Ben just left my home and I had to get right on here to say how great my experience was. He repaired a shoddy (and expensive!) plumbing job I had done two years ago by another company. I don't think I'll bother calling anyone else in the future! I'm happy supporting local businesses, especially when their prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. Thank you!

The plumbing for a washer/dryer including waste, vent, water, gas line and dryer vent was installed. The work was completed professionally, working around a number of difficult obstacles. The work was done quickly exactly and at a reasonable cost. It was completed as scheduled and has made a difficult project actually fun. Prestige is my choice for all future plumbing projects.

Another business wanted to charge me $4500 for extra unneeded repairs. (I just learned many plumbers are paid on commission, Prestige isn't.) I'm so glad I got a second opinion. Ben fixed my problems in less than an hour and he was a little EARLY! I'm so happy! I paid less than 10% of the previous bid. I recommend Ben because he is honest and he feels like a friend.

I was completely comfortable having him in my home. Thanks Ben! I can't decide what I want to do first now, shower, dishes, or laundry, so I'm going to do them all at once! I'm so excited to have my water back!

Ben at Prestige Plumbing is great! We had him come out to fix a leak. He came out quickly and was able to fix the problem. We also had him install a tankless water heater and water softener a few weeks later. He is very knowledgeable and willing to explain all the details to you. We will definitely be calling them again for our plumbing needs.

When we found a leak in our basement, we did the same thing you are doing now- we googled plumbers. Prestige Plumbing has excellent reviews, so we called them. Ben came out right away and quickly identified the problem and fixed it. He went above and beyond during his visit- he made sure that other plumbing components (installed by a different company) were installed correctly, and answered all of our plumbing questions.

I hope that we don't need a plumber for a long time- but when we do, I will absolutely be calling Prestige Plumbing. I am always skeptical when a company only has good reviews, but from my experience with their service, I think the 5 star reviews were legitimately earned. Good luck! If you are looking for a plumber, today likely isn't your best day, so I hope things start looking up for you!

This was by far the best experience I've had with any home updates period. Brittney was incredible to coordinate with, both calling AND texting and she never made me feel dumb for not knowing the correct terminology or anything. The actual toilet replacement went perfectly, Ben was on time and very communicative the entire job. He was in and out in 90 minutes. Very pleased with a job well done! 10/10!

Was completely satisfied with our experience to this point with Prestige Plumbing/ Brittany & Ben! From the start with communication and getting appointment for requested estimate from Brittany, to Tech/ Ben arriving at the scheduled time, and going over the feasibility/cost of the plumbing requirements/changes we were seeking to get advise about before making a decision to go forward. Just had some work done by Ben. He was super knowledgeable and worked very efficiently. He got our drain cleared and repaired in no time. I would absolutely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Prestige Plumbing came out on short notice when I was freaking out about a possible sewer leak, and they fixed us right up. We had an issue with our sewer ejector pump and I was pretty scared about the potential for a sewage leak or spill in our basement - which came pretty close to happening! They came out and found the problem right away and fixed it within a couple of hours. Left everything neat, clean, and working properly. These guys are fantastic! They came when promised and installed a new water softener and roughed in a new bathtub faucet. While there diagnosed SUPER high water pressure that is harmful to my pipes. Came back to fix that and now our Kitchen faucet no longer sings. So funny that we would not have thought that was the problem. Anyway thanks so much to Ben who took great care of us and the rest of Prestige who is just delightful to work with.

Thanks Prestige Plumbing for a very professional job. They went the extra mile to locate a difficult to find, wall mounted toilet and then came after hours for an emergency installation staying to make sure everything was working as it should.

Prestige plumbing showed up within the allotted appointment time. Trevor was very through in evaluating the problem, and he explained what needed to be done in lay person language. Additionally, after he finished working- he cleaned the area where he had worked. Overall a very professional and friendly experience. I highly recommend Prestige Plumbing.
