It was quite stressful when we found mold in our newly purchased house around Ironwoods. I and my husband tried every home remedy we could find but nothing seemed to work. The crew showed up on time. They were quick, efficient and pleasant. Everything you hope for from a company. They set up a containment field around the entire basement, then dismantled, wrapped and carefully disposed of quite a lot of contaminated materials. Everything was cleaned from wall to wall and vacuumed. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the process, and I could see the work was top notch. I'd call them back.

We had two different mold problems in our basement arise simultaneously. Booking an inspection was quick and easy. Hero Mold was knowledgeable and reassuring during the remediation and throughout the process. We could book an appointment to have the work done, and the team was great when they were onsite. Hopefully, we won't need to have them back, but I would contact this company if I had another mold issue and recommend them to anyone needing help.

I recently had water penetrate a concrete wall in my home. I was concerned about mold growth, given the musty smell that developed before it was found. They were able to come quickly, inspected the area, and gave me an honest assessment. I was able to clean it up myself based on their advice. They didn't try to push any additional services. When I first found mold, I wasn't expecting it to be such a big deal. However, after getting the estimate, I realized it was a big deal that needed to be taken care of. My home inspector found some mold growth in the home I was about to purchase, he recommended I have further testing done by a company that specializes in mold. I asked who he would recommend and he said Hero Mold Company. He thought they did a great job and were very fair on pricing. So I called them to come out and do the formal mold testing. The test did come back with a mold problem that we would need to have corrected before we closed on the house.
Hero Mold Company took the time to explain everything in detail and was very patient in answering all my questions. We gave the quote to the seller and they took care of having it remediated so we could move forward with the closing on time. The customer service was amazing, they were communicating with me and the seller to keep us both informed. I highly recommend them if you ever suspect mold.

We had Hero Mold come out for a second opinion after another (large) company came out and gave us a REALLY high quote on some mold issues we had in our crawlspace. Hero came in 1,800 cheaper so we went with them. The end job looks like it was done professionally. The crawlspace had the mold removed, is now encapsulated, has a dehumidifier installed. So far so good and the smell is gone.
