I was having issues with a water leak in my house so I ended up calling grand rooter plumbers in pembroke pines & they came right away. I asked if there was a service charge and they said the estimate was free so they provided me with a detailed estimate. Can't wait to start the job! Great Service!

Called and spoke with Alex at 430pm. I had a cold water washer hose break and a rusted Spicket that was Soldered to the brass fitting that I couldn't take care of myself. Very professional on the phone, ask me to send a couple of pics so he could see and diagnose. Once he received the pics he said he could help and he'd finish a job he was on and be right over. He was here in 45 minutes, let me know the price (reasonable) and had the entire job completed by 6pm. Awesome job, I will definitely use them again. Thank you Alex

Alex the plumber that came out to me was so comforting and patient and most of all did the job right and even though it was a dirty job he left my bathroom spotless! They arrived on time and I donâ t even think I waited a whole hour for them to come to me once I called for service. They got there quick and were very efficient. I definitely will be sending everyone I know over to Grand Rooter. 5 stars two thumbs up everything!

These company is heaven sent. I was out of a toilet for 4 days straight because my landlord didn't want to repair my clogged toilet. I was a total panic and i found them on google i called them and within an hour they were here. They went above and beyond for me and this was after hours. I finally have a working toilet. Ive never been so happy to see my toilet flush.

I'll be calling them whenever I'm in trouble! Please use them and no one else. An amazing service. Alex and his partner were there on time and very courteous. They left my bathroom spotless after the job was done! If I could give them more then 5 stars I would!

Instead of trying to upsell us on an expensive water heater that was not needed for our house, he gave us options & advised us on what we realistically needed. SERIOUSLY!.THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!. I had a recurring issue with my drain lines backing up for a good 6 months. I did hire five of the biggest plumbing Company names online. Not only I spent a fortune with them, but the problem continued. So I founded this company GRAND ROOTER on Google. I can't tell you or begin to describe my satisfaction. As soon I call them and speak with their office staff, I immediately realized that I was dealing with a professional at a whole other level.

Their customer service was fantastic. I was impressed with the level of knowledge that their office staff had when I asked questions, which I never experienced that with any other prior company. It was refreshing. It gave me a sense of calm the way that they handle my stress over the phone. I had a service van in my door within 1 Hour liked they promised.

The team of tech's Daniel & Erick were uniformed & they had face mask and gloves. They asked me questions and present me with several pricing options on how to resolve my issue. They worked unstoppably until they cleared the problem and turned out to be a much bigger situation that none of the prior company I hired ever diagnosed, shame on them! These guys have an impressive set of skills and all kinds of equipment to figure things out, and they did!

They kept me thru-out the work process informed at all times. When they finish, they spend their time making sure that my place was disinfected and spotless. Alex was excellent! I had a leaky toilet in an old house. Turns out that the fix was not that simple. Alex was creative and did an excellent job is getting it back to working condition. He explained the process the entire step of the way. Very knowledgeable! I will be hiring them for all my future plumbing needs.
