Over the winter, my apartment flooded. I was on vacation and did not discover the foot of water that had settled in my apartment for over a week until I returned. My area rug was unrecognizable. I called Fantastic Carpet Cleaning, and they showed up and removed my area rug within hours. They repaired my area rug within a week and restored it to the rug I purchased ten years ago.
Not only are they fast, professional, and efficient, but they are reasonably priced. I thought the work would cost an arm and a leg, but they restored my area rug for a fraction (1/4) of the price the competition quoted me. YOU CAN NOT LOSE WITH FANTASTIC CARPET CLEANING!

I found this company on google and they had good reviews. So I decided to try them out and prayed for the best. I had two area rugs one of them was Snow White and had very little foot traffic.when the technicians came they were informative and detailed on what to expect. When I got the rugs back I was amazed by the results, they looked like new. Glad I found you guys.

We have a toddler that likes to spill her milk all over the carpets and our sofas. So we decided we needed to get everything cleaned. I researched the best carpet cleaners in our area and Fantastic Carpet Cleaning kept popping up. Their reviews were all great. There were a few stains i wanted to be sure came out. He went over again patiently when i noticed there was still a slight stain.
The cleaner took his time. Took him about 2 hours. The carpet cleaner we had his name was Rechep. Very thorough went over a few times and removed all my stains. They also cleaned our hallway stairs and landing for free. We recommend these guys!

After our basement flooded we needed to hire someone to clean our area rugs. They picked them up on 9/2/21 for "Shampoo, sanitize and deodorize." Fast forward to a month later and the rugs were delivered stinking of mold. They took the rugs back but I struggled to get a hold of anyone there. Finally, out of frustration, I wound up posting this review (except different) with a one star rating, but am now changing it because I received the rugs today and they were very clean and the color was restored. The owner also gave us a discount on our order, which made us happy. Thank you guys for pulling through and making this happen.

Fantastic job! The pro's cleaned two runners and an area rug which also needed new fringe. New Fringe! The rug is restored to its' former glory. They also washed a cotton rug. I highly recommend Fantastic Carpet cleaning for reliability and top notch service for cleaning and restoring my carpets and rugs.

Garry did a great job cleaning my dirty carpeting and moving my heavy furniture. I have beige carpeting which obviously showed the appearance of ground in dust and dirt, but Garry made my carpeting look good as new. He was also very courteous and professional. I will definitely use Fantastic Carpet Cleaning again.

These guys were awesome - same day service (which was a happy coincidence, they were in my area). Geni was a gentlemen and really knowledgeable about all the carpets in our home. I never knew how intricate woven carpets were, he knew silk, wool, etc...total pro. He even helped me price out stuff and recommended I DO NOT spend money on one carpet which was too worn and wasn't worth saving. Highly recommend and will hire again.

Called last week for an appointment 2 days ago. They picked up (other companies I called went to vm), answered all my questions, and we scheduled an appointment time. A day or two later I received a confirmation text with the appointment date, time and name of the gentleman who'd be coming over. The appointment window was later than that to which I had agreed, however, I'm sure if I had called back we would have worked something out.
I just stuck to the new time frame. It wasn't an issue. The gentleman arrived within the 2 hour window(during a sudden downpour) and was very polite, friendly, and very informative. He gave me a rundown of what he would be doing, and how, after having me point out specific trouble spots in both rooms. He answered my questions and then got right to work.
He was very thorough and did a great job on the stains and on my carpet in general. It looked so good compared to what it was. The whole family was pleased and impressed. Love that they are safe for pets and kids as well. We will definitely be using them again for the upstairs.

They did a phenomenal job! I didn't realize how dirty my sofa was until it after they guy cleaned it. It looks beautiful and flawless - like it's brand new. When I set up the appointment, I was given a 2-hour window in which my cleaner would arrive. From the first phone call all the way through the cleaning, each person I interacted with was completely professional. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

They were awesome! I couldnt have wished for more. I called them for a quote and they offered me a free estimate in person which was a huge help I didnt have to explain everything through the phone. I met the technician Geni the next day, we agreed on a fair price he even gave me a discount. He cleaned my sectional sofa within the same appointment and pick up the rug which I received back roughly in a week. The quality of their work is impeccable. This definitely wasnt the last time calling them.

They are great. I called them they were very flexible with the timing got an appointment the very next day, I've got a shedding monster dog at home and vacuum cleaner didn't give me the result I wanted on my carpets so I decided to turn to professional carpet cleaners.
