Zona Roofing

I had them estimate my home for flat roof repair and they backed out of the job with a really weak excuse 4 days out. They said my roof is not a good match for them. I think they got a bigger paying job that day and bailed out on me. I am 100% service connected disabled veteran, I can not do the roof myself. I paid over half down with a insurance check because my flat roof tile blew off in August and it took 3 months to get settlement.

Meanwhile all I have up is plastic and the roofing company knew how desperate I was. They cancelled me 4 days away from the date. I can not find another roofer on short notice it's going to be another long wait. No thanks to Zona roofing. They really let me down and left me stranded with a poor excuse. I will let the Veteran community and the disabled community know they should not do business with this company. They really put a hurt on me bailing out, don't let them do this to you. And I still need my check back. 2400 dollar down payment.

We had roof damage back in Aug 2021. We had difficulty with the Insurance Company. Zona (Ryan) helped us with information. We had to wait until Jan 2022 to finally get the repairs done because of the Ins Co. Then rain hit us a couple of times and Zona helped us get our repairs done VERY quickly. The men were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and did a great Job. Thank you so much for ALL of your help.

I got a full inspection with a fair appraisal of the situation and good news about the state of my roof. Repair work was done on time and I've had no problems since then. I have referred them to family and friends since then. Five star service start to finish from everyone.

I highly recommend Zona Roofing! Great experience from the get go. Ryan came out and inspected the roof. He even discussed cost saving measures with me. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up everything. I appreciated that Ryan gave me several options and discussed pricing. Jessica in the office is fantastic! Very easy to work with and helped with scheduling and payment. We will definitely use Zona Roofing again if we have any roofing issues!

With the recent rain, our roof developed a major leak. I did a bit of research on roofing repairs and found Zona Roofing. I am so glad I did. They immediately responded to shore up the issue and returned to bid and eventually fix the area of the roof with the leak. I highly recommend them for all your roofing needs. I called Zona Roofing and had someone out to the home to look at it and do a temporary fix so no further damage will occur until I can get this sealed which I will have them do also. I would highly recommend this company if you need anything related to roofing looked at in your home.

Recently with the rain my roof started leaking. I called Zona and they did a temp fix to stop continued damage and then came back a bit later to repair the roof. They did this all on extremely short notice. The quality of work was fantastic and I would highly recommend them for any size project.

Dave is awesome! The Zona team came out to repair our covered patio that was rotting from rain damage. They were efficient, and arrived at the time promised. Will recommend them to everyone.

When having a roof installed there are two major components, the installation and the sales communication. Peter works on the sales side and is very professional and a great asset to the company. Peter will make sure that your roof is installed correctly and to the appropriate specifications. It has always been a pleasure working with him.
