I am very pleased with excellent service provided by NS Heating and Cooling. About 3 years ago I got two complete units (inside and outside) replaced by them; I bought the Amana units with lifetime warranty. Sami is absolutely the best in this business, he gave me the right guidance at that time on how to pick the right system. I have been enjoying the excellent systems installed by his team for 3 years. This summer one of the units had a capacitor blown and his team promptly replaced the capacitor. Five star service!

Our AC rooftop unit went out and needed replacement in the middle of the heat wave in Washington DC. Several companies we contacted were overwhelmed by the demand and/or were unable to meet out deadline request. NS Heating and Cooling responded promply and had a technician out to assess the situation within hours. They contacted us right away once the inspection was done and had a good estimate ready that same day!

Although we finally decided on another company - we found that we had personal ties to them - I would like to recommend NS Heating for their speed of response and excellent customer service!

After sorting through all the communications issues, I was finally able get help with my HVAC System. The office was able to get a technician out to my home to help troubleshoot and make repairs to the system. This has been a great help and the Company has definitely made up for the shortcomings of missed appointments and no shows. I appreciate the staff doing their best to solve my HVAC issues and provide the support that I needed.

If I could endorse NS HVAC with 10 stars, I would do 11. In times of a major appliance change as a homeowner you can't help but come across a slew of fears from unaffordable costs, lack of expertise & customer service, a rigamarole of estimates/visits & appliance quality. My fears were instantly quelled beginning with an initial service call with OMAR.

He is an exceptional customer advocate & well informed. It was all about solutions and all around best value during our call. An hour later he was already inspecting my malfunctioning unit. Fast forward- from Omar's initial visit to his friendly team bringing installation to fruition seamlessly - it was HANDS DOWN the BEST & FINEST transaction of this capacity and magnitude (furnace replacement- photo inset).

A GOLDEN PACKAGE surpassing my expectations; stemming from follow up calls to post install customer service. Quick, reliable, quality assured, clean, friendly, flexible, & reasonable. Back in 2017 I did quite a bit of research in the Loudoun County area to find a good company to replace my defective HVAC system. I came across NS HVAC in Yelp and asked them to come for an estimate. Their estimate was VERY competitive, so I went ahead and hired them for the job. They did an excellent job installing a new HVAC system. This month in October 2020 I had to replace the HVAC in another property, and I decided to give them a call once more. Sammy came and again gave me very competitive pricing.

I hired them and the team did an excellent job once again with the replacement. Communication throughout the process was great, and the technicians answered all my questions. I seldomly leave reviews, but this was well deserve and I highly recommend them.

They are very good with reasonable price and woking professionally.i recommend them to heat pumps. Thank you being honest.

They put in an HVAC system 3 years ago - very fair price and even installed it on Memorial Day for no extra charge. Everything works great. They have also been very helpful about coming out to the house to give quotes for moving ducts or putting in a mini split as we add an addition to our house.

Our air handler unit stopped working, and the heat pump had already had several repairs. We decided it was time to replace both. Did some research and put some requests out for estimates. Omar responded very quickly and provided specific info/pricing via text/email. He came out a couple of days later for a home visit. We were given several estimates/options to go with, and never felt pressured to choose one option over the other - it was our decision to make (and Omar answered some questions we had prior to making a decision, so we could make an informed one).

The three gentlemen that came out to do the installation were professional, courteous and diligent. They did a great job and left everything clean when done. NS was a great business to work with from beginning to end. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend NS to anyone looking for HVAC work! (Of the three businesses we looked at, one was slow to respond and the other quoted us a much higher price for the job... NS was always prompt in their responses and pricing was reasonable).

One system replacement involved moving the compressor unit to the backyard from the roof, and while they did not remove the old unit, they placed the new compressor in the backyard and did all the wiring required with the minimum disruption to the indoor dry walls etc.

They also added an extra intake on the second floor, found the ideal location for it and completed the job in good time. The other two systems required replacement of the chimney liners, again managed with expertise. They gave very competitive prices, the best labor and service warranty anywhere on Carrier Performance 2 - 4 ton systems.
Sammy is extremely personable and will personally ensure that the job is done right each time.

I am very pleased to write this review for NS Heating and Cooling Inc based on having to replace an aging heat pump system in my condo apartment. While checking out various contractors, I received an immediate telephone reply from Sam at NSHVAC inquiring about my project which required a total system replacement (air handler, heat pump and thermostat), as my old R22 system had finally given up!

I described my needs and Sam emailed a written quote promptly, asking to confirm my requirements with a site survey. After the survey, we confirmed selection of a 2 ton Carrier air handler, 1.5 ton Bryant heat pump and new thermostat. 2 days later, Oscar and Victor showed up, right on time and began the project. They laid down drop cloths on the carpet and took their shoes off everywhere else they had to go.

The old gear was removed, the new gear installed and was up and running in the early afternoon, ahead of schedule. Oscar and Victor did a great job, neat, tidy and a detailed clean up once complete. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to others in the Northern Virginia area! A+!

Just got my ac unit fixed by NS. There workers came found the problem and boom! Have cool air again. They stayed and made sure everything was working before they left as well. Also before entering the house they put on shoe covers. They didn't need to but that was a plus for me.

Super professional. Very Clean. The work was done at an appropriate amount of time. The owner came to do a quote for me in a very short notice so I can get back to work. He was honest about what would have to be done and gave me options. We had a little baby in the house and they made sure to give me a fast appointment to replace both units. Thank you so much we will definitely pass the name around!

Have to be honest. Sami is one of the best person in this business and very trustworthy. Mom AC broke down, he came himself to get an estimate and best part he match and beat all other estimates. His crew came down as promised and put a new unit as expected. Got 1 year labor warranty and provide docs to register unit for 10 year parts warranty. I never met this guy in person, but he did what he promised. I would heighly recomend him and will diffinanly reference to friends and family. Thank you

Had this company come and install ductwork/HVAC in my three level finished home. They meticulously sought out the efficient areas to do least demolition. I was pleased with their work, professionalism, and expertise. They arrived early every morning, on time. Cleaned up after themselves. The job was done in less than two weeks. I bought two Daikin ductless systems to replace existing Fujitsu ductless systems for my house. I had NS Heating and Cooling install them. The guys did good work and were pretty clean in getting it done. I'd hire them again and I will most likely use them in the future for any heating or cooling issues I have. The job was done in a single day and everything has been fine since.

Even after one quote was cheaper, however offering crapper equipment, NS Heating and Cooling lowered their price a bit and offered an additional warranty. They were always on time, helpful and followed-up. I'd highly recommend them!
