I have dealt with Abraham since he opened I think, I first called them in 2005 or 06 and had them work on a split unit, Over the years I have recommended them to people and purchased several New Units from them for homes, I recently called them and they have been out 5 times now, I would love to get pissed off and bad mouth them, But I can't, They are polite, Back there work, Come back out and dont vanish, Fit me in immediately So I have to give them a good review. Its well earned, Wish and Hope the roofer is as good as them, !

My AC broke after hours on the weekend and I found this company. They came out the next day and didn't try to take advantage of the situation. I'm very pleased with Chris who came out he was excellent! The woman who took my call the evening before was also great. People seriously underestimate the person answering the phones! I asked questions and she answered! She was straight to the point when answering my questions! I'll definitely use them again.

Abraham AC & Heating Services did a great job installing my new A/C and removing the old system. There were a few minor hiccups during the initial diagnosis but the owner of the company, Adam came out and made sure he took care of my situation immediately.

Abraham Air has helped us out on 2 different occasions where we needed immediate service on our AC. They are honest and truly have your best interest in mind. They value your input as a homeowner and do not try to over sell you something you don't need. The owner is very involved and hands on. He actually came out to our house the first time we called because none of his technicians were available.

You won't find that with the other AC companies in the area. They are knowledgeable and compassionate and will always do what's best for you. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them.

Coming from Toronto, Ontario as an independent contractor working in HVAC and hearing the amazing things about this company truly intrigued me. Excellent installs, with excellent work. Extremely professional installers with a major backup of experience. As an expert in HVAC, It is truly great to see a company that maintains ethics, providing great pricing and complete the jobs the way they should be completed. The only way equipment works effectively is if it is installed properly. Hats off to this owner and this company. I strongly recommend these guys.

I needed a new HVAC unit. Adam came out to my home on a Friday. He was overly passionate about air conditioners and explained a few things to me. After surveying my unit, he provided my options and pricing. It was affordable so I went with this company. Two technicians came the following Monday and replaced my AC unit, Air handler, and control display. I was overwhelm with having to purchase a new central AC but Abraham AC was friendly, responsive and professional.

Needed to replace a 20-year old HVAC unit in my condo. Received five estimates from highly rated companies, and the Abraham offer, while not the cheapest, was the most thorough and professional. Kudos to their representative Michael who took the time to explain in detail how the work would be done. He also went out of his way (really) to help me get through some challenges posed by my HOA.

The installation crew was on time, professional and left the apartment spotless. The equipment is top quality and I expect to get 15-20 years out of this install. Finally, kudos as well to Claudia in the office. She was most helpful with appointments and billing, and followed up after hours to ensure my satisfaction. I never use this company, very honest company they were service my neighbors house and one guy made any turn and got stuck in my new lawn. I see in camera he is there for good time stuck. Another truck comes and they get out and but the manager come and knock on my door. By camera we talk and explain what happen he left me a note with infomation and number.

Like he tolds he come back next day fix the two big whole in front lawn. I was not his customer, but he still fix my lawn no issue. Thank you Abraham very good company n honest!

Michael is extremely knowledgeable about AC and heating in addition to being very gregarious. The tech team this company provided were extremely professional and it was clear they all took pride in their work. Omar is a rock star - very meticulous in installing and testing the unit! The office staff were very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend this company.

Called Abraham AC in the morning and they were able to come out to the house in the afternoon. Immediately located the issue with one of my AC units, cleared the condensate line and fixed the problem. Also installed 2 Nest Thermostats. Everything works great. Friendly, professional service. I was having an antiquated a.c. system replaced for an estate, and Abraham AC not only communicated everything I needed to know about the replacement, but did an amazing job. This company offers the highest level of service imaginable, and the owner and every single one of their employees was awesome. The employees are all really nice and go above and beyond to give the customer the best service possible, at really reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company and if I ever need a.c. work done in their service area again, I will definitely call them.

Absolutely amazing company. I have had 2 AC units replaced in 2 homes recently. This company is very thorough, professional, and detail oriented. One unit was a package unit in our Hollywood home, which needed updated supports, which were well engineered. Another was an AC unit in our Davie home, had to relocate from garage ceiling to floor. Both jobs done extremely well. I am a happy customer!

I called in the morning and they were able to have the technician at my house by 12:00 the same day. I requested my previous technician and they were able to make it happen. Had an issue with my air handler and leaking last night. Left a request on their Yelp page at 11pm last night and got a quick response. When I spoke to them this morning, the woman who answered was super friendly, attentive, and arranged for a tech to come to me immediately. Tech came out and was really awesome. Addressed the problem and was back up and running in no time. Very reasonably priced and joined their service contract for twice a year preventative maintenance. Great company and highly recommend!

Called to install Nest thermostat. Their tech Chris came and tried hard to make it work, it looked like the thermostat was defective, recommended exchanging it for EcoBee, which I did. He came later to install it and it works perfectly! Thank you Chris!

We are so glad to have found Adam and his crew. From Claudia in the office to Christopher our Service Tech we were very pleased. Our first experience was to repair one of our HVAC units the went out on a Friday night. We called and were happy to have a live person answer and get us and appointed for that night. Incredible. Christopher was great. On time courteous clean and let us know exactly what was going on. We were so pleased that we just had them back to service all four units and put them on a maintenance plan. I highly recommend this company.

Claudia responded to all of my questions in a timely manner and had great customer service. Dustin was awesome when he came out to do the estimate. Adil and Omar were the ones who installed my new AC. They all answered my (many) questions.

Chris was friendly, courteous and professional. Diagnosed and did the necessary repairs within the hour. I was notified when he was on his way via text and a follow up phone call letting me know of an approximate time of arrival. I was pleased with the all around service. I inquired about the history of their company and my questions were answered to my satisfaction.

I just replaced my 13 year old Rheem A/C system and wanted to share my experience with those looking to find a reputable company. After spending a few hours reading reviews, I contacted three companies in my area and met with each to discuss my options and receive my estimates. As soon as I met Adam with Abraham A/C, he helped with my decision on choosing his company not only with his knowledge of my old system as well as my options for a new and better efficient unit, but at a price that was so much more affordable than the other competitors.

Three days later I had his two man crew of Omar and Avil at my home with my new unit. From the moment these two gentleman pulled in my driveway to the moment they left after the install, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy any customer could ask for. Since I never like to hover over any work being performed at my home, I would occasionally walk outside to monitor the progress and each time Omar explained what improvements he was implementing at no request of mine that honestly blew me away as you don't find that kind of service anymore.

He replaced old original corroded brackets(My house was built in 1965) with new metal framing, filled in any gaps around the new air handler with new fiberglass and sealed everything as well as rerouting some copper piping and overflow tubing that I used to step over to work in my carport. Like I said, all this was done without my request which was an added touch to the professional service and attention to detail I was already receiving.

My system is running more smoothly and efficient than the day I moved in. I want to thank Adam, Claudia and especially Omar and Avil for making me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. I will definitely be a returning customer when future service is needed.

AC stopped blowing cold air. Made an appointment and they arrived on time as they said. The tech was Danny and he was excellent. Turns out my unit just needed refrigerant. The job was straight forward and done efficiently. I appreciated the honesty and there was no upselling or trying to get me to buy anything I didn't need. That's how to do it, be honest and take care of the customer with the long term in mind. And that's why if and when I need another service or a new unit I would call Abraham AC again.

Claudia, Carrissa office staff, and Omar, Adil AC technicians (walk on air) they are that good arrived on time price was right even when I had to change my install date many times due to other work that had to be done at residence.

I could not be happier with Abraham AC. They are professional, responsible and fair. The installers were terrific. They treated my house as if it were their own. Claudia in the office was responsive and professional every step of the way. I highly recommend them for service or replacement.

I made a last minute call to Abraham AC and let them know that i was going out of town the next day and I needed someone to come and check the safety valve on my AC. Even thought they where pretty busy with appointments, they worked me in which doesn't happen very often. Adam was the technician that came to work on my AC the next day. He was very thorough, polite and informative.

He spend time not only installing the safety valve but he also flushed the system and rerouted the connections so the unit would be better and more efficient. He took his time to make sure the unit was working at it's best. No questions asked, by far the best customer service.

Omar and Adil were absolutely amazing. They installed our new A/C unit and were so professional and efficient. As soon as they arrived they quickly got to work. They didn't stop until the entire job was complete. After they were finished Omar walked us through what was done. They whole time they wore mask due to safety with the current pandemic. I truly appreciated that. I am very happy with the install and would certainly recommend to anyone searching for a great A/C company.

Abraham AC came out during difficult weather, as I'm sure is usually the case. They did all that they could to ensure that I was comfortable and happy before leaving. It was a bigger project than expected but they walked me through it. My only suggestion was that the billing be made more clear, itemized. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Finally, after waiting too long to take action, I decided to have someone check my A/C, thinking that it just needed a bit of refrigerant. I did my research to find Abraham A/C had the most positive reviews, and were licensed, and had been in business quite a while. So, I took the plunge and called for a service fellow to arrive to check out the A/C.
Dustin arrived in a timely manner, checked the A/C, and showed me that the compressor wasn't working.

He was very pleasant and professional. He then offered me a choice of two new A/C units from Abraham A/C, and invited me to shop around, as they are competitive. I chose one of the units and gave him a deposit. In a timely manner, two installers arrived as scheduled, and completed their work courteously, cleanly, and with much pride and craftsmanship as one could bring to a job.

I was very impressed, and gave them a large tip, and no, the tip wasn't on a horse at the raceway. Several times I had spoken with Claudia, the office manager, and would have her as a kayak companion, anytime, if only I wasn't fearful of drowning in water, and if only I had the guts, and a kayak. They know this customer from Coral Springs by a name similar to my Facebook name, and I think they're smart enough to figure it out and reward me with a Papa John's pizza, Extra crispy. Not for the unsolicited review, but just for the Halibut.

Our AC went out at 5p on a crazy hot summer day! Abraham AC was able to get to our house quickly. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes - we joked that it was faster than a pizza!

I found Abraham Air Conditioning company to be very reliable the first unit was installed 4 years ago and I just recently contacted them to install another one . So yes I Honestly can say if you want good service and reliability don't hesitate. Call Adam who is the owner of the company for a quotation you won't be disappointed.

Our AC unit had some repairs that needed to be done. We got a quote from Air Around the Clock (who has been our main company the past 4 years) and they wanted to charge us $6000 for a new 4 ton roof package unit. Called Abraham and they quoted us at $4500, and were able to actually install the unit next day after our old unit unexpectedly went out on us.

Could not be happier with the customer service and accomodations made for us. Our house is COLD at 75 degrees. Excited for our bill to go down and to not have to worry if we are being scammed my ATC anymore. Highly highly highly recommend this company!

I was referred to this company by another air conditioning company. Because of my specific needs. I had a brand new air handler that had been stored in my house in a box for 4 years. I had an air conditioning unit that exceeded its life expectancy in a rental unit and Abraham AC and heating was exceptionally accommodating. They sold me an outside condenser.

They installed my existing air handler and routed the plumbing so I did not need to buy a pump. Which was excellent. They did not spill water in my walls in the process which could easily have happened. They used exceptional care in everything they did. They were fast, efficient, personable, professional, with great communication. From Claudia in the office who was outstanding, to the owner Abraham who was very courteous and accommodating, to the installation men who were clean, polite, and skilled.

Special shout-out to Adam who did the initial estimate, he was more knowledgeable about what I needed and how it could be done then other technicians who gave me estimates. He made good suggestions. I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with in the company. I highly recommend this company.

Adam, Omar and Claudia were a delight to deal with. Having your AC go out in FL is NOT an enjoyable experience, but the team at Abraham AC was THE BEST. These guys are amazing! I needed fast and affordable and I found it! Professional service, honest, personal, and fast. They fixed my issue with the heater in the AC the same morning and at a reasonable price. It was for my tenant so imagine my surprise when I got everything solved without having to go there myself. My tenants are still thanking me for the great service. If everyone did business like these people do, the world would be a much happier place. I'm going to google right now to post the same review! I really recommend Abraham's, I called late and they called me back and scheduled me for the next day. Miké Hull who completed the service call was super professional and quickly diagnosed my problem. I would recommend them to our friends.

Abraham AC & Heating Services showed up on time, installed and even placed new vents in some rooms. Our air conditioner/heater unit has been incredible! Our bill has gone down and we are extremely pleased. Apparently we had an issue with having to build a box to place the inside unit on and the addition of the vents required them to work longer, and I swear, they were there after 8 pm, working as hard as ever.

Now these are some people who do what they say they will do and do it professionally and they do it right the first time. They were recommended by a neighbor and we are impressed and will call them again for another unit when we need one.

Dealt with the owner directly. Needed a new AC unit. After getting quotes from at least five companies in the area, they gave me the best deal. I initially spoke to them on Thursday, met with them on Friday, and they installed everything on Saturday in just under three hours (and they came on time at 10 am). It's now been two weeks and everything is working great. I would use them for an install again and will continue to use them for maintenance.
