The windows looked great but wasn't as I expected it on the STC rating part of it since I live right next to the airport and did emphasized during my quoting process. And one of the window that is a single hung keep having rain water sit inside the sill creating a pool until it dries out on its own. But overall, I am still happy for these windows. Derek replied really fast and quick and with patience on every issue or request.

He is really eager to help me resolve any concerns and problems that I have and throw at him. And his crew has the best customer service to all the contracting I've dealt with this ADU project. Even that he is out of state to my project, his responding rate and resolution are far better and exceptional compared to my local contractors! Their website is the most friendly and quick simple quote that I didn't have to WAIT for a service quote to get back to me like all other window companies and still getting my requests incorrectly.

I love their website quick quote features and the amount of optional features to my desire. They really held my hand through the entire measurement process and making sure it's correct. And my order actually came not only on time and actually arrived 1 full week early. Just as promised delivery date! I will definitely order from him on my next future projects but will persist for his tier 3 window quality.

Online order was easy. I had a question about the grid and called up, they were just going to call about my order, and they could accommodate the grid pattern I needed. Loved the windows, the support they give you over the phone, and ordering online is really user friendly, right after putting the order I recieved a really friendly call from a lady to double check measurements, delivery was fast. I received a very professional follow up call after I placed the order to confirm all the details. Follow up communications via email and phone regarding completion of order and instructions for pickup were great. Order one awning window for a bathroom. Fast delivery with easy pickup from the warehouse. Arrived over a week faster than quoted, and 10 days sooner than other stores were quoting.

We ordered the EcoTru trim model and the finish is as expected for moderately priced vinyl windows. The only complaint is some excess vinyl shavings leftover from the molding process and visible seems in the vinyl frame. But these very small complaints are covered by your window trim anyway. Overall, we highly recommend Window e-store.

I had been doing a lot of searching online as to who I was going to buy my windows through. I am a bit of a DIYer in nature and really wanted to install my windows myself rather than rack up a huge bill by having someone else do the install. I got some quotes from some of the local companies and of course everyone wanted to sell me their top of the line window and most had added fees that were just not necessary since I was doing all the work.

I called and talked to the owner of Window e-store, Derek, and I could tell based on previous reviews that this guy was going to be real easy to work with. Derek was very kind and easy to talk with. I explained that I wanted to just start with replacing two small windows in the house and if my install goes well I would go ahead and order all the rest.

Removing the old storm window mounting screws was the longest part of the job. It literally only took 15 minutes to install the new one. I still need to do some molding around it, but I'm very pleased with the product.

I quickly placed an order over the phone with Derek Baker. Derek was very thorough in helping me understand more about the type of windows they have to offer. He walked me through in selecting the type of window I needed to get, even though my window was a custom-sized order.

Since the width of my window was below what was available for selection on the pull-down menu, he had to use another program in their system to fill in my order.
