Ryan the technician was so nice to me even when we discovered the problem was that I didn't know it could take up to 5 minutes for the condenser to run (we just bought the house). He did not make me feel bad about such a silly mistake.

He kindly explained the operation of a heat pump system and the humidistats all over the house which is unfamiliar to me being from the north. He ran a routine maintenance check and gave me time frames for various repairs I could expect to require on this type of system in the future. It was an excellent experience. The price was fair and in line with what I pay up north for a service call. Totally recommend!

When we bought our business from the founders five years ago, they had long history with St Louis. We continued with the annual maintenance plan which includes a visit every two months for preventative maintenance. We just need to make sure that we have the correct number of filters for them upon arrival. SUPER EASY and one less thing to worry about as a business owner.

Every time we call them for an issue, small or large, the St. Louis team is here almost always the same day unless we request a different time. Two years ago, we had to replace one of the four units we have. The managers provided us with a couple of options with different price points and were honest with us about what would get us the most bang for our buck - and that turned out to be the least expensive unit! Dependable vendors are hard to find these days and St. Louis Air Conditioning is at the very top of our list and we would recommend them to anyone who asks. Excellent service, tech showed up within a short time after speaking with the office for a service call on my furnace. The staff @ St Louis are all above board. They're everything any business should aspire to be: They call when they say they will call. They show up for appointments when they make them. They call if someone is running behind. They explain what they do, why they do it, and if you should, (spend $) or should not do something (don't spend $). And beyond that, they provide more value than the prices they charge for services rendered.

I have absolutely ZERO reservations about reccomending them to anyone I know. Because I know they will always perform. If you need something HVAC related done, these are your goto people! Without a doubt.

St. Louis Air Conditioning recently installed a new APCO-X home air purifying unit. They showed up promptly, got the new purifier installed in under an hour, cleaned up quickly, and made it easy.
