Awesome service, they were out with the part needing to be replaced in a manner of a couple hours. Guy was super nice and thorough with the job. Went over a few things and explained some better care for our unit. Definitely calling when time to replace or need service again!

JJ really helped us out today, he was able to come out quickly and get us up and running with a new capacitor fast. He was easy and fast to schedule by texting. Very professional and easy to work with, he was straight up and honest and charged a fair rate. I liked the convenience of paying the invoice online, too. Cool Kids was fantastic to work with today. He came out same day and was super easy to schedule all via text. Originally scheduled to be here at 4pm and texted ahead of time and asked if he could come 30 minutes early so that was a great start! Our downstairs AC stopped blowing cold and once he took some readings of the coolant and saw the construction work he knew exactly what happened.

It turns out that our contractors replacing siding to our house accidentally put a nail through our copper refrigerant line going up in the wall to the attic. He was super easy to work with and explained everything. He stayed out and worked with the contractor get into the right spot and found & fixed the hole, and refilled the unit. He also went super above and beyond to fix/improve our other hvac for upstairs while he was here too and was super easy to work with and even did the invoice for the work in two parts since the contractors are covering the accident piece. Definitely save this guy's info for any hvac work you need done

We've been using Cool Kids for a while now to help keep our dinosaur A/C unit working with minor repairs and maintenance. Recently, my husband and I knew it was time to replace the original system that came with our 23 year-old home. JJ and his team did a solid job replacing our system and we couldn't be happier. He gave us a competitive quote to replace the AC unit, furnace, and ducts.

They showed up on time and were in and out in a timely manner. They hauled off our old unit and were impeccable with their cleanup. We instantly felt a major difference in the flow and quality of air. Our home cools down and warms up quickly. What a difference! Also, we had a huge dust issue which is now resolved, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Friendly, professional, and highly recommend!

As a new homeowner in Texas, having the AC in good condition was a high priority. I saw the Cool Kids AC & Heat truck driving up AW Grimes and liked the logo and snapped a picture. I later looked up reviews and everything looked good. When I wanted my AC looked at to assess and service, I reached out to Cool Kids. JJ responded promptly and was extremely flexible.

He was very transparent with everything he was looking at / doing and options of services. He even taught us how to do our own maintenance on the outside unit! Everything was reasonably priced considering all that was done. Definitely have this number saved as a contact and will be the first call if my AC is acting up! All that aside, I would have gladly paid top dollar but JJ's pricing was super reasonable. You can't go wrong with this man and his company for anything you need related to ac /hvac repairs.

Cool kids replaced my HVAC in my house about 2.5 years back. Job was done super quick and they cleaned up after. AC and heat ran perfectly since then and more efficiently as well. Saved me about 50$ in each summer month compared to my original unit. Selling my house now and needed some minor changes done. They came out and fixed everything and cleaned out the dryer vent as well. I’ve recommended them to several friends and they replaced the HVAC system in my moms place too. Can’t say enough good things about Cool Kids!

It's been 3 hours since we noticed a leak in our ceiling and with in those 3 hours we were able to have Cool Kids come out and fix the issue! I called other places before contacting Cool Kids and the amount they quoted us was insane and the wait was days.. Cool kids was able to arrive with in a hour of contacting them and I paid a third of what everyone else quoted me.

I highly recommend contacting them not only did they arrive very quickly and we paid a very very great amount for the service he provided but he was also very knowledgeable I had no hesitation asking him questions. Thank You again for everything you did for us this evening!!
