Matt, Dawson, and crew did a fantastic job across the board. Matt is 100% customer service driven. He was professional and prompt on the initial quote. He called to give a specific time window when the crew would arrive. We met Dawson at the appointment. He was courteous, accommodating, and professional. The work done was above and beyond expectations.
They cleaned up excess debris around the neighbors. Dawson checked in prior to departure to make sure all needs were met. Matt called after the work was complete to ask if we were satisfied. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. Our driveway, street, and decks are the cleanest in the neighborhood. This is our 2nd time using HydroCleaning. We will be using Matt, Dawson, and crew again next year.

Very through jobs done on regular sidewalk cleanings, and on a recent spray painted graffitti problem. Dawson is very responsive, and he and the company do really great work. His work at the Japanese American Museum of Oregon makes the site presentable and clean for our visitors and staff, despite the challenges in the neighborhood. He always goes the extra mile to maintain our site. Knowledgeable, energetic, and on top of things. Can't say enough positive things about HydroCleaning NW and Dawson himself.

Dawson did a great job washing the outside of our house. He was very professional and a great communicator as we needed several emails in order to schedule around a construction project which was running over. We've used Hydrocleaning twice. Last year we used them to pressure wash our wood-sided and stone house, that had a lot of green moss built up. They protected the plants next to the house well, and the results were gorgeous. The pressure washer was well controlled and no damage was done to the siding, everything came out great. This fall we used them to clean our ipe dock, and then stain it.
The work was again done with care, they worked with our timing (and the rain) to get a solid coat of stain down, and came back several days later to check on it and remove the masking. The results were perfect. They were on time, they phoned to let me know when they were on the way and generally communicated way better than other contractors I've worked with. Highly recommend.

Wow, I can't believe I've been doing this myself every spring, these guys are great! what used to take me a week with my little pressure washer, they knocked it out in an afternoon. the big round surface cleaner in awesome, my pavers, I have a lot, have never looked this good. now I'm having them back out to do the shake siding and windows. worth every penny!
