The project was scheduled for last fall and then all sorts of issues arose. First there was a paint shortage with the quality line we wanted to use. Then it started to rain and rain and rain. Rather than do an inferior job, Arrowhead postponed the project and kept us fully informed. When the weather left an open window to start and complete the project, we were contacted and agreed to go forward. The painting was done on time and to the specifications in the contract. We couldn't have been happier with the result.

Arrowhead painting was absolutely fantastic! I had many different interior painting projects to be done in a rather short amount of time. They were timely, detailed oriented and fairly priced. The level of professionalism was fantastic! Communication was a breeze and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They ran any necessary details by me, and even patched up a damaged part of the wall I had and made it look brand new. I will be using them for all of my future home painting projects.

I used Arrowhead Painting to paint the interior of my medical office in Lake Oswego. Robert was easy to work with and very responsive. His team was available to start within a week and worked the whole weekend to get the job done so I didn't have to close the office during business hours. Painting projects were needed to be completed on a commercial property I own in Portland. Arrowhead Painting impressed me with their professionalism and skills. I not only got good service from them but also got an honest opinion that made my job much easier. The cost to paint the interior was given to me as a free estimate. The service itself was also very helpful since I was on a tight budget, so knowing exactly how much I would need to spend on paint was very helpful. Robert has possibly the best customer service of any contractor I've ever worked with. He ALWAYS showed up exactly when he said he would and he communicated frequently and thoroughly throughout the process. His painting team was also wonderful- very polite and considerate. Also, they are thorough and FAST! I live in a 3.5 story townhouse with a not very wide side yard between myself and my neighbors, so it was not an easy job by any means. Arrowhead Painting just completed the interior painting of the house we recently bought. Robert came to see the house to give us an estimate which we received shortly after his visit. We appreciated his insight and suggestions and found him very responsive to our questions and to our timeline. The work started when he said it would and finished when he said it would.

All along the way, Robert checked in with us to answer any questions and address any concerns. He also was responsive when we asked for some additional work that was not in the original contract. The lead painter, Adrian, was very engaged in the work, clearly cared about what we wanted and the end result was excellent. Both Robert and Adrian prioritize communication with their clients and want to make sure they are meeting expectations. We would definitely recommend Arrowhead hands down.

We've used Arrowhead Painting previously on another house and were very pleased, so it wasn't a difficult decision to use them again. And they did not disappoint. It's a large home and a big project, but Adrian and crew did an awesome job. Robert Alcorta is a customer service pro and that goes a long way in the residential contractor realm. From the initial contact (randomly, via Yelp and based on reviews) to the very end of our job, Robert was available to connect whenever we needed to check in about any details and he always had the right options for our budget and our schedule. I would definitely recommend Arrowhead Painting for anyone looking for an interior painting service.

We bought a house and needed the color changed from "realtor taupe" to something a bit more. airy. Robert showed up on time for the estimate appointment and we walked through the options available with his company. He was even willing to break down the bid into various components, so that we could decide if we wanted to do only portions of the work at the present.

His bid was competitive but it was his initial customer service that really sealed the deal for us, when comparing with other bids. We ultimately chose Arrowhead Painting to do our main floor walls (open floor plan with an accent wall) as well as our stairway and upstairs hall. Not having to get on a ladder to get the upper reaches of the stairway walls was worth the price alone!

We opted not to do the trim at this time, in order to save time and money. And we took on the task of painting the bedrooms ourselves. Robert was able to schedule our job on a very short timeline from when we accepted the bid to when we began the work. We wanted to get the painting done before we moved in. During this time, he was available for communication and worked to find a member of his team to get the job done for us.

Right when we needed, painter Adrian was able to come out and do the prep work in an afternoon and then return to do most of the painting the next day. He finished up by mid-day on the third day. Adrian was friendly and conversational and his work was great! He made sure to do all the little things--nooks and crannies, above the cabinets, and all the edges were so clean! Speaking of clean, he left our unmoved-into home looking like no one had been there, it was so clean after his work was done.

When it came time to do the walkthrough, he was willing to work with our hectic moving schedule and came back a few hours later. We of course looked all over for any needed touchups, but we needed none. Thank you to Adrian for a wonderful painting experience!

We have a large painting project and we reached out to several local business to get estimates. Unfortunately we decided to wait until next year due to our funding. So this review isn't about the finish product, it's more about the estimate experience! During the estimate process, Robert has been excellent from the initial estimate to following up with emails.

We had a few companies either didn't bother to follow up with emails/texts, or simply disappear after the initial estimates. Robert was always available for questions and I really appreciate that! Overall, I'd recommend Arrowhead if you are looking for estimate or paint project because of their reliability and responsiveness!

These guys were great. Rob is very friendly and professional. Everything was well organized. He came to look at what we wanted and gave us a very competitive bid. The project scope, invoicing, and payment was all very smooth. We had five rooms painted and it took about three days total.

I am referring to the detailed quote, warranty option, and Department of Labor and Industries Contractor Registration that Arrowhead provided. Once selected, the Arrowhead team was very communicative, the crew was friendly, professional, COVID-19 safe, and ensured that I was happy with their work every step of the way.

Overall, happy but things could have gone smoother. Once they got to our job, a month and 1/2 later than we were quoted we were happy with the quality of the work but left feeling like we were over promised and under delivered. We didn't go with the cheapest quote or even the fastest turnaround, but we waited a long time and had to reschedule several things for our house because of the time delay.

Including gutters being installed and getting the house photographed to sell. A lot of time was spent on our part contacting other contractors and our real estate agent because of the delay. The sales experience was good and smooth via a Zoom call due to covid. The paint consulting was also pleasant and professional. Overall we are happy and enjoyed working with Robert, but we definitely felt like we were being moved back further and further due to other jobs taking priority over ours. I would hire them again, but would be sure to have an accurate representation of when the job would actually be completed in writing.

We used Arrowhead Painting to paint our house and were extremely pleased. The owner, Robert, came out to do the estimate and gave us quotes for several options, all of which were very reasonable. In fact, their prices were so good that we elected to go with a higher grade of paint and more colors than we originally envisioned. Communication was phenomenal.

Two days after signing our contract, the governor put a state-wide hold on all construction due to COVID-19. Robert was great, all during the time we were waiting for the stay-at-home order to be lifted he called every Monday, as promised, to touch base and let us know what was happening. This was incredibly reassuring and very professional. As a standard part of the job, Robert set us up with a Sherwin Williams color consultant to come out to the house, which made selecting colors a breeze.

Once the governor gave the go-ahead for construction services to continue, Robert got his crew out to thoroughly power wash the house, and they came back the next day to prep, scrape, prime and caulk. As an example of their attention to detail, rather than rushing to get the job done as quickly as possible, they gave the caulk an extra day to properly cure before coming back to paint.

Once they were ready to spray, they took their time to do the job right, giving us two full days of painting instead of trying to get in and out in one.

Robert himself was there each day to check in, answer any questions and look after his crew. On the final day they did a very thorough walk around and were more than happy to make any little touch-ups we asked for. (Although, their crew chief had already done his own inspection, and the few things we requested were seriously nit-picking.)

I was very happy with their professionalism, the price and the quality of workmanship, and would highly recommend Arrowhead!

Robert was very professional and a pleasure to work with. We've been on hold since the stay at home order, but Robert has checked in with us almost weekly just to touch base. We look forward to having them on site and getting the job started as soon as possible!

Top management is savvy, smart, and through. The laborers doing the work is tireless, highly effective and very eager to please me the client. The management gives you weekly updates on when the work is to begin. On the days of the work they phone you and tell you how the job is going and progressing. At works, end, Top management walks through and points out the whats & whys things done.

They want the customer, ME, to be very happy. I AM. Neighbors have stopped and are pleased with the work. I am a better neighbor, because Arrowhead made me look good. I could not be happier.
