Premium Cabinets

I called Premium Cabinets to see if they sold individual cabinet drawers. Like most cabinet maker's I was told that they did not but was asked to bring the drawer in and Mike was able to rebuild the drawer better than the original while Amande assisted me in the planning of a complete kitchen cabinet remodel. Blowm away by the quality of their products and the honesty of their upfront pricing and the level of integrity in dealing with their customer.

Alex is warm hearted, excellent carpenter. Although there is a supply chain problem, he keeps working on it until the cabinet arrives. He also went extra miles to help customer. Highly recommended.

I Remodel houses in Austin tx. And I've been getting my kitchen and bath cabinets from Alex for the past 5 years. All I give him is wall measurements and he takes care of the rest from designing layouts and delivering them to Austin. Quality and Endless of ideas when working with Alex!

Lane and his team did an amazing job with designing our kitchen and installing cabinets. They are very flexible and geared towards customer satisfaction. Will definitely recommend if you're looking for cabinet. My wife plan to use them for any future cabinet needs and installation!

Premium cabinets was a pleasure to work with. There was a screw up with our order but premium cabinets made sure it was right and in a very timely manner. I've dealt with other contractors and when they make a mistake ..they still try to pass that cost onto you. Not premium cabinets. Alex made sure the right thing was done and as quickly as possible he made sure it was fixed. No hassle or arguing..he just did the right and honest thing. I definitely recommend them for your cabinet needs.

I would have given ZERO stars if it was possible. We went with Premium Cabinets due to the low cost, quality of cabinets, and the great reviews and ratings. We are now 6 months from initially ordering our cabinets and still have an incomplete kitchen (the COVID pandemic had no impact on the delay, we've been dealing with this since way before). They ordered incorrect cabinets, did not order all the necessary finishing pieces, and incorrect inserts. AND THEY BLAME US FOR IT!

The owner, Alex, refuses to acknowledge their errors, telling us that we provided the incorrect measurements (they never came out and measured at any point, even after the first incorrect order). They've even stated that we should have to pay for the reorder of the cabinets and that they "helped us out" by reordering the product they should have ordered in the first place.

They left the incorrect cabinets that weren't installed in the middle of my dining room for several weeks until we had to ask them to come pick them up and the garbage they left behind from the packaging. And please be aware that Alex also has his own installation company "on the side" which was misrepresented to us as part of the cabinet company itself.

This installer appears to be someone he subcontracts to. The installer asked us to use OUR saw to make his cuts and left the sawdust and cut wood pieces on the ground for us to clean up. My cabinets are beautiful but I have never come up against such horrible customer service. I wish I could post the email thread between myself and Alex so everyone could see the reprehensible way he has treated us. UPDATE: The day after posting this review I received an email from Alex stating that unless I retract the review, we now have to pay over $1500 for the "extras" that we ordered.

I have posted the pictures of the "extras" he keeps referring to which are actually items that we placed in our original order and are still waiting for 6 months later, and are now apparently being held hostage. We have contacted the cabinet manufacturer, filed a complaint with the BBB and reached out to an attorney.

I've purchased 3 different cabinet orders as I remodeled my house. First for the kitchen. I was very pleased with the cabinets, the design and the service. These were stained wood cabinets and they look great. I then ordered a grey shaker style cabinet for the master bath and I was equally impressed. When I was ready to do the upstairs bathroom, I ordered the same grey cabinets which Alex just delivered. I would recommend them if you are looking for a nice cabinet at a good price.

We ordered cabinets from Premium for our kitchen remodel. They were very helpful and friendly during the ordering process and the cabinets were delivered promptly. We were able to put many different specialty features such as pan and spice rack pullouts in our island that we absolutely love! The cabinets look beautiful and are very high quality. They are standing up to the heavy use of our large family very well and are also easy to clean as an added bonus (a must-have if you have children). I would definitely use them again!

We highly recommend Premium Cabinets for your next project. We remodeled our kitchen and Alex Martin did the design and helped us select the cabinets and hardware. He was so good and so professional and responsive to our calls. The cabinets are beautiful and everything fit like a glove into our space thanks to JM Installs and Josh Miller. He is also a real professional and a perfectionist.

He made sure everything looked beautiful. Although these are two separate companies they worked together like a pair of gloves and treated us as if we were family. We could go on and on with praise for how this all happened due to their organization and communication.

Lane is extremely easy to work with on designing just the perfect kitchen and other cabinet needs for your home. My Mom's house received significant damage from Hurricane Harvey and rebuilding her home was an enormous task. After researching multiple companies, Lane's knowledge, selection and pricing made his company stand out above the competition. The quality of the cabinetry is outstanding and beautiful. Customer service to detail and installation is superior. Highly recommend Premium Cabinets!

We had such a wonderful experience with Taylor & Alex from Premium Cabinets! They were so friendly during the purchase and installation process. We appreciated the quality of the cabinets, as well as the fact that soft close drawers and cabinets come standard. Taylor worked with us to create the layout and was more than happy to make adjustments as we needed to. Alex and his crew were so professional.

We had a couple doors that had to be replaced due to arriving warped, and Alex was communicative about when they would arrive. He personally checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We've been in our house about two months, and the cabinets still look great. I would absolutely recommend Premium Cabinets!

Premium cabinets was very helpful from start to finish. Mike came out and measured and recommended certain changes from the layout that needed change. The whole process was very efficient. The cabinets arrived on time and all the extras we needed were there. The price and quality are very good.

I just recently remodeled my home and used Premium Cabinets for my cabinets. I am so glad I did. Before I remodeled I had a 35+ year old home with original pre-fab cabinets. They were cheap, flimsy, and nothing exciting about the color. In one corner we had at least 3 feet of dead space, and one base cabinet floor had dissolved because of a leak under the sink.

We were able to fix all of that with our new Cabinets by putting a beautiful lazy Susan in that corner, making that space functional. Premium Cabinets had so many choices to make a kitchen as functional and beautiful as possible. The quality of the cabinets is incredible. Solid, and well made. My favorite feature is the soft close doors and drawers that saves my dishes and pots and pans from being jostled around.

We went with a stained Smokey grey color. The staff could not have been more helpful and educative. They really were thorough in walking me through every step. I had no worries at all when it came to my Cabinets, and that was well founded. I highly recommend this company if you are wanting a gorgeous, functional kitchen of your dreams.

Vasco of Premium Cabinets did a wonderful job with the cabinets in our family's kitchen. They are quality, are installed correctly and look wonderful. Vasco was professional and caring about the work to be done and the cabinets were installed when he said they would be once we realized the problem with timing we were having was with the contractor and not Premium Cabinets. We would use him again.

Let me start by saying the quality of the cabinets are as promised. Great quality cabinets and a good price. That is the good part. The bad part is there is no customer service contact if there is an issue. You deal with the rep only. Our cabinets and refrigerator cabinet were measured prior to ordering. We were told that it would take 3-4 weeks. Our order was placed the second week in January when we paid.

It was close to 3 months before all cabinets arrived. Granted, we had a rough winter which caused some delay but the timeframe was ridiculous. One cabinet was not the right size and had to be reordered. It was almost 4 months before we could start our kitchen. When building the refrigerator cabinet half way through building it the size seemed off.

Our refrigerator dimensions were provided and we were told it would fit. A good 8 inches of it was visible. Nothing was done when we called about it. The valance over the sink was not the correct size either and that took over a month to get the correct size. While you will get a good price and a good product if there is an issue that is another story.

We had to buy and build our own refrigerator enclosure after we paid for the one we ordered. Was not refunded anything. I hate writing a poor review but people need to know that if you have any issue with the product you are out of luck. Would love to upload a few pictures but don't see an option to do so.
