The Eco Pro Team was amazing from beginning to install! I too had them sent by my Home Warranty Co and they offered the BEST service and totally respectful! I opted to cash out of my home warranty and install a brand new CH&A Trane system. The entire crew from the sales team to the installers were exceptional, prompt and efficient answering all my questions.

Their work ethics were phenomenal. Pleased beyond belief. My power bills are amazing super low. They also went over and above and educated me about the rebates for replacing a 35 year old unit with new. They actually gave me the rebate up front and waited for balance of payment from the appropriate company. That in itself was superb customer service! I would highly recommend them!

Jose was great. He fixed our A/C in 45 minutes. He was very polite and wore a mask. A/C is working now! Couldn't be happier. We were also kept very well-informed as to his arrival time, which was much appreciated.

Arturo was earlier than expected; which was awesome! He came in and fixed the unit and had it working in under half an hour. My landlord hired this company to repair a leaking system from my AC. I got an appointment with their technician Liz within a couple days from the initial call. The warranty came back good and within the week she was back to install a new pump and rebuild the draining system. The next day I noticed my AC no longer blew cold air. I called them back and they sent Liz out again with no trouble at all just 2 days from my call. She fixed the issue within 15 minutes. I'm very happy with her service.

Liz Alvarez was my technician. She was completely professional and troubleshooted the problem quickly and installed a new thermostat. Liz our technician was very professional, knowledgeable and understood the value of our home. She walked in with mask on and shoe booties. She showed me what to look for in our old AC unit as far as maintaining it for longevity. She was courteous and very nice! Liz is a good asset and a value to your company.

We had a problem with our A/C unit and furnace. We contacted this company they made an appointment right away. The technician by the name Liz came over and she was so professional and courteous. This company was truly a pleasure to do business with throughout the entire pump installation cycle from initial contact to completion of the installation. Mr. Arturo Chavez was very professional, polite and amiable. The system works perfectly and the installation was completed with minimum disruption. I have no hesitation in recommending ECO-PRO.

I have had EcoPro out to my house twice so far. My technician both times was Arturo, this was a positive for me since most places won't send out the same technician twice in my experience. Technician Ulises Cisneros and Daniel did a very good job on our Central AC. They're on time and very polite and professional. Ulises explained every possible cause why our ac is not blowing cool air on the vents. Very detailed and gave me some advice to keep my ac unit in top shape specially needed for this coming hot weather. Again, good job guys! We're one satisfied customer!

The Tech, Herman, is capable. But frankly I expected more from the $100 service cost. My AC system is operating slightly below range. My expectation was that any shortcomings found during the inspection would be addressed. Instead, my home warranty company will get a report that the system is operating outside the normal range. Not very helpful. Perhaps it is a mis-understanding of what my home warranty program offers. I will not likely do this service again.

We had Eco-Pro out to fix home furnace. They were dispatched by our home warranty company. They were the fourth company in a two month period to visit our home for this issue. Why you ask, well, because the first company did not even address the issue but instead pulled, or tried to pull the Ole "your heat exchanger is cracked and we have to shut off the gas to the unit" hustle.

That's how they sell new systems! I wasn't aware of this hustle at the time but something didn't make sense so I investigated further. We paid another HVAC company out of pocket for a second opinion. Guess what.no cracks! Third company (sent by our home warranty company) spent an hour and said they could not fix the issue (furnace would not light.really?). Called back to home warranty company and asked for another company.

They sent Eco-Pro. Just to see what kind of company was being sent out this time, I decided to check reviews. I wasn't too thrilled as I saw quite a few 1 and 2 stars. I contacted Eco-Pro and explained my disgust with my past HVAC encounters and was reassured, I believe by Rosa, that Eco-Pro was professional and honest. I can't explain other low star reviews but want to say that our encounter with Eco-Pro was extremely professional, and there wasn't a hint of hustle or scam.

We were advised of arrival times and called if time would be delayed. They sent emails with photo of tech with a synopsis of tech experience in the HVAC field. The tech found the issue within an hour and advised a new valve was needed and they would have to order it. Within a week the new valve had arrived and the furnace fired right up! Always get a second opinion if you hear "your heat exchanger is cracked".I discovered that a lot of companies use that hustle. Thank you Eco-Pro, it was a cold two months!

Jose Ciseneros was the technician he was great. Diagnosed the problem quickly. To my surprise returned after hours to install the needed part. Great and timely service, was updated throughout the process waiting for a technician via email and text, which was really nice instead of having a huge 6 hour window of waiting that some companies give you. MANUEL was awesome, very informative and worked efficiently. Professional and on time, we were very satisfied with out tune up service. We would use this service again!

Do not use this company. They will do the bare minimum required, incorrectly charge, and then not do it correctly if they actually do it.

10+ trips and from December to Aug to fix a heater. Couldn't diagnose the problem (6 trips). Ordered the wrong CFR code (80 v 94). Couldn't install new unit correctly the first time. Charged me $2400 and couldn't really explain the charges with my home warranty. Charged $800 for a specific box to be built under the unit and DID NOT DO THE WORK.

The inspector that came to the house had to tell me. Additionally during the replacement they let out all the Freon and did not replace. So or AC was broken for a very hot week. Then it fails inspection and they have to come back out to actually do the work to certify it. Still don't know if its certified.

Lazy, incompetent, and charges for work not preformed

We have been very satisfied with Eco-Pro services. My brother had his heating/ac installed by them. I had my heating/ac installed by them as well. We also used them to install central heating on our mother's home. They do excellent work at very good prices. We have had no problems. They are honest and very professional. I will not hesitate to call them again. Thank you.

Eco Pro sent Gustavo and his partner out today to repair my air conditioner. It was a difficult repair and took a process of elimination to find what was triggering the blown fuses. They ran up and down the stairs about 20 times and worked in the attic area which was over 110 degrees. They persisted and found the problem. I am very appreciative of their persistence. Thank you both so much.

Do not hire ECO-PRO I had the worst experience with this company. It took 7 weeks for them to install a new heat pump and air handler in my condo. The brand new equipment was installed incorrectly, and it didn't work after the incompetent technician Manuel completed the job. The system was left in a dangerous condition and the new equipment was damaged.

I had to hire a new company to fix the horrible install completed by Eco-Pro. Additionally, Eco-Pro doesn't provide friendly, honest customer service. I was repeatedly lied to by the office staff as my install was delayed week after week. Again, DO NOT hire ECO-PRO you will be disappointed!!!!

Punctual and professional. Was really happy to get our AC fixed (post- heat waves though :( ) but great fast service. Someone always picked up when I called and very kind. Yes - they wore masks and did Covid 19 stuff as wel. While I hope to never have to use them again, they will be my first call if I do.

I have him coming to repair my AC which doesn't have cold air. He checked and replaced the capacitor at the spot and the AC came back and had cold air again. I like the company send the arrival notification and the technician also called. I believe arrival notification is a must for a 20th century company.

My one experience with this company was very good, they were assigned to me by my Home Warranty Company, I contacted them 8-15-2020 (Saturday) and was able to get a morning appointment for 8-17-2020 (Monday) with a service window between 8AM-12PM. I was contacted on the morning of my appointment at 9:08AM via e-mail by Eco Pro to let me know that the technician (Jose) was on his way, a picture of the technician was included. Jose arrived with a mask on at about 9:30AM, introduced himself cordially and immediately went to work at the outside compressor.

Within approximately 20 minutes he rang my doorbell, he said the repair was complete and explained what had failed. Based on this service, I found the Eco Pro and Jose to be very professional from start to finish, Would I call on them again or recommend them to others: Absolutely, YES!

Moises was super kind and helpful with our new heater install! He was very respectful of our space and made sure they didn't leave any mess behind. Our house had the original 1985 heater still in use and required a little more work to replace. He really went the extra mile to make sure we had it installed in one day. Moises stayed for 12 hours to make sure our family and our dog were warm tonight. Can't thank you guys enough!

This was the second company that my home warranty called because the first company couldn't find/fix my HVAC. I had rain water leaking from my thermostat tube (containing the wires) from the furnace on the roof. Ulises was the technician that came. He found the leak point and said roofers needed to replace the part. The roofers had come beforehand and never found that.

So I sent them the video that Ulises sent me of the leak point. Roofers then sealed and problem was solved. Ulises even found a ladder on the outside of my building so didn't have to come into my unit. Smart. Only took off one star because I didn't get a heads up that he was coming so had my mom rush to my place to meet him for me. Ask for Ulises!

Great customer service and knowledgeable techs

Air Conditioner was not working at all. I scheduled an appointment which was kept on time in Morgan Hill, CA. Very much a distance from their offices and was pleasantly surprised to see that the tech had the replacement part on hand and fixed my AC unit within minutes. I would definitely recommend Eco-Pro to friends and family. My tech was Ulises and he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Great service! After contacting America Home Shield, EP quickly sent email with estimated time of arrival. Then texted us when on the way. We could actually track how far they were from us. They identified the furnace problem and ordered the part. Then scheduled their return. Ulises was prompt, courteous and professional! Job well done!

This business was assigned when I called American Home Shield about our broken heater. Our Technician was J. Ulises Cisneros, and I was super happy with the service! They texted me when he was on his way, included a picture for my safety, and a link where I could track him to see how far out he was and approx how long it would take him to get to the house.

When he got here, he made sure to park in an area that didn't block any driveways (which is a real problem in my neighborhood) and even stood back from the door after knocking so anyone looking thru the peephole could see him clearly. It turned out there were multiple things on the heater that needed to be replaced, so I saw Ulises a total of 3 times, but each time he was professional and efficient every time. Absolute 10/10, would call on them again!
