I called a day before and Darrel was available the next morning. He cleaned my sofas, area rugs and carpet cery very thoroughly. I have 2 puppies so I had some stains and odor on some parts of my sofa and carpet areas. He literally removed the stains and everything feels and looks so clean. The smell is fresh in my home. I highly recommend his company and will definitely be having him from now on. He spent almost 4.5 hours cleaning every little stain and spot. Thank you so much for your quick and wonderful service.

I called multiple carpet cleaning places in town and never got a response. When I called Excellence carpet cleaning Darrell picked up immediately. Excellence Janitorial Service and Carpet Cleaning went above and beyond my expectations. The owner took his time and cleaned my extra large sectional couch that I purchased second hand and he also removed the smoke smell the previous owners left in it. He was able to arrange the cleaning sooner than initially scheduled which was a bonus. Mr. Worthy is very informative and considerate. Darrell did an amazing job! He answered my worried phone call on a weekday (midnight) and took care of everything that same week! I was worried about pet odor and stains but he was extremely reassuring and took his time to really make sure he didn't miss a spot. Excellence Janitorial Service did an exceptional shampoo and pet stain removal job on my cream colored large livingroom and hallway. I was very happy with the results. Darrell also moved my appointment up to accommodate my carpet stretching, so I would only need to move my furniture out of the room one time. I would highly recommend this service and Darrell. :

Mr. Darrell did an excellent job on our overdue carpet. We has several pet stains foot traffic dirt. Darrell put in some hard work to restore our light colored carpet. I don't know where to begin! Darrell is a very kind & very honest person. His quality of service was above and beyond what I expected. I was expecting we would never get rid of some of our stains. This guy is amazing! Gah! I couldn't wait till he was finished to write his review! My carpet looks so new and fresh! It was pretty bad. Pet stains, soiled from previous tenants plus whatever I added, but that didn't stop his excellence! Thank you Darrell! Will definitely recommend! Darrell did a FANTASTIC job cleaning the carpet in my motorhome. Was able to give me a next day appt. Gave me a time he would be there and asked if it would be ok if he was early. Nice to be able to count on someone who tells you a tells you a time that they will be there and actually did show up a little early. Darrell even got the black mark out of my carpet the slide had left behind from going in and out. Will definitely use again.

Excellence Janitorial Services were truly excellent. We were just about to move into our new home and I wanted to be sure all stains were removed and any allergens or pet hair removed. They came on time, were speedy (took one hour to do 4 bedrooms), and the carpet looked great afterwards. They were kind enough to explain the entire process and appeared to really know what they were doing.
For example, they knew that my carpet was "next generation" which meant that it need a lower pH so as not to strip out part of the material. The carpet took a few hours to dry completely, which was not a huge inconvenience. I felt very comfortable letting them into my home and will definitely use them again.
