Only giving 5 stars because I can't give 6. We had solar panels on our previous home via Solar City / Tesla. That experience was fine. When we purchased our new house we shopped around and landed on Apollo. We made an outstanding choice. If you're in the market for solar panels (which should be everyone) you should absolutely go with Apollo. We hit a few bumps in the road and they were fantastic every step of the way. I highly recommend Apollo!

I had a great experience with Apollo! There was no pressure to sign up during the initial talks with them which made the decision to go solar easier. They kept me constantly informed on what was going on along with the quick responses which made the communication great! They installed the system on time as promised and the experience was amazing. Melissa was amazing. We bought a house with a paid-off solar system, yet the installer had gone out of business. We had no one to turn to when it was time to troubleshoot. Melissa took the time to listen to my story and the research we'd done on our own, and helped us troubleshoot by phone. She also provided us with FAQs and a guide to the coming Smart Meters. Hopefully Apollo will adopt us as customers, as they will be our go-to for solar maintenance moving forward!

It's so refreshing to come across someone so honest, with a strong work ethic. Believe the reviews of this local company- the other 2 I contacted have since sent a canned reply they cannot service anyone that's not a current customer.

Melissa was in constant communication and always responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. All of the employees with whom I dealt were courteous, knowledgeable, and did their job in an efficient and professional manner. A joy to work with them all, and now I have a solar home! My husband and I recently purchased our home and were excited to get solar installed quickly. We received quotes from three solar providers and decided on Apollo Energy for several reasons: 1. The price was right. Pricing was competitive and they were offering incentives at the time. This kept our monthly payments the same as those offered by competitors but with a larger system. 2.

The attachment system they use for the panels seems less susceptible to roof leaks. 3. The panels themselves are esthetically pleasing and each panel has it's own converter. 4. The transferability of the warranty upon the sale of our home in the future. Installation was seamless. Our panels were installed, inspected, and up and running in under 90 days!

Every single person we spoke to at Apollo was knowledgeable about the process and what our next steps were. The installers were courteous, focused, and prompt. Communication is hands-down one of Apollo's biggest strengths. Response times on phone calls and emails were incredibly fast. It was not uncommon to receive a call or email on a weekend to answer a question.

That communication carries throughout the entire company. I asked three different questions of three different people who were at our home during the process (auditor, installer, electrician) and each one knew exactly what was going on with our system. Apollo has an obvious focus on engaging with their customers to provide the best possible experience. To me, that is an incentive that weighs just as heavy as a monetary one.

Apollo was fantastic to work with! We are so happy with our solar panels. They look and perform amazing! The team at Apollo made everything so easy and seamless. Melissa and her Apollo Energy team were a delight to work with! From the beginning of the process of surveying my roof area, generating plans, the permitting process, and installation, Melissa was in constant contact and I felt like I was truly valued as a customer. I had a difficult situation with my project and Melissa and her team were there to help me through the entire process.

On installation day, her team installed all the panels, conduit, and inverter in about 5 hours and were completely self sufficient, not even needing to use the stairs in my house to gain access to the roof, which I appreciated as the installation took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been nothing but extremely impressed since working with Melissa, John and Apollo Energy from June 2019. John was very helpful, honest and sincere in discussing our solar needs; I loved that he customized the placement of our panels based on the direction our roof faced, so that it would maximize the afternoon sun. Melissa is one of the most organized people I have ever met.

Very Satisfied customers! Our experience with Apollo has been top notch. From the initial calls in making arrangements, to financing, installation and product performance. They did all of the HOA and city inspection arrangements; like pressing the "easy button" for us. Now, after nearly a year of having their solar panels on our roof, we have had no problems and are happy to not pay an electric bill! Could not give a higher recommendation.

Apollo Energy is an outstanding solar company that serves their customers from start to finish with care. After meeting with their sales team at our home, which consisted of a 2 hour thorough demonstration of what solar panels would mean for our home, including crunching exact numbers, we decided to say yes. The team that arrived to install the panels were friendly, very hard working, and efficient; even taking the time at the end of the installation to help us download the SolarEdge app on our phones and set up our account so we could follow our solar intake and progress.

Once the panels were up and running, the company has been nothing short of helpful with various simple questions we’ve had along the way, in which our questions are speedily answered by their Chief Operating Officer, Melissa Theesen. Now we pay almost nothing for our energy bills and even collect money every month based on our solar collection. Apollo is a top rate, local family owned company, and we can’t recommend them enough!

Everyone at Apollo Energy clearly cares about the work they do. Being in Colorado Springs certainly caused some issues, as the city has some
Intense standards they impose upon someone trying to get solar energy for their home. Despite the many hurdles that were put in front of them, Apollo made the entire experience easy for us as consumers. Above and beyond doesn’t begin to cover it.

When a meter was too far off the ground for the city, there was Apollo building new infrastructure on the yard to accommodate the problem. When there was a series of unexpected inspections, there was Apollo to navigate what was needed and how we could accomplish everything that was needed. On top of the accommodating work and general atmosphere, the product it self is awesome.

It produces what it was projected to produce and we couldn’t be happier. If you live in Colorado Springs, or anywhere within an area they will serve, and you want solar, you NEED to work with Apollo!!

Apollo Energy continues to have our trust and highest recommendation. They designed, coordinated permitting and installed our solar system in 2018. The efficiency of their design, quality of materials and expertise of installers has proven to be exceptional. Apollo continues to be there for us when we have questions about tax credits, system monitoring and installation of an electric vehicle charging station.

Even now, after over a year since installation, they have kept in touch offering services to keep our system performing at peak performance. Our experience has us recommending Apollo Energy whole-heartedly.

To say that I am satisfied with Apollo Energy is a complete understatement. Collin made our experience incredibly seamless and always replied to our questions promptly with so much follow up material that I felt very empowered (no pun intended) to make the right decisions with our energy. The biggest reason to choose Apollo is that they are a local company that provides excellent and personal service.

Their warranties and rates were very competitive with the national chains, and the fact that I have the owner’s personal cell phone if I have an issue means so much more than being just a number on a sales report. AND as a bonus, they have a huge commitment to charity and a part of your solar system cost goes to various local charities - Collin’s choice went to the Denver Actors Fund - which really sold me on the company.

Exceptional company! The whole process of our solar instal was refreshingly worry free! All the tedious back office paperwork, permitting, filing and scheduling was handled smoothly by Melissa and I didn't have to be fussed to contact our HOA or Xcel to get the ball rolling. Once on site, Adrian ran an efficient and fast crew, the panels went up within a week.

The longest part was waiting for Xcel to do their part (out of our control) but regardless of any minor snags or delays, Melissa was always quick, direct and clear with communication and would email me status of what was going on daily. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for a local business or experience! Faith in home improvement "contractors" restored!

This company is absolutely amazing! My husband and I have already recommended them to all of our neighbors. We always wanted solar but knew nothing about it. They came and explained everything to us and what the benefits were. To us it was a no brainers to get solar and a no brainers to work with Apollo to get it. After we contracted with them they made everything so easy.

They did all of the background work, working with our HOA, taking measurements, getting approval from Xcel. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their customer service exceeds 5 stars, we highly recommend them.

Every interaction with Apollo, from the first phone call to our final set up visit has been profoundly positive. I would recommend them with the highest confidence. Their team is professional but personal. They take their service really seriously and the value proposition is very clear. They helped us understand the financing, communicated regularly at every step, and were really friendly and customer-focused during the entire process. We couldn't be happier with Apollo and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

I selected Apollo Energy to install my solar panels because they were more affordable and provided a better product than other solar companies. In addition, they were not pushy and did a great job of detailing the process. All of the Apollo employees were prompt, courteous and the project was completed very fast. Although I could have financed the project over 20 years with monthly payment similar to my Xcel bill, and still received the federal tax deduction, I chose to pay for the panels.

I was ecstatic about my $10,000 tax deduction and for over a year I have not had an electric bill (Woohoo). The slowest part was waiting for Xcel to connect to the system. Unfortunately, Apollo cannot control Xcel. I also used Apollo to remove and reinstall my solar panels after the horrible May 8, 2017 hail storm. They again proved to be the most affordable, and the fastest option. I thought it was amazing that although my whole roof needed to be completely redone, NONE of the solar panels were damaged. I have a 25 year warranty for my panels.
