Professional, on time, did a great job. I was very appreciative of them! My three cats and I remained outside while these guys did their thing (I'm sorry guys, I'm terrible with names and can't remember). When it came time for them to clean the dryer vent, I took my cats inside. I could only find two of them. The guys helped me to locate my third and best hider so I could take him inside and put them all in a room away from the noise.

They wouldn't start until my lil guy was safe. Thank you so much you two! Seriously. I was getting worried for my furbaby's safety! Thank you for the great job and for putting my animals safety over your job and time. I really appreciate it and will definately recommend Real Clean Air to others!

Words cannot adequately express my appreciation for Kevin and his team at Real Clean Air. They did a phenomenal job of helping us clean up a mess previous contractors had left us. Our ducts in our new construction home were extremely dusty from not being covered during construction. And they were contaminated with fiberglass from not properly being sealed.

Real Clean Air sealed all the holes, joints, and seams in our metal ducts using zero VOC mastic. After they sealed the ducts, they came back out to clean them and the HVAC unit. They did two extremely thorough rounds of cleaning. The first round was with a pneumatic brush to help loosen the dirt and fiberglass in our metal ducts. The second round was with an air whip.

They did this under negative pressure so that no contaminates would enter our home. They even came on Memorial Day because they didn't want us to go any longer without AC! It's rare you find a company with such integrity and empathy. They sincerely felt bad for us and went above and beyond to help us. Thank you Kevin, Jon, and Derrick! You truly are life savers!

Real Clean Air did an excellent job cleaning our ducts and vents. Jon was very professional and pleasant. He took time to explain the cleaning process to us and answered all of our questions. He was careful to keep the house clean as he worked: he did the work neatly, cleaned everything up afterwards, and wore protective shoe coverings. He was also very careful when working in the room where our cats were enclosed, making sure to keep the door closed while he was working.

We had been putting off having the ducts cleaned because we were looking for a company that we felt we could trust. A colleague at work recommended Real Clean Air, and we are very happy that we followed that suggestion.

Completely up front with pricing and services and what to expect and SUPER knowledgeable and no hard sell for unnecessary services like others I had quotes from. They use a process better than all the others and totally cleaned up afterwards. They went above and beyond from 1st phone call to after the work was completed. John and the team at Real Clean Air were excellent. We used another service provider in a prior home and there simply is no comparison. These guys spent nearly two days cleaning every last inch of our ducts and vents. They were on time, professional, and did a fantastic job - taking time to explain the process and a few other insights about our home they observed along the way.

The crew (2 men) came right on schedule and were neat and clean. They put on booties to see where the dryer was and where it vented to the outside. A "welcome mat" with their logo was placed on the side deck where they entered and exited the laundry room. They also protected our shrubs with a cloth. Then they got to work and did a great job! They cleaned up the area and cleaned the dryer vent from inside also. They were efficient and professional.

Called them after using another vendor with a coupon that did not solve my problem. They cleaned my dryer vent thorough. My dryer hasn’t worked this good even when it was new. Will use them again to clean my dryer vents in a couple of years. Great vendor!

We recently moved into a home that had very dirty vents and, as a result, really poor air quality. Then we did a major renovation, which created even more air pollution. My husband and I both have allergies, and I have pretty bad asthma, so we knew we had to find a company to do a thorough air duct cleaning. After doing a search on Home Advisor, I found Real Clean Air.

We scheduled them to do a air duct cleaning plus a sanitization with their hospital grade antibacterial spray. I'm so glad we went with them. The customer service was excellent throughout the process. They answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the process when I called them for info. Their pricing was straightforward and fair. On the day of service, they showed up on time and took care to keep our new hardwood floors spotless throughout the process.

They did a really thorough job, and we can already feel the difference in ouur indoor air quality. An added bonus is that they were really friendly and enjoyable to work with. I would definitely recommend Real Clean Air and will use them again in the future.

I decided to call Real Clean Air after searching for a duct cleaning/repair companies on Better Business Bureau. The owner took my call and set me up with an appt within a few days. Two servicemen, Jon and Tyler, came to my house, on time, and were very professional and polite. They wore shoe booties when coming into my home and were able to diagnose the issues (called them for multiple problems) that I had. Jon took the time to explain what was causing my issues and asked if I had any questions.

He also let me know that they guarantee their work so if we have any other issues to give them a call and they would be back out. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.

For customer service with a 5 being the highest score they earned a 10! Great people skills - upfront and honest. I will absolutely use them again.

Contacted RCA based on Yelp reviews and the reviews are all spot on. Since I had to be at work they were met by my Mom at my house to do the air duct cleaning. Kevin and his assistant arrived at the agreed time frame and went straight to business. I promised to move any furniture blocking a vent and they appreciated it. This made things seamless for them to start the process and with no time wasted for moving things around.

It should be a no brainer for other customers to do so. RCA thoroughly cleaned our vents and provided top notch service. All throughout very professional, courteous and respectful to our house. Do not look any further and try them, you won't regret it. I simply did not and currently enjoying clean air throughout my house. Kudos to Kevin for holding a high standard of service.

Nearly a year has passed, and (in part because my son overloaded the dryer) we needed a cleaning fairly urgently. They readjusted their schedule, showed up exactly when they promised and did a great job again.

Wonderful experience! Very honest people. They took the time to show me what was actually in my vents and explained the whole process start to finish. I had a horrible experience with a Groupon Deal for air ducts where they didn't even really clean. Real Clean Air came on time and finished the job in a timely fashion. Kevin was so sweet and sincere. I am so thankful they came and cleaned. I am looking forward to breathing cleaner air :
