I called and was advised they were on a job, but would try to get here once completed. They continually updated me and advised they would still come even though it was getting late and if I couldn't do it this night they could come the following morning. They came the same night and stayed until the repair was completed. It was an underground leak so they explained the process for getting a credit from miamu dade water and sewer.
They had me take pictures of the progress to ensure there would be no issues with the credit. They stuck around until they were sure the job was completed correctly. Excellent service.

This is the second time I had Lazaro from Dolphinz Plumbing help me with a plumbing issue. Lazaro went above and beyond and diagnosing my Titan water heater which was not working. My 15 year old water heater was pretty much done so I needed a replacement ASAP. I called on a Friday afternoon expecting to schedule something for the following week or later. I was pleasantly surprised when Lazaro told me he could do it "right now." I sent him pictures of the old unit and he picked one up and came over in about an hour. He removed the old unit, installed the new one and cleaned up.
He made sure everything was working perfectly and leak free. He charged what I thought was a fair price for the install made even more impressive by the fact that he did it on a Friday afternoon. His company was recommended to me by family and would have no problem recommending him to anyone.

Lazaro was very professional. I've had problems installing my new shower since the tiles were placed incorrectly. Laz came up with creative solutions, thinking of ways to solve the problem without having to rip off the tiles and start all over, which would've cost me a lot more money! Laz even left to Home Depot and Lowe's looking for a tiny rubber gasket.
He refused to give up and I appreciated that so much. He never gave up when other workers just looked at it and basically said I was SOL. My shower is finally working! Thanks to Laz! Gotbrains03

We have had this team over for multiple projects: sump pump installation, installed a Phyn water shutoff on our main water line, and some other minor repairs around the house. They are always quick, do a great job at a great price, and overall they are awesome. I know I will be using them again in the future for any plumbing issues that I cannot handle myself.

They gave me a very good deal on the new water heater plus filter. I was a little hesitant to give them 2/3 of the deposit before the job was completed but they proved to be trustworthy and the job was completed the same day in a timely manner. Would recommend to a friend.

Dolphinz Plumbing gave me the best quote on changing the pressure valve. They came same day and installed a valve with better specs. The job was clean and they went beyond checking out a problem with a faucet. My experience with positive and glad I hired them because my savings were substantially. Recommended!

Hired Laz and Ricardo in an emergency leak situation after a strong storm may 2020. They came around 930-10pm no more than a couple of hours after reaching out. They went above and beyond to detect that the leak wasn't plumbing related per se but caused by a bad seal on the roof line where my sewer vents/plumbing stacks meet the outside. They stayed for two hours and were very thorough.
Can't thank them enough. I unfortunately had to hire a roofer to complete the work but I will assuredly be hiring them back for future plumbing needs. Thanks guys!!!
Ps- they had their own masks and shoe covers which was great given the COVID19 time.

Sink flooded and I requested a late night quote (10 pm). This was the only service that replied with the possibility to visit right away. In less than 30 minutes the plumber was at my house working. Finally the sink started draining again. Unfortunately the issue was not fully solved because it was too clogged, but I appreciate the detailed information and possible long term solution the plumber gave me. Hopefully I'll be able to call them again for that.

We got surprised with a $900 water bill which clearly had to be a leak. Called Dolphinz Plumbing and got same day appointment with a reasonable quote for the leak detection in comparison to other companies that couldn't get me an appointment for 3 days. Arrived on time and after an extensive search found the leak. Fixed the problem on the spot at a fair price for the time spent getting the job done. Would definitely recommend.

I don't know anything about plumbing so I decided to get quotes from Yelp to fix a toilet that wouldnt flush. Quickly I got a quote with a new customer discount and I got responses to my questions very late at night and the quote included parts which was better than other quotes! Today they came when they said they would and finished the job in no time.

Dolphinz Plumbing was ready and willing during a time of need! I noticed my water filter leaking at 11pm, sent messages to a number of plumbers on Yelp, and Lazaro responded in seconds. He not only replaced my whole house water filter, but Lazaro also flushed my water heater and installed a much needed clean out for my house. Each and every job was been done on-time, with the highest quality, and at a reasonable cost. It also helps that Lazaro is a great guy and a pleasure to deal with.
