Every time I use this business, I am always extremely happy with their service. This company always does their best to make sure you are adequately taken care of. Brandon was no exception to this. He was very friendly and professional. He spent extra time with me just to explain more about what he was doing and why, so that I could understand the issue that was going on with our unit.
This is well beyond the scope of their job description, so I am beyond thankful for his help with getting our unit back up and running. He saved us from a definite fire/electrical hazard due to miswiring by previous homeowners. Now we can rest easy knowing thar outdoor fan unit isn't at risk of bursting into flames.

The owner Marcus has come out both times I needed their service. He is super knowledgeable and is genuine. I called late at night when my a/c unit went out and his customer service representative was really friendly and got me the 1st available appointment, which was next day. Markus at nex gen has always taken great care of me. It’s 630 on a Sunday morning. I just got home from a 12 hour shift at work and my ac isn’t working right. I send him a message and surprisingly he is up, and he responds within a minute and tells me how to easily fix my issue myself so I can go to bed with AC. I honestly don’t expect a response at least until I woke up later today. And really didn’t think I would be able to have AC again until Monday after I got off work from another nightshift. Best service in the business.
