They helped us choose the right product, the two site surveys were completed as scheduled, and helped us refine our choice and locations. The installation was speedy and without the mess. My only advice is to get absolute clarity about the planned location of ancillary elements such as ducting. In our case I hadn't understood that the proposed installation included a visible condensation pump for the internal unit, however, the company was able to change direction and supply at no extra cost a hidden unit that was sourced and installed during the installation day.

We have 2 units, a large one in a large west-facing conservatory, and a smaller, amazingly quiet one, in the master bedroom. From designing through to installation and ongoing maintenance, everyone at Heatwave HVAC has been excellent for the entire period of trouble-free operation. The maintenance contract is a bit pricey but well worth the peace of mind that comes with the 10-year guarantees for the products. I can thoroughly recommend it!

I really did not want to purchase a new system However logically thinking it made sense instead of repairing our ten year old system that was working but making noise outside. Dan explained instead of throwing thousands at repairs and the costs of a system that was not efficient as far as power. It was a big investment but wow this new system is awesome.

I was a little nervous when I saw how small the air handler was. BUT it does such a better job than the old carrier system we had. The new Daikin is so quiet. I hardly ever know it's running. The air purification system is awesome also. No one likes parting with 15k but I will say we are pleased with what we have so far. Haven't seen the electricity bill yet hoping that puts a big smile on our face. This new system is good and the only thing I'm not too find of is the thermostat. But I never need to adjust it like the other system so it's not a deal breaker for us.

Very fast response for a quote. Nighttime water heater installation had issue with supplier but the install was completed first thing next morning.

They were very prompt. My new water heater was installed that day.

Communication can be a bit challenging - maybe because too many people were involved in the chain but the work done was excellent. I would recommend Heatwave - they do try to go above and beyond the basic job requirements.

Did a great job of cleaning and putting insulation in air vents. Dripping water from condensation was corrected. Expected an all day mess but my serviceman was efficient and neat. He cleaned up after everything he did. The amount of dirt he extracted from return vent alone was well worth having this service done. Charge was very reasonable.

I had a bad AC decided to replace the unit. The original company i used was Comfort Tech in Tampa. They would not resolve a low voltage issue and told me i had to hire an electrician even though I paid in full for the new AC, they left me high and dry . Electricians do not typically do low voltage so I reached out to Home Adviser and they put me in touch with Heat Wave. Dan come out and was able to resolve the issue and showed me what the other company did incorrectly. I was very impressed with Dan and his ability to trouble shoot the issue and I only wish I had chosen Heave Wave the first time around. I will use them again in a heartbeat.
