Danny, electrician, did an amazing job with the installation of my Generac Home Generator. He also provided the six-month maintenance of the generator. His attention to detail and professionalism is outstanding. He always took the time to answer any questions that I had about the generator. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with operating the generator. He was very responsive to my txt messages. I was completely satisfied with the services he provided.

Danny, with Kimbel Service, installed my 24KW Generac generator and the 400 amp auto transfer switch. Nothing but great things to say about his professional and personal attitude. Danny did a great job and stayed late to make sure everything worked correctly.

Rick diagnosed the issue with my fireplace rod that is missing a cotter pin. He came to my house twice on the same morning in order to fix what was broken with the fireplace. After fixing the fireplace, it broke again due to the original issue, and Rick was quick to come back and fix the issue long term. Rick was friendly, as well as Dan who is in training.

I had Kimbel come to my newly purchased house five times for different services. All the workers did a great job. The ONE time I had an issue with the cost of a bill they AGREED with me and worked with me on the price. We will be using this business again! Thank you Kimbel!

The tech Jorge Vargas is on time and was able to diagnosed the problem of our fireplace not lighting up. He is very Professional and respectful. Replaced a transformer on my heater. Then helped me install my new thermostat correctly. Checked out some extra fail points on my unit to make sure all was running well and will control run well in the future. Adrian did a great job and was very helpful and professional.

Mike from Hot Water Heroes was send out to our Rogers Home as a subcontractor by the original Plumbing Company for Warranty Repairs. Arrived on Promised Appointment Time. He removed his shoes (all on his own) before entering our home and kept us informed as to his progress and the need repairs and even ran for additional needed parts. When finished he left No Mess Behind and was Very Polite To sum it all up in one sentence: It was a Outstanding Pleasurable Service Experience!

Thank You Mike P. April 2021-Another Outstanding Experience having a new Kohler sink & faucet installed by Master Plumber Mike Davis from KIMBEL SERVICE. Mike arrived on time, completely Cordial & Professional. Completely assessed the work I would liked performed (remove old stainless sink & old faucet & install the new one). Mike did a thorough inspection before starting and assured me that everything would go smoothly & gave me a estimate. Mike was respectful and worked steady and never seemed rushed to complete the job & leave.
