I have been using Cool-Aid for a number of years. Carlos and his team are very professional and truly responsive. I know I can count on this team of professionals when I have a cooling or heating problem. Unlike other companies, they are honest and play no games. Their integrity is unlike any other. During this time of high inflation, they still maintain very reasonable pricing.

I used them again this morning to replace a bad handler motor. Again, very responsive by being here quite early, job completed professionally and at an amazingly reasonable price. Thank you Carlos. God bless you and your team.

Our AC unit started to go in the fall, which didn't feel much like a priority as the temps were getting cooler, but now that it's April, it's already back up near a 100 degrees, and I knew something had to get done. Back in October, I reached out to several HVAC companies for quotes on our AC--which was installed in 1974. I'm not even joking. So anyway, when it came time to make a decision, Carlos at Cool-Aid was the best choice I could have made.

I texted him on a Friday afternoon, and it was installed the very next morning--on a Saturday. Everyone on the crew was kind and quick, and by the afternoon, my house was cool again. Thanks, Carlos! Not a day hasn't gone by when we haven't said how glad we were to go with your company.

I had issues with JC Air Conditioning out of Edinburg, I hired them to fix my A/C. After 10 days of going no where I decided to contact Cool Aid Air Conditioning yesterday at about 530pm. They answered the call for service that JC couldn't do, Cool aid came the next day in the morning at 9am and replaced the coil. Cool Aid went and got a new one for me, by 12 noon my ac was up and running with no issues. Thank You Cool Aid Aid Conditioning for yalls professionalism and good work ethics. If all things in my life went as smooth as the transaction I had with Cool Aid, life would be exquisite. The crew that showed up to my house was attentive and informative. My system was on its last legs and was completely replaced. The price was a market fair price. The crew arrived on time and provided me the paperwork that was necessary for warranty. I am very happy with the service and highly recommend them.

Called Carlos at 7:10 am. Said I needed AC repair. Not blowing cool air. Carlos said he could be there between 1:30 and 3pm. I said I would be waiting. At 11:30 he calls and says he can be there in a hour. 45 minutes later he arrives. Does a quick trouble shoot, allows me to see his meter and says it is the capacitor. Arrival time to finish with cool air blowing 15 minutes.

I told Carlos there were two reasons I picked his company. 1 I like to keep my money in my community supporting the small businessman. 2 the number of positive reviews. Carlos, the license owner, noticed the system had its years and informed me about a 3 year no interest on a new efficient AC unit promotion they had going on for the month of August, gave me a good quote. Cool Aid came to the rescue! They came to my place the same day I called, they gave me a quote and 2 days later I had a brand new system. I was quite surprised since it has been consistently over 100 degrees for weeks and I know these folks are BUSY!! My old AC, before it died, only cooled my park model to about 80 degrees, the new one is performing much better! I'm very pleased with the responsiveness and the value that Cool Aid delivered!

I was in need of a new ac unit to replace an old unit in a house we just purchased.Called Carlos after reading his excellent reviews on yelp as well as his website. He showed up within 30 minutes and checked out my entire system and gave me a good honest quote. We were able to set up a quick installation appointment, him and his brother got the job done, very professional, and cleaned up the mess from unpacking the new unit. We bought a 32 year old mobile home and started getting it ready to occupy. Thursday it was very close to triple digits and we discovered the original AC was not putting forth cool air. Checked around the park about who could help us and we kept getting the same reply. Carlos. When we mentioned Carlos to Ron and Brenda they could say enough good words about him.

We contact him and he come over and gave us the bad news. We had a leak and our unit used R-222. Well our friends at EPA have decided we can't use that any more. So we needed a new unit. Carlos gave us an estimate and I asked when he could install it. He said "today". When he returned with the new unit he had his brother with him and they worked tirelessly to get the old one out and the new one in. Did a great job.
