I locked myself out of my room. (No surprise here) & in a frenzy, I did a quick google search. This company advertised quick response time, so I called. The initial call was brief and I was told someone would call me shortly. That call came within minutes and they were at my place in about 20! The locksmith was friendly and professional. He had to have patience to get though to avoid drilling. I'm grateful for that because I wasn't forced to rekey. It took maybe 6 minutes tops. I would definitely use this company again in a pinch. 5 stars.

Protecht Locksmith is a great choice for your locksmithing needs! We needed to have two locks rekeyed in our home after a copy of our key got into the wrong hands. I called Protecht after a quick google search revealed high ratings. Their staff took my information which was passed along to one of their technicians. He called me within 5 minutes to set up an appointment.
Vitaly was the technician who worked on my locks and he was fantastic!
He let me know when he was on the way, arrived promptly, and had my locks rekeyed and was placing a new set of keys in my hands 10 minutes after arriving. These guys are the real In-N-Out... Amazing communication and extraordinary customer service. Super fast scheduling. I got stuck at the door and needed urgent help. I got a few quotes right away but Protecht standard out right away.
Gentlemen quickly responded and quoted me good deal to open the door, but the most impressing part was he was gonna show up in 20 minutes. While waiting I realized one of the windows were open and I jumped in and cancelled the service last second. When I called him to cancel, he was nice about it and gave me some tips. I will definitely use him in future services.

These guys installed my 65 inch TV and I was extremely happy with the service they provided. Vitaly and his guys arrived on time and they quickly and efficiently installed the TV on my living room wall. When we realised that the mount I had was no good for the size of my TV, they provided a suitable mount from their van for a very reasonable price. The installation was so strong that it held the weight of 190 pound person let alone my 65 inch screen. I highly recommend these guys for any TV install.

I needed a 58 inch TV mounted in my bedroom. I had called around to a few places and couldn't believe the rates I was being quoted for such a basic job. Then I found Vitaly on Craigslist and was surprised by how fair his price was. He was also able to accommodate me for a same-day appointment. He came friendly and prepared, and when my bracket screws didn't fit the TV he had his own screws that did.
He improvised well when it appeared my new TV might not be a good fit for my older bracket and was able to center it on my wall perfectly and at the angle I wanted. I was very satisfied with his service and even paid him a little bit more for doing such a great job. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I needed a new lock on my security door. I called Protecht and they came the same day. The lock was difficult to find but they found one, ordered it and it came in 2 days just as they said. We had ring doorbell and cameras installed outside our home. Vitali responded to my messages promptly. The day of the installation they were on time and very professional. Vitali communicated and made sure everything was installed correctly. What I like about the service is the customer service and tech support you will get after. Our home was burglarized end of December. I spent a lot of time researching and attempting to contact security/alarm companies. I found Protecht on yelp. The call was immediately answered and I had an in person estimate same day. Though they sell several different brands of systems the Ring system was recommended for our particular need. He purchased the system and installed outdoor cameras, inside motion sensors, and alarm on Sunday finishing up on Monday. This company is very professional- spent as much time as I needed to adjust, tweak and learn the system. 5 stars are not enough to express my satisfaction.

This company is AMAZING.I wanted my tv mounted yesterday and it was a little late but I was determined to have it done and Protecht was able to do it and they even came earlier than the scheduled time. They mounted my TV and my PS4 Pro and concealed the wires all less than an hour. And the price was THE BEST IN TOWN, trust me. I was doing Quotes all day.

We bought 2 new TVs in the sales and after searching the Internet we decided to go with Protecht for the install. We wanted to do it ourselves but it was a bit complicated as we couldn't find the studs in our drywall. Vitaliy arrived early and quickly found out that our studs are too far apart on the wall we wanted the big tv on. He fixed this issue by using drywall anchors for the wall plate and also did an excellent job concealing the wires.
It really was a professional job for a very reasonable price. Our bedroom tv was simpler and Vitaliy dealt with that installation very quickly. If you want a fast and quality TV installation for a great price then call these guys without hesitation.

We just bought an old 1970's house in Vegas that we saw only one time. Got our keys today and noticed 12 deadbolts through out the whole property. Not all the keys worked, so I needed help quickly. Vitaly, (handsome and nice) the locksmith met me at the property 30 minutes after my yelp request and re-keyed all 12 deadbolts and he helped with a few other lock issues without extra charge.
The whole job got done quickly, was affordable and now we have peace of mind. We will definitely use them again as we update this old house. I would recommend these guys for sure... fast, efficient and affordable! Good job!!!

What an amazing service!!! Protecht team helped me install 7 smart locks at my house and hook them up to the voice activated Amazon Alexa. Now I just say 'Alexa lock all doors.' and the job is done!
