Angie is so fun to speak with to get your appointment scheduled. She is efficient and professional. Nick was my technician and he does an excellent job, he is qualified, thorough and keeps you aware of what is going on with your service. On top of it, I appreciate his kindness with my dogs, he greets them and gets to work. This company makes you feel like family has come to help you and you can trust their work.

Everything was fine. The service man was very thorough in his inspection. Did cleaning whenever and wherever necessary to make my unit more effective. Saved me money informing me about their new furnace filter catalog. His recommendations were good ones; just not workable in my budget right now. Overall I was very satisfied. The technicians were all very professional and friendly and kept us informed of what was going on throughout the installation. They came quickly on a weekend to get us running and then we're able to get our new unit installed without problems. The technician made sure we knew how the unit worked and didn't have any questions before he finished. Great service!

Great quality work as well as very professional installers. They were here 20 minutes before scheduled time Equipment was here as well. No messes left behind and the quality of work that they did was phenomenal. Explained everything that was done. At the end of the job they doubled and triple checked that I was satisfied with what I saw. I would recommend them to anyone. My two installers are welcome back to my house anytime.

All of the team involved from beginning to end were very professional. Donnie from sales seemed to be very honest, trustworthy, and answered all my questions and concerns regarding the equipment purchased. I received 3 quotes and drake was the median. The cheapest company could not tell me what equipment I would actually be receiving. Even the person handing the office administration and scheduling was nice and happy when we talked over the phone. Drake's install team was able to install the AC and furnace in one day and only a few days after purchase.

The 3 guys on the install team were professional in work performance and conduct. Their attitude, respect, and language would rival any place of business. I was impressed by their conduct from arrival to departure. I definitely recommend giving this company a chance.

Drake performed a seasonal inspection of the heating system at which time I asked for quotes for various system upgrades. They provided me with written quotes on the spot and left me to call and schedule at my convenience, no pressure. Later I had them install a whole house humidifier system - one of the quotes I received. They honored the quote. Communication and scheduling was easy and the staff was friendly and professional. I had to pay in advance for the system upgrade to get on the schedule. There were no hidden fees or additional billing after the install. I will use them again.

On 2/3/22 in a stow/ice storm, we noticed trouble with our heating. Anthony was so prompt and extremely professional and honest. He opened our our eyes to some potential hazards in our heating system and also provided preventative maintenance that will save us money on energy/gas bills. Drake's services are very affordable and we highly appreciate and recommend their services!

Fantastic service from Drake. Furnace went out during one of those cold nights. Drake was able to dispatch a tech the same day to get me functional, and the full furnace replacement was scheduled very promptly. They went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, upgraded my unit to a more efficient and cost-saving model, and were courteous through the whole process. I called Drake to find a problem with a leak with my Whole House Humidifier. Kevin was the tech who was assigned to our home. He was thorough and patient as he tried to replicate the leak. At first, it seemed to me the leak had repaired itself but Kevin patiently kept trying new scenarios to find the issue. He was able to determine the issue and proceeded to fix the problem. I was pleased he stayed and continued to search for the problem. Kevin saved us from having to mop again and have a return call to find a hidden issue. Thank you

The experience was positive from start to finish. All of the personnel were friendly, attentive, and thoughtful, from the scheduling of my appointment, to the evaluation of the problem, to the two man crew that did the actual installation. My questions were answered fully, and they went out of their way to get back to install the new unit in a timely manner, (coming out on a weekend) as our current furnace was damaged and unsafe to use.

It was just installed today, but it seems to be running like a charm. I would highly recommend Drake heating and air, David as the salesperson/troubleshooter, and Joshua and Dan, the two who did the actual installation. I'm very pleased!

We were very pleased with our technician David. He laid out several options. He could fix our 23 year-old furnace or replace it. It was our choice. We chose to replace our furnace. We were set up with an installation team. We appreciated the email with the picture IDs of who to expect to ensure security. Our installers, Josh and Dillon, were very skilled with both the installation and sheet metal work.

The furnace we chose was a York, which has been very quiet. They had to attach the new system to our existing duct work in a tight space, which they did very well. We would highly recommend this company.

Josh was everything you'd hope for in a technician - on time, thoughtful, clear in explanations, and kind and courteous while in my home. He provided a full review of the new system and went above and beyond to show me how each part worked and what they'd done during install. It makes the inconvenience of needing a new furnace in Winter much more enjoyable. So pleased to have heat and feel confident about my new system!

For some reason, I always had a bad taste in my mouth about Drake, although we had never dealt with them. I was so wrong! The service was amazing! Customer service was great, we received reminder calls and emails. Our first tech, Mike, and his assistant Frank, were friendly, professional and did not try to sell us things we did not need. Our new furnace installer, Logan, was so nice and friendly and again very professional. We did not feel taken advantage of and felt Drake was on our side. You will all be highly recommended by us. The service provided by Josh, Tom, Isaiah, Lee and Aaron was outstanding. These gentleman were polite and on time everyday. They made every effort to take the time to ensure the system was installed correctly the first time. They took the time to clean up everyday and minimized the mess in every way possible. Josh was an excellent leader and directed the other installers step by step to ensure efficient work was also being done.

He took the time to explain the process and answered all of our questions. He even took the time to make our highly anxiety dog comfortable with his team being in our home. Very satisfied with our furnace and air conditioner installation and duct cleaning today! The Drake techs were a pleasure to have around! The first thing they did was to put down tarps over the carpet...all the way from the front door to the furnace area. They were courteous, professional, and patiently answered all our questions.
