Nothing extensive but for someone who doesn't mess with showerhead intricates I was a bit lost. Each of four handles in my shower shut the water on/off. Chris brewer explained how to proceed In the most cost efficient manner. extremely professional, many other companies would've just did the work and ram the bill up on me. I know because it's happened, you have my future business

They came out the day after another company tried to rob me. Had my new water heater installed in about 4 hours. Nice crew, respected my wishes for my new carpet. Would definitely recommend and I am very happy. I even called after the install to thank the nice lady who set up the whole thing at their company.and I never do that! If you need a water heater in the Schererville area, save yourself the time and go with Reichelt.

Reichelt was able to come out quickly and replace a failed water tank. Hot water is easy to forget about till you do not have it. We called on a Saturday with a slow flushing toilet. Mario called us promptly and after asking us a few questions told us our plunger we had doesn't work on the new toilets. He knew the model toilets we had because his company had done the installing for this builders homes. He told us what plunger to use and to let him know if it worked or if we still needed a service call.
We got the plunger, it worked! We want to thank Mario for taking the time out of his busy schedule to save us from a service call! Much appreciated and you can be certain if we have other plumbing issues we will definitely call Reichelt Plumbing!

On 1/15/22 my water heater went out at 3:30 p.m. I called Reichelt Plumbing and they were out within an hour. By 5:45 my water heater was replaced and working again. I called for an appointment in the morning and Reichelt Plumbing had someone at my house that afternoon. Instead of setting a time they agreed to call me a half hour before getting to my house. This is much easier than many companies where you have a set appointment and wait hours for them to show. The plumber was professional and efficient in getting the job done minimizing my lost time at work.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel I have to this time. I had a great experience with Reichelt Plumbing. My water heater started leaking Friday night, I gave them a call early Saturday morning and left them a message, I called Reichelt because they were the ones who put my original water heater in 24 years ago, yes, 24 years! I was called back shortly after they opened by Chris, one of their plumbers.
He did a great job explaining to me what needed to be done and about an hour later he was in my driveway with the new water heater.
Chris did an excellent job, he was very professional, did an extremely neat installation making sure everything was perfect. He kept the area clean while working and it was clean when he was done, like it never happened. Thank you Chris and Reichelt Plumbing, I will be recommending you!

Contractor completed 2 job requests for me. 1) Kitchen sink faucet needed to be replaced. 2) Toilet tank ring needed replacing. For each job, he explained, in terms I would understand, what needed to be done to complete the job. He provided an estimate for each. Both jobs were completed in less time than I anticipated, and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this contractor. A big THANK YOU to him.

I am a little irritated with my experience today. When I called I let the receptionist know that we were interested in getting an 3rd opinion, we already had an idea of the situation, and request the smallest camera for the pipe inspection possible. When their plumber came out I asked him if he wanted to check the basement and he told me 3x's that he wasn't interested in seeing the basement since we knew the issue was about 15ft from the house (which we also stated).
He had me run water which ultimately led to water coming up the floor drain and the plumber responding with "you should have had me in the basement first" WTF. I felt like I gave them $180 for fun. We won't be working with this company again.

Reichelt Plumbing is great to deal with. I have never had a problem with them, as other reviewers have stated. They show up when they are suppose to, they are friendly and professional. Their rates are competitive with other plumbing companies. I use to use Meyers but will NEVER call them again because of their crappy service. My favorite techs with Reichelt is Mario and Chris...they both rock and fixed my problems the first time. I highly recommend them and have recommended them to other people.

Reichelt responded promptly to my request and sent Vincent to my home. Vincent was very pleasant. He made an effort to complete the work efficiently so as not to incur unnecessary expense due an elongated service. Vincent cleared several drains and left the area clean. I would recommend Reicherlt to others.

Great first time experience with Reichelt today. I called at 4:30 because another company we had scheduled for today decided to call me at the last minute to cancel. Reichelt came out and the guy was great. I could tell he was probably upset over the late night and dirty job, but he kept it very professional and did better than most would. Very highly recommended company, especially John.
