CWP Air Conditioning & Heating

I had a great experience with CWP coming out to my home their service is great! They diagnosed the issue and explained all my options as I wanted this fixed asap. The technician that came out was very polite and professional.

I had CWP come out to check out my heater during this cold CA weather. Technician Juan came out and checked what the issue was. He was able to explain very thoroughly on what caused the issue. Juan even showed us how dangerous it was to have our heater on due it having a crack. He recorded a video of the flames coming out from the crack and was able to show us. We were very satisfied with the service we received and would recommend CWP to all friends and family.

We called CWP to check one of our rental properties furnace.They send a technician within few hours and took care of the problem.My tenant reported that the technician was courteous and fixed the problem.They are very happy to have it taken cared of right away especially during this cold weather. From hereon we will call CWP for all our heating & air needs.Thank you CWP.

Had faulty thermostat (under warranty) and cold rainy day, so I called them and he came out within the hour. He had to sit in his truck for ten minutes until the downpour stopped, then came in and fixed the problem. "No charge, it's under warranty." If you have a heating or AC problem, look no further, call CWP.

Completely satisfied with the service. Juan Zuniga from C.W.P. was quick to respond and very helpful. Our heater stopped working a few months ago. We had called other companies who were unable to complete the job. We called, C.W.P., in the middle of a storm, and they came out within an hour. It wasn't an easy solution and they problem solved until it was fixed. WE are so grateful we called the right business. Juan was so thorough and stayed extra time to confirm the unit was producing the correct temperatures. He also checked the system and all the ducts. I recommend C.W.P. to all friends and family.

I contacted CWP from a list my DWP gave me for a free AC tune up. They are so nice and pleasant and accommodating, when I called they answered all my questions and came out as scheduled. Marvin and Leo came out to inspect, tune up, etc my whole AC unit and provided me with a new NEST thermostat, they installed and set it up for me and explained how to use it, they were amazing. They didn't rush, took there time and did a great job. I love my new thermostat. If you ever need any AC/heating repairs/service these guys are the best! Thanks again!

Called CWP 9/10/18 and was able to get a same day appointment. The technicians (Leo & Abraham) arrived right at the time I was given. So right there is two pluses! They diagnosed my problem and had the parts to fix it right then! The price was fair and reasonable and the workers were great guys. I would definitely use this company again and again. I had an extremely positive experience. These last couple of days have been very hot and humid. One day my AC decided to break down in the middle of the hottest day. My home was unbearable and the heat was so bad that it gave my child a nose bleed. I called several places I found on yelp and no one was available until the following week. I called CWP and they sent Marvin and Phil within two hours.

Those guys are amazing at what they do! They were professional and kind. I felt bad because the house was so hot and both Marvin and Phil were drenched in sweat. Anyway, they fixed the problem inside the furnace and left. Not too long after, the outside unit had another issue (important to say that this AC unit is older) at which I called CWP again.

They sent Marvin and Lucio. They fixed that issue and now my AC is running fine! I don't know anything about Air Conditioners and I was afraid that someone would take advantage of me being that I'm a single mom with no knowledge of how this kind of stuff works. However, Marvin explained everything to me in detail every step of the way and answered all of my questions.

The best part is that they were available right away, they were compassionate towards our problem and they really cared! The gentlemen who work in the office are also very kind and professional, I thank them for everything they did for me and my child. Everything was priced fairly and I felt that they were transparent, professional and fair. Thank you CWP! You saved the day!

CWP Great company, highly recommend! Leo and Joe came out to service my a/c closet unit. Checked everything throughly and got unit up and running in no time. Very professional and great customer service.

Once again I have called CWP for my air needs, not only were they at my home within a couple of hours, Leo explained the problem with my heater very thoroughly..he had my heater up and running within 10 min... And my house warm. I'm very pleased with this company. I will continue to use and refer my friends and family to this company.

Our heater went out and I decided to call CWP because they were recommended by some friends of ours. I'm glad I did because they knew right away what the issue was and how to fix it. I called C.W.P. to repair our central heating system. Their technician, Philip, arrived promptly and was able to fix the problem. He gave us an education on using the right filters for our unit and did a carbon monoxide test for safety. This is the second time we have used this company, and we are very pleased with their professional & polite service. I highly recommend them.

Very soon after moving to a new place our air conditioner went out. The heat made for some uncomfortable nights. Called C.W.P to make an appointment. Their guy (Franklin Cruz) showed up on time. Franklin was able to identify, and fix, the issue (clogged filter) and took the time to walk me through some of the important details about my A/C unit. Very professional service and I would recommend to anyone having issues with their A/C or heater.

I called at 5:30 pm on a Friday night thinking I would have to go through the weekend without AC in the middle of a heat wave. The guy on the phone was very nice and professional. He scheduled me for service that same evening and I had AC by 9:30 Friday night! Franklin and his partner arrived, diagnosed the problem and replaced the damaged capacitor in minutes. Phillip and his technicians assured me that I would be happy with the A/C and Furnace they installed for my home and I was glad I went with their company. The technicians were friendy, knowledgeable, and made sure they heard and attended to my needs. I could feel and see the difference in worksmanship compared to the previous system I had.There have not been any problems with my system ever since.

I highly recommend CWP to anybody who wants quality service from an honest company who really values customer satisfaction and take pride in their work. I've never had as much assurance and confidence in an investment as much this one.
