We hired spraytex to transform our exterior. While I had most of the concept decided on what I liked that they sent out a designer, Cynthia, to assist in the selection. She helped me come up with an idea I wouldn't have thought of on my own. The crew was here on the weekend to complete the job and went above and beyond to patch a few animal holes.

We have a very steep roof that was no problem for them. After completion it looked like we might need one more coat on our stucco. They came to do the warranty work but were honest another crew would be needed in the steep parts. I let my project manager know but never heard back. Thankfully, I escalated it to Josh the manager and got an immediate call and course of action.

The crew came back and finished the steep parts and it looks fantastic. I have already reached out to them about some additional items I need done like this new door that we just added.

I was really nervous about getting the exterior of my house painted, given that it was such a big job to repaint an entire house and I could think of several things that could go wrong. Spray Tex alleviated my concerns from the very beginning. They showed up exactly on time every single day and did a beautiful job. Josh the project leader was very communicative throughout the process and was at my home multiple times verifying the quality. Jorge lead the painting crew and he and his crew worked extremely hard every single day to make it look great.

I'm super picky and noticed only a few minor touch ups needed and they fixed them immediately. At the very end, there were some minor corrections to be made that I hadn't noticed before. The crew had already left, so Josh touched it up himself directly. Awesome service! I will definitely be calling them again for any future painting needs.

Travis and Weston came to our house and did a thorough walk through for an interior painting job. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions regarding paint/color options. We had Spray Tex paint interiors of our entire house of almost 3000 sq ft. The crew took an extra day than estimated but we are extremely happy with the END results. Special shout out to Josh, the project manager for accomodating our last minute color change and being great at communication. He really above and beyond in this process. The sales person Anthony was accommodating and polite too. Definitely recommend them!

I don't normally post reviews, but I absolutely had to recommend this company for anyone if they need painters because I've never seen such good character in my life from a company. Spray Tex painting recently worked with me to repaint my whole house. I just moved in the area and wanted to do some updates to my new home, and they were the most cost effective and highest quality that I could find in the area to meet my needs for my plans.

I had no idea what kind of colors I wanted to paint the whole house, so they had a color specialist (free of charge) come out to my home first to help me figure out a complementary color scheme and specifically which colors would blend best in the house. She listened to my ideas intently and came up with the perfect plan. Then, the painters came out and did a solid job.

They got it done in 3 days! (A 2500 sq ft house, every room door and trim!) The project had a deadline of a week, but they made it happen very quickly and we're extremely friendly and professional. The whole time, Brent (the project manager) was in contact with me and made sure that every little thing I wanted got done to the standard that I wanted it.

They didn't stop until they knew for a fact I was pleased with every detail, and they did an amazing job. I had one big issue happen during the painting job, (not with the paint itself, they just didn't hook something up yet that they had to undo for the paint job and I didn't know it) and I figured I would have to go through a whole process and fight in order to get it corrected. However, as soon as I explained the situation to management, they took it upon themselves immediately to go above and beyond my expectation in resolving the issue and completely eased my mind of any issues moving forward and really displayed their character in their business.

I am so far impressed with this company, management and painters. I would recommend them to anyone in the neighborhood if you're looking for cost effective, high quality, and people you can count on if anything didn't go as planned.

Since my original post, Spray Tex has made good on the warranty. I've added 9 photos of my "new" cabinets. The before and after. Josh went above and beyond by overseeing the new crew and was VERY hands on. The cabinets are beautiful! With the way Josh stepped in and handled this process, I would hire Spray Tex for future projects. Original post. Job was completed end of 2021. Edwin and crew, the head painter blamed me for the cabinets being painted the wrong color.

I asked about the sheen, and he took it as a different color? I had the paneling in my house painted white the cabinets iron ore, when I told the painter I wanted the same sheen he took that to meant the same color and blamed me for his misunderstanding. The cabinets were painted white! They came back and corrected the color and you see the end result.

The second time he blamed me was in front of the project manager and he was not corrected. My boyfriend and I kept pointing out things that we saw wrong with the cabinets. Runs, discoloration, missing paint. When these things were pointed out, they would just try to do touchups. I am supposed to have a two-year warranty and I have been trying for four weeks to get an appointment with Josh ( Sr project manager) to come to my house review the work himself and give me options to how it can be fixed.

No appointments have been made, I either do not get a response or I get a response telling me that something will be scheduled but after four weeks it has not. I have called the office at least a handful of times. I have told them I do not want the same crew nor the project manager of that crew back at my house due to this terrible experience, and the same project manager called showing again that they do NOT listen.

You can see the dark and light on the cabinets and doors. The hardware was stripped on 2 to 3 cabinets. Chips, and runs are visible in the pictures. In addition they all have rough spots on the cabinet doors. Like lint or maybe dust from the furnace where they kept adjusting my furnace saying that the house was too cold for the paint to dry. I was told I chose an industrial paint and that made it even more challenging.

As a painting company I would think that they would communicate to customers any challenges that may be a result to the color the customer chose. I chose Spray Tex based on the reviews, and I regret not posting these sooner so the other customers could be aware. If I had gotten a response in the last four weeks to let me know that spray text took responsibility for these I would not be posting now.

The team at Spray Tex is top of the line and completed our project exactly as we hoped. Our estimate was done quickly and price was unbeaten by multiple other companies. They did a great job painting our front & back door & frames, interior walls of all three floors of our townhouse, and our 2nd floor balcony wood deck. They also fixed about 8 large holes in our ceiling from electrical work that was done and repainted the ceiling in our game room. Great Job! We had some misunderstanding of work but was clarified on the signed work order and they finished the expected work. Definitely would use them again! Thank you!

This company was awesome from start to finish! Did quality work & they were fast. I will use them again when needed & tell everyone about them. They also had the lowest price after taking 3 bids! They painted all the interior of my home. 2500 square feet, Worked around all the furniture, moving it when necessary, then put it back in place when the walls were dry. Hire them! You will not be disappointed!

Full service treatment from start to finish. We had interior painting in the whole house and master closet. The price was very competitive and quality was great. The painters did a good job protecting our furniture and meeting our expectations. We found a couple spots during walk through and they were happy to fix it. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

After my initial review of the work the owner/s called to follow up and within two days had a crew at our home to remedy the situation. Josh and Mason both came out to make sure that everything was finished to our complete satisfaction. This level of customer service is rarely seen these days and is what every business owner and manager should strive to achieve.

Spray Tex Painting, is in my view, an excellent company, from the sales person that came to my home, to Jackie and her team that did the work. They all did a really good job. I had every cabinet and drawer in my home painted and hardware was added to some, as well as removing the popcorn in my master bath and painting it. Josh, the project manager, was available to me at all times. Jackie and her team were always in good spirits arrived on time and answered all my questions. The team at Spray Tex were incredible, professional and dependable. We had the entire interior of our home painted and they knocked it out of the park. From prep to the last step of the final walk through they made sure every blind, mirror and light switch were working perfectly. They took their time and painted our 1979 walls to look like a model home.
