I found this company through internet advertise, made appointment online for a technician come to estimate the work. Mark came to our house to estimate for mini split unit and replace the oil heater right on time as the appointment. Even our house was still a mess because we just moved in, Mark and Nick still spend time with us and explain for us how the system work and how to apply for the loan.

Had Classic Home Services come and install an electronic air cleaner for us. Very happy with the experience that I had. Nick and Felix did a nice job educating me on the benefits and limitations of an electronic air cleaner; Nick was great about providing perspective based on her own experience. During the installation, the crew were both professional and efficient. I stopped by a couple of times just to check things out and they were extremely friendly and walked me through what they were doing. Five star experience for me!.

So this is my third experience with Classic Home Services. They did the a/c on my dads house after he passed, they installed an attic fan at my house. They came out a couple of times on warrantee work to deal with the fan rattling. No problem hasn't rattled since. NOW a/c in the second story is not keeping the second story cool. Nick the tech came the day I called when temps were 100 degrees and checked the 24 year old system and found that adjusting our ducting was the problem.
The a/c worked fine. He did not try and sell me a new system, gave me info on how to keep the upstairs cool and checked all system components. I highly recommend Classic Home Services.

Well Felix scheduled with the city for our finale inspection. What makes this company so good is the great communication the customer gets from Felix. We had some problems, but one call and Felix and his crew was back and fixed all issues. This is the kind of business you want to use, one that has good customer relationship, professional installation, great follow up support and fantastic communication.

Our house is nearly 40 years old and the AC wasn't working like it used to. We contacted Classic Home Services to see what we could do to update and add more efficiency to our system. They came out and did lots of updating to our ducts, and added some much needed insulation. The results have been superb! Services: AC installation, AC maintenance

We selected Classic Home Services to replace old furnace and AC based on price and favorable experiences we had with past maintenance visits. The crew arrived at the appointed day and time and with a high degree of knowledge began with removal of old furnace and AC. During the course of two days, the installation went quickly, and the crew foreman took the time to explain what they were doing and recommended some improvements to maximize heating/cooling efficiency. In two days the job was done and done very well. We couldn't be more satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Classic Home Services.::

Called and spoke to Felix, he was very nice said she would order the part needed and would contact me when it came in. In less then a week the part came in and we scheduled an appointment. Nick came out, he was very personable and replaced the part. Nick made sure our heater was up and running before leaving. We will defiantly use Classic Home Services for any future needs.

My AC unit stopped working during our very hot concord heat waves. When I called Classic Home Services the response was great. They had a technician out to my house within 1 hour. They were very sympathetic, courteous, and professional. My AC is running great and haven't had any problems since. Another plus is that they also replace water heaters!

Nick and his team were wonderful from beginning to end. I had 2 furnaces installed and did my research before selecting this company. The communication was open the entire time. They were efficient, reliable, and trustworthy. If this were an Olympic year, this company would be a gold medal winner, since it is not I will have to give them 10 stars out of 5. I am so happy to have found Nick. I contacted several companies then our Carrier thermostat suddenly stopped working. While other companies were going to charge a service fee just to come out, Nick was the only one to mention looking into the warranty first. He was very helpful and informative. I went into it thinking I was about to spend $$ to upgrade our thermostat but instead got an under warranty fix from Nick with just a charge for labor.
He was quick while also answering all our questions about maintaining our system and even gave us some advice on which filters to use. This company is exceptional! I recommend them 100 percent. Nick and his team had me back up and running with AC on the hottest day within 5 mins after my electrician didn't install my thermostat correctly. Classic Home Service were so efficient and professional from the moment I called them in a panic and they got to me quickly within the hour they assured me fixing the problem and going above and beyond to make sure my household central air was in working order, not just then but for the future. I had a problem with my boiler, called classic services and Nick came to inspect the boiler. There was another problem, I already bought a what they call a knockdown boiler. I had so much problem finding someone that would install it. Nick came to my rescue and gave me a reasonable price. Marino and 3 other men came by and assembled the knockdown boiler that I bought, for 1 day.
I had my heater up and working that same day. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Very professional. I just want you guys to know that from now on, I will be recommending Classic Home Services to all the people that I know. God bless you.

We needed a complete replacement of our A/C, furnace and ducts. Manny The installers came on time, removed our old equipment and installed the new system. It took all day, but they worked diligently with only a break for lunch. They cleaned up after themselves which we appreciated. The project was not inexpensive but Elvis the first technician came and diagnosed our issues gave us a fair estimate. We’re pleased with the results.

Our 13-year-old AC unit recently died. I got 3 quotes from 2 highly-rated HVAC contractors within Brooklyn area but Classic Home Services had the most competitive price of the 3 and their quote was substantially better than the highest quote. Amazing service!! My A/C stopped working during the heat wave and Classic Home Services was able to get someone to me the next morning. The techs were on time and were super informative and helpful. My A/C is working great now!!! Not only that, but the techs were incredibly nice and answered all of my questions as well as helped me figure out that the filter that had been installed in my A/C unit was wrong.
