I highly recommend this company. They were friendly, responsive, and thorough. We were getting mice in our kitchen every night. Our tech explained everything he was doing, filled many gaps in our very old house's basement, and did even more two weeks later during the free follow up visit. They started with a consultation in which they inspect the house and explain their recommendations.

What I loved is that they were so flexible with me. I am moving (we rent) and they arranged only the services I needed set up arrangements for the landlord if he wants to follow up. The best part is that it worked! No more mice inside. When the tech came two weeks after he put the bait around the house he could see they ate it and replaced what was eaten.

The bait dehydrates the mice and they go outside for water and then die in about 45 minutes. I thought they were coming in due to the weather change and I had been catching them in a humane trap and releasing them in a nearby field but the droppings and eating food led me to a different solution. This company is also very competitive price-wise. I looked at several and they are similar or cheaper with better customer service.

I hired this company to help rid my house of odorous ants. The initial treatment did nothing, so i exercised their warranty and had them return. One the day of the warranty visit, i was told "the tech is 20-30 minutes away" at 8:09 am. 1 hour and 50 minutes later I was notified they would be arriving at the next time slot (10:30-12:30). I said this would not work and requested another day where i could be the first visit.

They said they could not guarantee the first time slot so i requested a cancellation of their service. They then proceeded to tell me they could in fact get me the first slot. I said no thanks, i am done. fast forward 2 months, they contact me to schedule an appointment. I thought i had cancelled, but in order to truly cancel i had to pay a $230 "balance" They would NOT even consider waiving this as it was their "policy"
So, beware of their service contract, they lock you in and will take your money.

He was wonderful as usual! Made sure everything was checked and all services cared for and completed. I appreciate his patience and being detailed.

Environmental pest control is great! They do well with communication, very patient with questions, and very fair regarding cost. They do a thorough job and do very well in general!

There was a nest of wasps under the eaves of our house which was successfully disposed of by a technician from this company. We also signed up for quarterly services for spraying for insects around the foundation of our house. We have had problems with ants and grasshoppers in the past but not this year! Thanks for your services!

We’ve been working them for 10+ years now. Very reasonably priced. They take care of the scheduling the follow up appointments every quarter. I can call them anytime I need additional service especially during spring when I see new bugs creeping up. I highly recommend this company.

The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained why their company used the different methods & products and seemed to really know what he was talking about. And they were able to schedule me in very quickly.

I called Environmental Pest Control after the company I used for a Wood Destroying Insect inspection was a no call/no show several times. Environmental Pest Control called ahead and showed up promptly at the scheduled time. The technician, Joe, spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the property. He was professional, thorough and courteous. Highly recommend!
