage. Andres and Brian installed a Moen automatic shutoff valve with 3 sensors and also fixed a leak in my home. They were both very professional, explained throughout the process what they were doing and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs you may have.

Jacob was on time, professional, and worked quickly. He gave us options on what and how to fix our issues, as well as the different prices before doing any work. The other thing he did, which was greatly appreciated, was he checked the pipes around the toilet and sink and found that one of the valves will need to be changed soon. Very proactive! I had sewage backing up in my house due to roots in my clean out. They came out 30 minutes after I called and helped me figure out what was going on. they helped me find tghe clean out and we very honest with me about what could be done and how much it would cost - even when it became clear that I was not going to be able to use them to fix the problem. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. If I need plumboing serivce again, I will call them first.

Amazing service! We came home last night and had a water bubble in our wall. I messaged Plumbing Solutions and they got me in right away the next day. They showed up early and Armando and Andres assessed the issue immediately. They had to cut our dry wall to find the leak and they did it in such a clean and professional way. They found and fixed our leak at a great price and cleaned everything up. Wonderful skilled young men! I highly recommend!

All I can say is "wow". These guys are the best. They have helped me out with two separate plumbing emergencies. In 2019 my hot water heater exploded and they came out to replace it. Both of the plumbers that came were very knowledgeable. They explained my options, what the costs were, and what the trade offs were. Last week a pipe in my foundation sprung a leak and also soaked through my neighbors foundation.

A team of four plumbers, including the two who came in 2019 came and rerouted my plumbing. The pipes in the concrete foundation are no longer used so they won't cause another difficult leak. Everyone from the plumbing team to the receptionist to the night emergency contact are wonderful to work with. Best customer service ever.

These guys were awesome! Water was turned off by CCWD mid Friday morning due to a leak by the meter. First call was to these guys. Told the cost to do leak detection would be maybe 295/hour and then a quote. Could get here between 3-6 same day. As an aside this was the Friday when COVID 19 caused the national emergency. Mark called to say he might be EARLY!

He got here and it was a smaller fix so no detection needed. Gave me best mid and worst case scenarios. 595 if easy. Maybe 2k if they had to jackhammer sidewalk out. He said he'd think good thoughts and get it done the easy way.

BAM within an hour we're back on and Mark is writing an invoice. 595. Would give 10 stars for responsiveness, professionalism and fairness.
