Hardly ever happy to call a plumber. Paluska makes it as easy as it can be, though. Jorge is personable, knowledgeable, and fair.

I called Paluska Plumbing and Michelle answered, which was a pleasant surprise compared to most other plumbers answering machines you get. She was very helpful and set up a time to install a replacement sink and faucet within a few days. George was amazing! Great work and extremely professional! I would highly recommend as our new sink & faucet look amazing and works fantastic! Do not hesitate to call and have them do your plumbing work!

I cannot say enough good things about Paluska Plumbing. We had a low pressure pipe and couldn't figure it out. We made an appointment and they even called to say they had a last minute opening if we wanted them out sooner. George had come out and was early, helpful, explained everything, and was quick. Was so happy he could fix our problem and at a price i was extremely pleased about! Will definitely call them with any other problems in the future.

I've had Paluska Plumbing to my house a few times to repair a leaking pipe and knocking pipes behind my shower. They arrive at the time they tell you they will be there. We've used Paluska several times since moving to the Peoria area, and it's been a great experience each time. Most recently, Jorge was able to quickly diagnose and address a water pressure issue, and then he returned to replace our aging water softener, patiently answering my numerous questions along the way. I have used several plumbers on my 100 year old house for various repair and remodel projects. Have been very happy with all of the people Paluska has sent out, Jorge, the owner, etc. They are responsive to my calls and messages, professional in their work, pleasant to deal with, and fairly priced. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. Have never had a problem or rework needed with anything they have done for me. Will not use anybody else!

I had a terrible leak from the upstairs toilet. Jorge (& apprentice) fixed it so fast that they had time to change out a pipe for the downstairs bathroom sink. They were in & out in no time. Jorge came out to help us install a new water softener, utility sink, faucet, and other random plumbing jobs. Jorge and his partner Tucker were both professional and extremely personable. I used Paluska Plumbing for a leaking sink because of their stellar reviews, so, after a timely arrival (Jorge called to say he finished the prior job early and could be on his way), a thorough assessment of the issue (as well as thoughts on the other plumbing project questions I wanted to ask), and a quick, clean repair (Jorge had all of the parts necessary for the repair with him), I have experienced why their reviews are so complimentary.

I'm naive with home repair issues, but Jorge explained everything simply, and his work was exactly as described. More than anything, it inspired trust in his process. Additionally, Paluska gives a great value to their service, considering the cost for service was so reasonable. I will be setting up future appointments to take care of more of my "wish list" plumbing projects with Paluska Plumbing.

Jorge, the service plumber from Paluska, came recommended from some friends and I absolutely get why! I had a list of about 6 things to get done. Sent pictures of what we bought already and where the issues were or installs would be. Jorge was prepared with all materials in the truck (no hardware store visit.) He worked while I worked from home and I could barely tell he was there.

I don't go up the stairs that quietly! He made some considerate decisions like updating pipe and shut off valve heights/locations to be easily reached. He thought ahead and replaced an outdoor faucet so that wouldn't end up needing to be replaced in the near future. His honesty and communication were so greatly appreciated. I thought we would need cartridges replaced in sink faucets. Jorge took a look and landed on a less expensive and faster diagnosis: remove and clean out aerator screens.

And he explained how to tell if we needed new cartridges in the future. And (stupid pandemic) I also greatly appreciated that he wore a mask while in our home. HIRE HIM! You will be glad you did!

From the pleasant conversation with the receptionist to the personality and expertise of Jorge our installer, I have nothing but good things to say about Paluska Plumbing. We have used Paluska Plumbing for many jobs at our home. Anything from a little plumbing to replacing water heater. I would highly recommend Paluska and will use them again on our next project. Gorge replaced our water heater and after he was done, you couldnt even tell he was there. Nothing for me to clean up. Houston was our plumber for the remodel bathroom. Both gentlemen were great! Polite and felt totally comfortable to have them in our home. Michelle the lady of the office is always a treat to talk to.

We bought a home and Paluska Plumbing was awesome. Houston installed a new bathroom in the basement, replaced one toilet in the upstairs and replaced parts on the other 2, ran gas lines for our washer and stove and replaced a garbage disposal. Jorge provided prompt service to the ejection pump which ended up needing a replacement. We are so pleased with them and will continue to call on them!

Jorge did a wonderful job taking out my bad water heater and replacing it with a new one. He was on time, professional and followed all covid 19 protocol. He was done very quick and did not leave a mess it was like he was never there. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling for all my needs in the future.

I called to have an estimate done to have our old galvanized pipes replaced. Jorge came within a day and told us what the problem was right away (sediment). TJ, the owner, sent me an estimate. Let me tell you, their prices are VERY reasonable! We called to schedule a day to replace the pipes and I was surprised and pleased that they scheduled the work to be done within two days! They showed up right on time and had the work done in 8 hours. We are VERY pleased with the work they did replacing our old pipes. We highly recommend Paluska Plumbing!!

I have used Paluska plumbing several times for my plumbing needs. TJ the owner is always very responsive and easy to work with. I have had them put a water heater in my house and a water activated sump system was the latest project. Jorge the technician that came out to do the work was very knowledgeable and efficient and very friendly. He did the work quickly and the price was very reasonable. He left my house clean and I was very pleased with the work. I highly recommend this company and their workers.

I recently had Paluska come find the source of a small leak that they traced to an outside faucet solder issue. They had to cut a section of my finished basement ceiling to access the piping, and only cut a remarkably small section that still allowed them access above to fix the issue. They were quick, efficient and finished in an hour. I will use Paluska Plumbing in the future.

T. J. said most of their work Is on new construction, but I can assure you he had the greatest respect, knowledge and professionalism when dealing with integrity of a 130 yr old Victorian house. He replaced the majority of our old worn out galvanized plumbing with copper lines in just a couple days and now we no longer have rusty water.

I had them run plumbing from a rough in my basement to do a shower, toilet, sink and wet bar. They came in and ran all the lines then came back and set the fixtures for me.
