So far the experience has been good. The estimate, ordering and installation were all on time and budget. The sales man/technician was pleasant, timely and organized from "open to close". Well see how the door holds up over the next ten years or so.

The first time I dealt with Best Pro Services it was for the repair of a garage door that didn't open. They fixed it quickly. The second time was for a broken garage door spring coil, Ken came and without a fuse or complaint he go right to work and fixed it. And now the third issue, I call and asked to have my keypad replaced.imagine my surprise, Ken was there again and he fixed the problem and only offered information for additional items after I asked the question about controlling the opening and closing via my phone and again Ken and Best Pro Service gave me 100% customer satisfaction! Ken and Best Pro Services are quick, kind, very knowledgable on top that they are very up on the ends and outs of their product. I highly recommend their service and if you can ask for Ken please do so, he is the very best, just as Best Pro Services is also. You can't go wrong with Best Pro Service.

Scheduled an appointment online Saturday evening for Sunday afternoon. We got home late Saturday and our garage door failed to operate because spring broke. The technician (Ken) was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He replaced the springs and the company threw in a set of rollers as well. Once completed he had me operate the door to make sure I was satisfied before he left. The door works more smoothly and quietly than it has since we've lived in our house. Great job!

First, I appreciate the representative forwarding a step-by-step video to see if i could resolve the issue myself. Who does that? The customer service representative on the telephone was pleasant, professional and very informative. After completing all the steps in the video, i could not resolve my issue and my remotes still did not work. I had to schedule an appointment.

Two days later, the technician, Amaud, I think, arrived on time. He offered great tips, discovered that not only were remotes bad, but the garage door spring was weak. Amaud fixed everything in record time, thoroughly explained why the spring needed to be replaced and even demonstrated exactly why it needed to be replaced using a "befoe and after" scenario.

He then gave me new remotes and instructed me how to reset the keypad. Being new to having a garage, I appreciate the time Amaud took with me to explain at great length how garages work, the location of the sensors, the importance of keeping those areas free of boxes, etc. He provided exceptional customer service and I will be referring your company to everyone, as everything was wonderful from start to finish. I applaud you!

The Repairman called before he came and the service he provided was above & beyond. He explained the problem with my garage door. He was courteous very much knowledgeable and timely. The technician, Ken, arrived promptly. He repaired the broken garage door cable and theorized the issue was caused by the age of the builder grade rollers in the track. He replaced all rollers for a very reasonable price. My home has two one car garage doors. The sound of the garage door opening/closing of the replaced rollers vs the original rollers on the other door is unbelievable. I am very happy he replaced them. There is no doubt I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

With a car stuck in the garage, we needed help sooner rather than later. I called and received same day service. The tech (Ken) did a great job fixing the broken door, and tuning up a different noisy door. This was my second time using Champions and I wouldn't hesitate to call them next time.

My experience with Champions Garage Door Repair has been extraordinary. My 30 year old garage door opener broke and I needed it fixed immediately. My husband and I didn't feel comfortable replacing it ourselves so we wanted to call a professional. I found Champions website and phone # and spoke to Dan. I knew this was the right company for us as soon as he started to explain what kind of options we had, the quality of their product, and their fair prices. Plus, they had a time slot open within the hour and there would be no extra charge!! Dan actually suggested I look on the website to see if there were any applicable coupons.

I found a coupon for $40 off the garage door opener, I was so excited!! Our garage door professional, Ken, called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival and was on time and ready to work. He gave me honest advice and guidance, he didn't try to sell me anything I did not need. In fact, he went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I needed at a great price.

The work he did was perfect and timely, he made sure everything worked properly with the existing door and even took the time to adjust the stripping on the bottom to make sure it had a nice seal. I wish every company had someone like Ken. It can be stressful bringing a stranger into the house but Ken immediately felt like a friend.
