Justin Kozak and Jose did a great job cleaning the duct work in my home today. They are very professional, explained everything and actually left everything cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were friendly and caring about my dog & cat also, since the noise of the equipment scared them at the start.

These guys are incredible! Olga immediately dispatched Mike to assist me! They dispatched a staff to clean up my basement after it flooded, and the guys on the crew (Sean and Andy) were fantastic! Frank and his team were life savers! Found this company via internet search and the testimonials prompted me to call. Frank came the following day for a full inspection and estimate to deep clean a rental property after previous (irresponsible) tenants moved out prior to new occupancy. We wanted carpeting in basement removed, air duct cleaning, all damaged blinds removed, whole house deep cleaned, disinfected, walls and ceilings washed, etc.a full-on job! Frank was very professional, thoroughly checked out the property, and provided respectable quote.

He acknowledged some would cost less, others would cost more, but Nu-Gen is committed to 100% satisfaction, doing the job fully and properly, and taking the necessary time to get it done to his and client's standards. He initially thought it would take one long day, but called later and said would be two days to ensure all done to spec. I told him as long as it could be done soon we can accommodate as long as he thinks his team would need.

They were able to start the following day, and completed the whole project in three full days. He and his team were so professional, always checked in and asked about various issues before proceeding with the task at hand, and really wanted us to be completely pleased with the finished product.which we are! The rental property was like night and day after Nu-Gen finished their magic. Highly recommend this company!

Nu-Gen was fantastic! We used them for a deep carpet clean of our entire home prior to moving in. From the initial phone call with Olga to schedule the service to the actual carpet cleaning, it was done professionally and seamlessly, with email confirmations and text notifications. Frank, who came by to give the exact quote and who also performed the service, was awesome.

He and 2 others started on time and continued until the job was done, which was several hours. We appreciate their hard work and will definitely consider using Nu-Gen again in the future for our carpet cleaning needs!

We recently had a basement destroyed from a flash flood. Getting in touch with a remediation company was completely impossible. Someone recommended Nu-Gen and said they were "VERY" happy with their services. Nu-Gen responded immediately. They were able to come out the very next morning and also sent a confirmation email and text. They texted when they were on the way and showed up on time. (something that apparently is not usually a thing in our area).

They thoroughly tested all areas we were concerned about and were extremely honest about what needed and did not need to be done. They were polite and answered all of our questions. It was a great experience and I highly recommended their services

NU-GEN Cleaning & Restoration, Did a fantastic job of restoring my kitchen and my living room after we had water damage due to Ice damming on our roof . Moises who owns the company came to my house the same day It happened and he and his crew (Sabas, Estaban, and Justin) worked fast and efficiently to stop the damage they were all very professional and very polite.

I would highly recommend Nu-Gen to my family and friends. I cant say enough good things about Moises, He went above and beyond what needed to be done,and I have complete trust in him and his crew. We had our carpets and area rugs cleaned and we were amazed at the difference! Wow! They were so knowledgeable and so efficient and with 100% quality. We had asked for a quote for our air vents to be cleaned, when he realized we had just had it done a year ago, he analyzed what the last company had done and let me know they did a great job and honestly not necessary to have it re-done yet.

10/10 would recommend - recommended by my friend sabas went my dryer vents started smoking my entire house, and right away they sent people within 3 hours of me reaching out to them to come check out my vents. Justin and Esteban did a really good job of walking me through the process of them cleaning my dryer and dryer vents! Also, I accidentally paid them over the price they gave me and they drove back to return the money 😂 honest and great service!!

Nu-Gen has been cleaning the office that I work at for over 20 years. They consistently do a thorough job which is one of the reasons we’ve remained loyal to Nu-Gen. Moises and his team are true professionals. Very responsive, on time, deliver on their promises, do quality work. We used them to address water intrustion in our basement. They cleaned it up, checked and sprayed for mold, took up, cleaned and replaced pad on one section carpet, cleaned carpets in several areas, cleaned air ducts. All done professionally and in a quality way. I don't have a comparison, but the pricing seemed competitive. We will use them again.

Sump pump failed causing water damage to wtw carpeting baseboards and walls. Nu Gen took control and tore everything out. After using equipment to dry and dehumidify basement, they treated to avoid mold before reconstructing and freshly painting walls and ceilings.
Next, baseboards were professionally stained before new padding and carpet were installed.

The crew was very respectful, and re-created a beautiful basement. Moises was awesome at communicating with my insurance claims adjuster and getting the claim correctly processed. Extremely satisfied with everyone from nu-gen and the work they completed. Highly recommended.

This morning we had Nu-Gen Cleaning and Restoration come out for a carpet cleaning, and I seriously couldn’t recommended a better company! They were on time, professional, and simply amazing at what they do. Before even coming out they explained to us the procedures of how/what they’d be doing in order to best clean the carpet. Between muddy shoes, and a dog that constantly gets sick, we had horrible stains that I never imagined would come out, and they were able to get EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their services include much more than just carpet cleaning, I’d definitely check them out!

Esteban and leticia came out cleaned my carpets they were very nice introduced their selfs as soon as we met, the appointment was for 8:00 am and sure enough as soon as I arrived to the property they where ready to get started. Nu-Gen sent a flyer to our business and I am glad I held onto it, because they really did an awesome job restoring our building. They were hired to clean our large production warehouse walls that were covered in dirt, dust and spider webs, and to clean the offices and bathrooms. The work created such a transformation in our warehouse that our employees thought we had the walls painted as they looked so bright and new!

I had thought our office tile grout was actually a dark color, but once they finished cleaning 9 years of production gunk they were bright and white again. Our carpets look better, too. We had them cleaned a while ago by another company and Nu-Gen did a superior job to their competitor. Their work was worth every penny!

They did an amazing job on my carpets! I had called them due to a cat vomit situation and Francisco threw in a special cleaning method at no extra charge to fix it. And fix it, he did! The rest of the areas he cleaned look fantastic as well. He was prompt and flexible with scheduling. Very professional and polite and didn't leave a huge mess of my entryway like so many other carpet cleaners do. They charge by the square foot and prices were reasonable. I will definitely be using them again.
