Hired them and paid in full to the owner, John Angelo, prior to the start of the attic insulation job. They started work and never finished it. It's been almost two months and they are not coming back. The result - there is a hole in the closet they opened up to access the attic, which was never closed. One area of the attic was not finished and doesn't have foam applied. The rest of the attic doesn't have adequate thickness foam, with some areas having less than an inch of foam thickness or even bare spots. They removed old fiberglass insulation from the knee walls and now the house doesn't have even the insulation it had before. John and company is not responding to my request to finish the job or to refund the money. Not sure where all these "good reviews" are coming from. They started making stories about breaking all of their spray foam equipment at the same time, and weeks needed to repair it, the truck getting into an accident on the "way to my house", not communicating because he lost his phone at JFK, new truck not passing safety inspection on another day they were supposed to be here, getting COVID next time he was supposed to be here, someone having continued education and exam, and so on and so on. At the same time, I was watching all these "five stars" reviews popping up when they supposedly couldn't do any work,
and, finally, stopping communication altogether. It was 60 days on August 14th, since the job was started. I'm sure, he will write a bunch of explanations in response to these reviews, - but the bottom line is, - the job is not finished, they are not communicating and are not returning the money. Looking for someone to finish the insulation of the attic and fix all that mess. You can only imagine how hot it was in the house with all this hot weather with the outside temps in the 90s we had for a few weeks here.

They arrived early, surveyed the job, and discussed the job before starting. They were extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions about the job or products throughout the day. The other amazing thing was that the entire job was completed in one day, including replacing the sunroom skylights and the shed roof shingles.

We called multiple companies based on the reviews to get a home enery use assessment. The only returned call we from John with Epic Building Solutions. They came on time the day it was scheduled and explained everything completely. We booked Epic to complete the recommendation they gave. They are coming on March 15th! We can't wait Highly recommend.
