Eric was very friendly, professional and informative. He even pointed out the poison ivy in the neighboring yard. There was another young man that assisted him and I forgot his name (sorry) and he was just as professional and friendly. I will definitely refer to others as well as call again. Bryan and Josh came out ahead of schedule, saving me the after-hours fee. That alone is awesome. They were quick and efficient. Bryan kept me informed of where they were in the process and what they had found. Have used them before and will continue to do so. They didn't push any other services or anything not needed. Everyone we worked with at Arch Air was wonderful! Eric, Brian and Ian did our installation and they were some of the friendliest, hardest working, and most knowledgeable people that we've ever had do work at our home. It was a tough job and they never gave up or complained, but kept going until it was right. On top of that, their quote was extremely reasonable and we got a great system- high quality and efficient. I highly recommend working with them!

We had a huge job of replacing two furnaces and two A/C units in May of 2018. Pricing was most reasonable and the service was excellent! The staff and service technicians are very professional, and most courteous. The techs cleaned everything up nicely after the two day job was completed. I highly recommend this company. They will go out of their way to get you worked in to their schedule and are available on weekends for emergencies.

Arch Air Services is by far the BEST air conditioning company we have worked with. Ian is the man to go to for all your AC/Heating needs. They installed 4 new units in a large building on a 4 story roof. They were prompt, clean, efficient, professional, and most importantly they did what they promised!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Just got a complete new system installed. My old AC fan went out on July 3. These guys where the only one that I could even get to show up and give me a bid for what we're going to need. Got what I considered a fair bid and on the 7th they got the whole job done in about 9 hours. Both my installers were extremely nice and professional. The work was well done and they cleaned up all debris. Couldn't be happier with the work and the end result

I thought they did a very good job. From the initial sales call to the two men who came out and actually installed my new HVAC system, they were professional and courteous. They kept me in the loop with what they were doing and they cleaned up the area afterwards. I would use them again and have recommended them to others.

Arch Air was always available for any questions, and on the day of installation they called first, and then arrived on time which I really appreciate - they stated that it would take 6 hours, but they completed the job in 4 - they were very efficient and cleaned everything up before leaving - So far I am very happy with the overall experience - I would use them again
