Great experience! I lost my keys in the park and I called at midnight to arrange morning/noon service for a replacement fob with reprogramming for a Lexus rx350. The service price was expensive $300 but it was expected. Luxury car key replacement services are more steep but it was far less than towing to the dealership. Kodi was friendly and focused.

Honestly the best service I could ask for! They were upfront with pricing, when I requested service they told me immediately what the cost would be, which was very inexpensive and beyond fair. The customer service was top notch. Went above and beyond for me. Dealership wanted to charge me $800 for an issue that they solved over the phone for free and got me another key and reprogrammed for a tiny fraction. Please come here, they're wonderful people and genuinely kind and care about their customers

I don't typically leave reviews, but had a great experience with Pro-Keys Locksmith that I wanted to pass along. I needed a spare key for my vehicles, the dealer was going to charge several hundred dollars each. Pro-Keys was able to hook me up for a small fraction of the price. They had a couple issues cutting it the first time, but the communication and customer service was fantastic. Shout out to Jacob for all the help and getting it done. Thanks! I went to get gas at Costco in Woodbridge early on a Saturday morning. I pumped the gas and was about to get back in my car. The door was unlocked and everything I had was in the car. But there was an issue with the lock and the door didn't open. I called Pro-Keys and luckily they came within 30 minutes. Eric was the technician who was very professional and nice. Glad to have this type of service when you really need it. It wasn't cheap but worth it!

Earlier in the week one of my Plumbing van's got broken into. I remembered my mother in law used pro-key and decided to give them a call about installing extra locks on my van. I needed a new remote/key for my 2009 Lincoln Navigator. Ford quoted my $300+, Ace hardware was $200+ and thankfully Pro keys locksmith was only $79 (since I had ordered a key off Amazon). The $79 included cutting the key and programming. The entire process only took approximately 20 minutes. Quick service and reasonable pricing. I will definitely return for all my key services.

I want to thank Pro-Keys for coming out on a Sunday when I locked myself out of my house. I called a competitor and they wanted to charge $257. Pro-Keys came out for less than half of that price. Bought a 2005 Nissan Maxima several months ago and the car would start fine until about two months in when I couldn't get the car started until after about 3-4 times of turning the ignition and fiddling with the shifter. After much frustration, I went to look up locksmiths and chose this shop because of the many great reviews and how close they were to me.
They did not disappoint! Was in and out of there in what seemed like a matter of minutes and Jacob, the associate behind the counter, was very helpful and quickly got me back on the road with perfectly working keys! He charged me a reasonable and very fair price for the cutting and programming he performed and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful service!

Prompt, highly qualified, expert service, which is unfortunately quite expensive. But, I suppose all locksmiths are going to be pricey when you really need them. Although, I didn't rate them with 5 Stars (because, of their pricing), I will definitely call them again, if I need help with a lockout situation. They're great people!

I locked out myself out of my car for the first time and called because they were close to where I was. Someone responded immediately and was able to offer me a flat price on the spot, which was about the low end/average of other places I had called that had offered ranges. The locksmith Cody came by 20-30 min after I called even though he had already gotten off work.
He was friendly and efficient, and we got the door open in about 10 minutes. The tools that he used were all rubber tipped or made of rubber-like material so it didn't appear to damage the car; I also appreciated Cody being careful in general and using a terry cloth to protect the frame of the car. Great service overall. 4 stars only because I've never worked with another locksmith in this situation; otherwise, it seems like the 5-star reviews are merited.

I called a few minutes before closing and they were willing to wait a few minutes for me and I gotta say you really don't find service like this anymore. I don't go out of my way to write reviews on Yelp due to time constraints. But this time, it's a whole different story. Jerry took care of me swiftly and with the utmost sincerity. He answered all of my questions regarding locks while my car key was being cut. The whole process took no more than a minute. I need a new key for my vehicle. I called a round and this place didn't give me the run around. The price was reasonable, and the guy who cut my key and programmed it was very kind. The place is small but they take care of all of your locks, safes, and key issues. If you are looking for great service please stop by and see them.

If you need a locksmith this is the place to go. They were quick and efficient. My parents lost their desk drawer key and couldn't lock important documents up. They were able to make new keys. When the locks were installed my parents could not unlock. They made a house call and showed them again how to unlock the lock. They were very pleasant and helpful!
