Our two Principals, Kevin Barnett and Bill Brown, have 65+ years of combined construction experience and began working together in 2011 to assemble the concrete polishing team, toolbox, and procedures we use today. Working for 3 years as a second tier subcontractor, we eventually decided that to build floors the way we wanted to, we had to do it on our own.While other contractors seemed to be racing each other to the bottom, we wanted to focus on taking the world of polished concrete to the next level. We asked our clients if they saw a need in the industry to progress the art to the highest possible condition, while maintaining solid business ethics and integrity.

If you are serious about polished concrete floors use clean cut concrete. So we are semi-obsessed with concrete in general, and specifically polished concrete flooring. after much research, we were convinced that the folks at clean concrete concrete were also obsessed with concrete in general, and specifically polished concrete flooring. It took a while to get them on the phone (keep trying!) but once we did cesar and his crew agreed to come out and take a look at our small residential job (their bread and butter is huge commercial concrete flooring projects) and subsequently gave us a quote and some calendar windows when they could squeeze us into their schedule (just a couple weeks out.)
Brace yourself for the quote... CCC's price is roughly 2X-3X lesser contractors, but the result is in a class of its own. our concrete floor now looks and feels like the polished rock floor of the roman pantheon.
And CCC is happy to describe the difference between what they do and what a quick cheap job entails. The job ended up taking a few days longer than anticipated, but CCC stuck to their initial quote despite the extra work. They also were quite responsive to our questions and special requests during the process.

I was looking for a company that specializes in polished concrete and concrete polishing and I decided to choose Clean Cut Concrete for my office. I will admit that I was at first a little worried about the finished job, but I was very much put at ease by the companies knowledge and great customer service.
