Hill Country Painting

Hill Country Painting was a great choice for my exterior home paint project. Although they were more expensive, I am delighted with the service I received and it was worth every penny! From the beginning, the people I was in contact with were courteous, friendly, and professional. Everyone answered each and every question I had, and always made sure I was happy.

The painters were so thorough and skilled. Their taping and painting were impressive and they checked in with me out their project manager before moving on. I've had some trouble with contractors in the past, and these guys were great!

Came in and picked up the work abandoned by a previous bad contractor. Put up hardy board siding on one side of house and painted trim all around. Did some extra painting and woodwork on eves at no extra charge. Foreman was both friendly and professional. Work was done in a matter of days, along with excellent cleanup. No damage or overspray. The siding was installed expertly and included an inner barrier. They were willing to use materials on hand.

This ownership group is a stand up group.problems happen on every job, it's how you recover and listen to protect the reds of the home owner. It took multiple attempts to ge the job done right but they kept their word and did what we needed. We discussed the points where we could have had better service and work and they apologized and made it right.

Our first PRoject manager was not the best with receiving criticism or comments about shoddy work, but our second and most skilled project manager should be the face of the company - Forrest was amazing. Ask for Forrest! We chose the better paint, replaced some window trim and Facia board at a few spots. Areas to ask to be mindful of that we didn't revive proper care at the start: covering up the gardens (we found allot of dangerous items like razor blades, nails, glue scraps, wood splinters on play areas), removing old sealant, scraping, pressure washing thoroughly, and clean up.

I suggest walk through quickly after they finish, hit the obvious things and then do a second walk through in different lighting to see the things you or spouse didn't see. It's amazing how many details go o to painting an exterior. Cheap isn't always best, ask for points along the paint job to share your opinion of work before they finish the whole project. Good company overall, young but diligent and willing to make things right. At the end of the day my house looks great.

From start to finish we had a great experience with this company. The estimate was detailed, was gone over in person walking around the home to point out possible wood trim replacement that would be needed due to rotting wood, etc. We received multiple estimates but we were so impressed with Hill Country Painting that we decided to go with them, none of the other companies took the time to go over details.

The Painting crew was incredibly professional and responsive to our nit picking . Even after we paid when the job was done, Justin came out and touched up a spot that we found bothersome. I would highly recommend using this company and we will definitely be using their services in the future for our interior painting as well. Two thumbs-up

Ask for the team of Salbador and Peppy to paint your place. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work they performed. We have a beautiful paint job at a great price and value.

Justin and Josh were great to work with to get the initial quote and received some good education from them regarding the correct way caulking and painting should be done. Working with Forrest who was my main contact for the project was great to work with. He stopped by each day and touched base with me each day about the project. He was not satisfied that the project was complete until I was satisfied. Hill Country Painting will be the first I contact for any future projects.

It was amazing. The project manager called me before the job, walked the job at the beginning and then called to wrap it all up. From start to finish, this team was courteous, professional and kind- even when my cat stepped in paint and walked off onto my hardwood floors. Will recommend.

They did a really good job. I could tell they were pros from the first encounter all the way through. They follow up. How many contractors call later to ask how did we do? Almost none. Right? Right! Not the low bid. There's price and cost. The cost wss right. The work was very well done.

My experience with painters usually sucks. But I personally hate painting more than I hate dealing with painting companies, so I hire it out. Geo and his guys were painting machines. Quiet, clean and amazing painters. Hill Country Painting deserves all of the 5/5

Work done by professionals at very reasonable prices. Both Josh and Justin were excellent to work with, and customer service by this company is phenomenal. I have already recommended them to neighbors who have also booked with them.

Very professional. I hired them even though they were slightly more expensive because it was obvious they were the actual pros. When it comes to painting a ceiling you dont want any brush flicks on the trim and crown molding. They were fixing some water damage. Now invisible.

Geobani did an amazing job, I loved at the end of the day how he gave me a wrap up of where he was at in the project so I could plan my next day better. He worked quietly and took care of everything we needed done.

I had an excellent experience using Hill Country Painting. It began with Josh who estimated the job and gave us our bid. He spent much more time evaluating the project and explaining what Hill Country Painting would be able to do, than the other companies that bid. Sal and his crew were able to start sooner than expected. They were friendly, polite and cleaned up each day.

They completed the project on time and did a great job. There was a lot of detailed painting and they didn't rush this but took the necessary time. I was most impressed with the Project Manager, Justin. It was my impression that he had three goals. First, to make sure everything went as scheduled; second, to make sure it was a quality job; and third, to make sure I was informed and comfortable with the entire process.

This was most apparent when an unforeseen incident arose. He took the time to come to our home and evaluate the situation. He fulfilled his promise completely and went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I would recommended Hill Country Painting to anyone, they did a great job from start to finish.
