Very friendly, professional and competitive service. They arrived when promised and completed the furnace removal and replacement in exactly the amount of time they estimated. The technician was very courteous, explained the process and stuck around after the installation to make sure everything was running properly and to answer any questions that I might have. I also received pricing from the big box retailers. B's custom Mechanical was a lower price without the hassle of dealing with middle men.

My furnace went out unexpectedly and B's was recommended to me as the best place to call. They were out at my house rapidly. If you need anything done for HVAC, this should be your go-to place. Ben was accommodating when my furnace went out in the middle of winter during the holidays when no one else was available. Brooks came out next after the call and got the job done by the afternoon. His team replaced only what was needed and saved me thousands of dollars compared to other companies around me.

Recently purchased a home in New Hudson and B's Custom Mechanical was recommended to me. Communication with Ben was a breeze! He was honest and informed me of what I could expect for my HVAC inspection and maintenance plan. His service technician, Brooks, was also nice to work with and took the time to explain what work he was going to perform and answered all of my questions.

Our 20 year old AC unit needed to be replaced and Ben was referred to us. Glad he was! We wanted to upgrade to a more high efficiency unit and Bryant was the brand that we were most interested in. Ben delivered on both with the perfect solution for our house. The install was done very cleanly and professionally and he provided a great amount of information regarding HVAC maintenance that I was unaware of.

Ben is great to work with. Very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things properly. In our case, we needed new supply/return ducts for a basement remodel. Cost was very reasonable for the service provided, and everything was completed timely alongside great communication. Will certainly call Ben again for future HVAC needs.

I would recommend this company . We had a fairly large install and had a lot for contact with them, the owner have us his personal number if we had any questions, which I liked. They treat your home like they would want their homes treated. Prompt work and did the job right!Great prices as we called for several quotes.

Ben does quality work at competitive prices. He recently replace my furnace for several hundred dollars less than a large HVAC company quoted. Throughout the process, he educated me on the options and differences in equipment and I never felt like he was trying to sell me on anything. Ben is easy to work with and was a great communicator from the day I first called until the project was complete.
