Great place to get new unit but not so great with finishing the touch ups. Still waiting for side of house to be fixed where electric went into the house. Opening was cut too big and never fixed.

My experience has been great. From the moment I contacted them in need of a new AC unit they have provided a great and outstanding service. Damien and Arthur did a very good job replacing my water pipes. The job was a little pricey but they give you a great warranty and I guess you get what you pay for. All in all it's a good company to do business with.

I had a plumbing emergency at a rental property... Water leak from a pipe in the attic.
US Heating and Air sent help the same day. Within hours Damien was able to fix the leak and get the water turned back on for my tenants. I am really grateful that he handled the problem so quickly. Great work !!!

They came on time both days. The first day the person that review the air conditioning explained me very well what the problems were and why he recommended me to replace the unit. Then Jesse provided me of three quotes and the availability to have the air conditioning replaced and installed the next day, Saturday. Two persons came early on Saturday and worked hard under heavy rain. Jesse two came to do the paperwork.

The installation was done and at every step of the way they explained me the process in Spanish, my first language. They worked neatly and under a rough weather very professionally! I am very satisfied with the quality of the job done! I am grateful that this company resolved my problem in such a prompt and professionally manner. Thank you!

As for AC service this company is the best I have worked with. Their techs and the office personnel is great. Alex is the best. She cares for the customer, she offers the help and follows up. When she tells you we can not be there for whatever reason she calls you and let you know. Ryan Ellis is an incredible person, he knows his stuff and asks your needs then to move up to talk about what AC unit we would need. Alex thanks for all you do for me.

They had service my AC and finally gave up. Other companies just came and go and charged me an arm and a leg, not fair. Tomorrow they are coming to install a new unit, they recommended Daikin and the warranty and labor for 12 years was a decision maker, but also for Ryan and for Alex. Thank you both. I have yet to see the installation of the new unit. For that, I will write another review. I hope that the installers and installation go smooth.

This is a letter of praise for USHAC. I live in a house that was built in 1972. The plumbing was installed according to the code that was in effect back then. The kitchen drain is a bit troublesome to clear and needs to be snaked to the septic tank, which is about 70 feet of pipe. My kitchen drain was clogged and although it took some extraordinary effort to clear it, USHAC did a great job.

I recommend USHAC100%. They were punctual, accommodating, diligent and courteous throughout their efforts to take care of my plumbing issues. They also did a great job with a shower faucet replacement, commode seal, flusher replacement and waste disposal installation. Thank you very much for all your good work.
