I had repairs done on our driveway gate. I have used Quality Gate Company for many years, including upgrades and general maintenance. Any interaction I have ever had with this company has been professional and friendly. I always feel that they are genuinely vested in addressing my needs. Highly recommend.

Quality Gate installed our fence but more importantly installed and maintain our large front gate. I LOVE THIS COMPANY! Every Dec or so, I always get an annual maintenance inspection. These gates can break down if you don't. Through the year, I see my neighbors have issues with their gates and I laugh! I never have had any issues with our gates. Even when the power goes off.

Quality Gate is one step ahead of me. They always send me a reminder email when it gets close for my maintenance time. All I have to do is respond to the email, they come out and that's it! Simple! It's nice to have something easy these days. I wish every company was as good as this. Always reliable and trustworthy! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Quality Gate recently replaced our call box and have been servicing our gate for years. They are so organized and amazing. Kim goes above and beyond in making sure you are satisfied with everything and that we understood the new call box. They are professional, provide the highest quality and I would definitely refer them for any gate needs.

You really do provide quality service. I appreciate your prompt response whenever we have a problem with our gate. John is an excellent representative on the phone. Very professional, friendly and courteous. Larry is so knowledgeable and diagnoses the problem right away. He does the repair in a timely, professional manner and is very likable and friendly. We have total confidence in the Quality Gate Company.

I selected a 10 because John Campbell who booked the service call for Quality Gate Co. convinced me that they were an honest company who's goal was to get my gate working for the least amount of money and because Larry Murdoch who actually performed the work proved it. Larry took one look at the gate operator and recommended repairing the gate as opposed to replacing it saving me about $8000 which is what another company told me they wanted.

Quality Gate Company just became my "go to" gate repair company. Thank you John for convincing me and a huge thank you to Larry for proving there are still honorable people out there that are not out to gouge people. We agreed that a business model of "make a little bit of money off of a lot of people" is way better than making a lot off of a few!

A friend of mine who has a large retirement boarding equine facility advised me to contact Quality Gate for assistance with a gate installation. professionalism, and meticulous work which has been done from the first contact. The gate works just as promised and the work done by the technicians is exemplary. One such technician is Tim and there are no words powerful enough to describe Tim's meticulous skill level, professionalism, kindness, and superb communication.

We just needed to have work on our gate secondary to a boarder crashing into the housing center. Certainly not Quality Gate's issue. However, we were thrilled to see Tim come to set up all the finishing codes, wiring, and whatever else is involved to open and close the gate. As always, we were thoroughly pleased with his excellent work and his very kind demeanor. Tim had assisted us with a gate we purchased through another company before we knew about Quality Gate.

He was upfront and honest and explained he would attempt to repair the mechanism so the gate would function in a proper fashion. He stated the parts were old and could no longer be ordered and if unable to repair we would need to replace the mechanism. Against all odds, Tim succeeded and conquered our old mechanism and our gate has been working well for the last six months.

We are aware that the life expectancy is perilous. However, we were given the extra time and advice regarding the gate. Therefore, when our gate does expire, we will contact Quality Gate and of course request Tim Additionally, everyone we have encountered at Quality Gate has been professional, forthcoming and extremely kind. I had multiple quotes, but Quality Gate Co seemed to be the most professional and gave me the most sense of knowledge and comfort of knowing it would be done right. They repaired an old gate motor and installed exit loop, fixed a keypad, and other misc gate repairs. It looked very well done. I only deducted a star because the paint job on the gate was not great and didn't hold, but they did what they could to come to a reasonable resolution in the end as the gate rollers were a problem for the paint retention.

These guys are great. Kim, Rosita and the team are all very helpful. Professional, timely, genuine and fair. Highly recommend!

I found the service excellent. I submitted a service request through their website, they called me in the morning and scheduled a service call the same day. The service technician was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He was thorough and professional replacing the failed part and finding the root causes. They weren't cheap but worth every penny. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Management and estimate people Glen and John are a pleasure to work with. Professional and timely. Affordable. We like them and are glad to have them on our property.

First, a bit of background. Quality Gate Company was actually the third company that was called to fix the gate. The first two calls were made by the former owner of the house. One company was a complete no show. The second declared that the gate needed a new connection run to the house and quoted thousands of dollars to do the job. I moved in last week and contacted Quality Gate.

They were responsive and called back to set up an appointment with Tim. Tim arrived on time and after asking me to explain what was happening, started working. Within an hour, he had the problem diagnosed and told me what was needed. 20 minutes later the gate was working perfectly! He was thorough and explained to me what he did and why. He tested the gate several times, even one final time as he left! Great guy, great company, fair prices and superior work. I highly recommend them.

Had a liftmaster gate issue to which the arms were bent and needs to be replaced from a delivery van. What needs to be said... the initial call with Kim, explaining our issue and being a recent homeowner. Kim is Fantastic and extremely professional . Larrry came out within a few hours and inspected the damage. Larry is another awesome dude. Kim ordering parts and communication couldn't be easier. A true pleasure of Class and Quality!!! Wish they did other stuff besides gates... their biz professionalism should be Copied, Just out of respect.

These folks have come out twice, first time about a year ago after a do-it-yourselfer handyman type came to "fix" the motor on the gate. Quality Gate found he had used indoor coax cable which shorted out after the first heavy rain. They fixed it right up and it even worked from down the street, which was great. Second time was after improper maintenance (by me) which allowed bearings to seize up and gate to jump the track. Quality Gate came right away, fixed the gate then showed me the proper way to grease chain and wheels. I would highly recommend Quality Gate Company.

So, I'm reading reviews of another gate repair/install company, and they are not bad.. mixed, but they charge $175.00 on you credit card just to secure an appointment.

The only other one that appeared reputable, and when I called knew what Elite Automatic Gate are , was Quality gates.
Called on Friday, got an appointment on Monday at 1:00 PM to look at my slave side Elite that's had stopped operating.

I already checked all breakers, gfi's, etc.
Anyway, no deposit, no credit card, just an address and email address was all they required
Larry, showed up on time, in 20 minutes figured out the short in the wiring on the board, fixed it, gave us some advice on the system ( 20 year old dual motor elite, cantilevered , magnetic and radio controlled double swing gate- not cheap slide- swing, up an incline) and fixed it.
Sent me an invoice for $125.00.

Are you kidding me?

That's all? And with no credit card to secure it? Old fashioned values, top notch service. I do not give five star reviews lightly... check my other reviews. These guys are..in a word ....AWESOME!

Highly recommended! The whole process from introduction to completion was professional and efficient. The installers were real good guys, hard workers and very prompt. The office coordination was on point, and they communicated very well throughout. Definitely a 5 Star experience, thank you!

Larry is a genius. He not only identified and fixed my problem, he fixed two others I didn't know I had!
