Anabelle, and Lacey have been so professional in communicating with us. Our Service Techs were prompt and fast. Thaniel and Corey were really respectful and informative during the assessment of our HVAC Unit that needs replacement. They explained what they were doing so we were clear, step by step. They followed all Covid guidelines, especially when entering our home.

We have two high risk members in our family, one undergoing medical treatment. They took all the precautions necessary and we are grateful for their service. CMS was contracted through my warranty company to perform the work on my AC blower motor in attic. The techs were professional and thorough. They caused damage to the ceiling, took pictures and submitted to their leadership for repair and reimbursement. The AC works great and damages were resolved. Good job!

In the last 5 years every year I have had to call my homeowners insurance to send an air conditioning tech to my house to service my air conditioning unit. Every year a tech comes out and refills my coolant. Nothing is ever wrong with it. Last week Lucas Jeffers came and serviced my AC unit. He cleaned out my unit and figured out my control board was broken. He was amazing. He took his time and serviced everything that needed to be fixed. He is very honest. I recommend this company because of this technician.

Honest, caring, competent service. In addition to the fact that they were very knowledgeable about the air conditioning unit needing repair, they were kind, professional and on time! The office is accommodating and returns your calls providing exceptional service. Our older air conditioning system is now working perfectly, and they were very helpful with resolving some issues we had with the warranty company. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service for their air conditioning.

I had issues with my a/c all summer and have had several companies out who couldn't seem to get it to work properly. My unit is only about 10 years old or so, but every tech that had been out to my home recommended that I replace my unit and they offered me quotes in the thousands. After going through so many companies and spending money for each of their visits, I decided to try one last company before finally giving in to replacing my unit.

To my luck, Complete Mechanical Service found the issue and the solution was not to replace the unit, like all others had recommended. They found a small leak that was allowing all the refrigerant to leak out little by little which explained why my a/c wasn't cooling for most of the summer. They were able to repair the leak and fill it back up with refrigerant.

They also did a maintenance on my furnace to get it ready for the season. It sucks that I suffered during the summer, but now I'm more at ease knowing that my unit will actually cool come next summer. I highly recommend this company.

They did a great job for us! Our A/C thermostat went on the blink, called around and ended up with these guys. The young lady that helped on the phone was very helpful getting us set up, the guy showed up on a time, he was very nice also, and Voila! We were fixed! Reasonable, too!
