I had a great experience with Pure Air Solutions. They were available quickly to come to my house to identify a furnace issue. Dillon took a look at the furnace and discovered a potentially serious issue. He explained the issue very well and professionally, and was able to help me come to a decision. The furnace ultimately needed to be replaced and they were able to come same day so we wouldn't have to go the night without heat.
The installation went very well and the guys who installed it were very professional and informative. Everyone I have talked to at this company was incredibly nice, honest, and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

We were very impressed with Pure Air Solutions. We had them come out to give us a quote on a new furnace and without any pressure after the visit he let us take our time with the decision. They were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Even getting back to us on the weekend when we had a question. We are enjoying our new system and it is doing everything they said it would do! Highly recommend this company!

I will only go to Pure Air from this week on! We have had some issues with our A/C, had someone come out last summer and that company basically lied about what was wrong and took our $ leaving us with the same issues again this year. I had Pure Air come out this week and they fixed our system without costing a fortune, they were very professional and considerate of my children, and spoke to me as if they were in my shoes. Highly recommend them !!!

We just had them install a new furnace and full A/C system. They did great work and quickly responded to our needs. They were even willing to help us work through our home warranty program. While other air conditioner companies had a week's wait time, Pure Air Solutions made time for me and fixed my AC on a Sunday afternoon! Kevin, the owner, knew exactly what the problem was and had it fixed quickly! Kevin and Erika (owner) were extremely friendly, returned phone calls almost immediately, and their price was a lot less than other companies charge. Pure Air Solutions has earned, and deserved my future business!

We were having serious problems with our AC/heat pump unit. I tried another heating and air company first. They couldn't figure out the problem, so they recommended I replace the entire heating and cooling system! I figured a second opinion would be a good idea. Pure Air Solutions sent Herb B. for the initial diagnostic visit. Herb was very thorough with his troubleshooting efforts and was able to paint a very clear picture for what our problem was, and how to best mitigate the issue. I highly recommend Pure Air Solutions.

We moved into our first home about three months ago. Kevin came out to service our furnace soon after, and today Herb came to start up our swamp cooler since it's getting warmer. I cannot express how much I love this company and what an awesome job they do. I don't know anything about swamp coolers and Herb was very patient and answered all my questions. This is one of the best companies I've ever hired!! I was able to get an appointment right away and Kevin called me to let me know when he was on his way. Super friendly, did an amazing job and he even ran to Home Depot because our filters are a weird size and he didn't have any with him that would fit. Cleaned, serviced and certified for under $200!! I highly recommend them!!

Kevin from pure air solutions is the best. I needed my water heater and furnace cleaned and certified so I could sell my house. He was over within days and had it all done. He is reasonably priced, friendly, honest, reliable. If you ever need any heating and air services he should be your first call. I won't ever call anyone else.
