It was a pleasure working with the manager Dustin Who initially came out with his crew to repair the pump on one of my central air system. They did such a good job I hired them to come back and install too hot water heater at my triplex. They were kind enough to wear their mask. This part of the interaction has nothing to do with the job however, I'm so grateful I'll just put it here.

I was at the very back of the property in the shed reaching for an extension cord at the very bottom of a metal basket storage containers. While reaching for the item at the very bottom the entire thing came crashing down and my fingers and somehow they were woven and stuck In between holes in the metal basket filled with heavy tools that just seems to keep getting heavier the more I try to free myself.

The pain so was unbearable I felt helpless so after a while all I could do was scream for help. my fingers began to turn purple which was frightening. All I could do was scream for help hoping someone would hear me. But thank God the plumber Tim was there on site. He dashed to the rescue so fast that he almost ran past me LOL. While talking me through the process he managed to help free my fingers. Getting your fingers stuck might not sound like much of a big deal but let me tell you It was one of the scary experiences I've ever had but thanks to Tim I still have my fingers. My hero.! Leon came out to give me a estimate to replace my 30 year old water heater. I agreed on the water heater and price. The next day Leon came installed the water heater. Leon did a good job with the installation also cleaned up the area. Leon is someone you can trust in your home. I'm glad Heatwave Heating and Cooling and Leon took care of the situation.

I went online and requested a quote on getting a new ac system, they called me within minutes to set up a time and date, they came out gave me an estimate got me financed and with in a couple days I had a new ac. The technicians who have assisted us with a few issues have been wonderful to deal with--very knowledgeable and the price is fair. Previously I posted a negative review of this company but have since changed my mind after dealing with them further. I do believe the cost of the new furnace and central air unit was very fair and the customer service is good and response very timely.

I am a first time homeowner and called Heatwave when my furnace started to not work properly. They responded to my call right away. Jake, the tech guy, was ready to go at my house 15 minutes early, too. He was time efficient, honest with what route I should go to completely fix the problem, and extremely helpful with financing options. I will definitely recommend Heatwave to my friends and family.

Our water heater went out last night and Heatwave had our technician Becky here first thing in the morning! She evaluated the situation and gave us options to consider. She was able to take care of us quickly and affordably. We are Comfort Club members, so that got us in quickly and also saved us the diagnostic fee and a percentage of the labor fee. I was very pleased with our experience and will definitely use them again!

Problem shooting was through and not rushed. A diagnostic report is also checklist of all working parts of the system, nothing was missed. The technician was great at taking a phone call from my spouse that had additional questions. Thermostat equipment from Heatwave is user friendly. The thermostat face plate displayed a warning to call for service.

It was noticeably hot in the house, however first time for a warning notification. It is nice to have equipment with the ability to display a faulty message, there was no guessing if equipment needed service. I called Heatwave before 7:30am answering service took my message. Rep. from Heatwave had two technician at my home before noon. Becky and her assistant were polite and professional. My past experience with Heatwave employees has been very consistent. Amazing staff and techs! From the first phone call I could tell I was going to be happy with their service, but I didn't know how happy! Great one stop shop for a lot of my home services now, especially the lawn care! If you need anything HVAC related, hands down the best place to use.
